Jeremiah was my technician today. He was very thorough in his maintenance check of the system. He also offered additional suggestions for the system to better maintain itself. He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend his services to other Performance air customers.

Felix is a wonderful plumber: a personable, skilled, professional. He analyzed the problem within minutes, mapped out a fix or two or three, and let me know the nitty gritty price without any fuss. He came back the next working day with a beautiful, elevated, new toilet, located the turn off valve in the hallway, and went to work. He did a clean professional job, double and triple checked to make sure everything worked perfectly, and installed a safety bar in the bathroom as per our custom specifications. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a responsible, reliable, professional plumber. Thank you again, Felix!

I work for a large contractor as a General Superintendent and operations managers for very large projects with over 40 years of experience in construction. This was my daughter’s condo and I was there with your workers. Their work was outstanding. Both were very professional. If every install crew you have does work like this crew your company had trained them well. Your price, warranty and service contract compared with others was hard to beat. 12 years, parts and labor for new AC system outstanding.

We had Performance come out to do a regular systems check. The tech, Chance, was great! He performed the service in short time, but not so short that he didn't review everything carefully and clean the appropriate parts. Chance was very thorough in his explanation of what he did and didn't find, and he was very personable, as well. We look forward to seeing Chance again. It was a very nice experience!

Arrived within 30 minutes. Very thorough and personable. Dimitri determined issue was with power coming into the house and to contact power company. If there is still an issue they would come back at no charge.

Had a new unit put in last January at the recommendation of Performance. Unfortunately we have had several issues this past year. They were prompt about getting out here and trying to fix it. First the AC was not cooling now it’s winter and the heater is not working. They came out again to figure out the problem but he wasn’t exactly sure, said these are new on the market. Didn’t know that. When I called this last time I asked to speak to a manager. She said someone would get back with me as he was busy . I got a call back and said someone is coming out to fix it again, I asked about the manager and she said he would call me. Well no one called. Guess I won’t get my questions answered. Very frustrated right now. Spent a lot of money on this unit, was hoping it was going to be good, they also said it was energy efficient and lower my electric bill. Well that never happened…

We had a meeting with Christian Williams and Eric Thullen who heard our concerns and recognized their validity. They worked with us to craft a very acceptable resolution of our concerns. Eric then cleaned our unit in a very professional manner and installed a UV light and surge protector. Eric also advised us on further maintenance protocols. We highly recommend Eric and your company.

Tech did a great job with routine maintenance of our air conditioning system at great price. Also had new Honeywell Thermostat installed, little tricky getting Alexa hooked up but works great now. Thermostat was a little pricey but was not sure on choice for compatibility or how to wire ourselves.

My steam shower was not working and no one could figure out what was wrong. My go to electrician even told me everything looked fine. This company finally realized it was a serious electrical issue that could have caused a fire, so happy I had them come out. They fixed the issue properly and everything is working now with no safety concerns. Price was very fair and they quickly fixed it as well.

Scott was super professional, informative, and an all around nice guy. Pleasure to have him in my home. Comfort knowing my AC was maintained by him.

Routine HVAC preventive maintenance. The service technician Felipe Medina was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing and pointed out potential issues and remedies. I will request him for my next scheduled maintenance.

Gerardo was awesome. Everything went great. I used them to remove a water heater and to replace a new one. Just not happy with price for labor for about 2 1/2 hours was 700.00. Gerardo did a nice job and cared about his work.

Eric did a nice job, patient and professional. My experience with the company has gotten better lately after a few ups and downs in the past. Eric made it even more so. He did some adjustments to the system for a more efficient heating cycle. He also covered the options of repair or replacement for another unit we have.

Elliot Lopez was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond what a typical plumber would do to make sure everything was working perfectly, and that I was more than happy with the result, before signing off. Even though the price was higher than what I was used to, in the end, Elliot made it feel worth it.

I recently had my AC serviced and had an excellent experience. The technician, Chance, was extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. He not only serviced the unit itself but also took the time to check airflow in multiple rooms to make sure everything was working as it should. He even discovered that the UV light in my ductwork wasn’t connected properly—something I never would have known without his attention to detail.

Extremely satisfied with the professionalism received from Elliot when called upon to check our hot water heater installed 7/2025.
