The Service Rep was very down to earth. He explained everything to me as he was troubleshooting the problem. They provided a loaner Portable AC Unit til they install my new unit tomorrow. Thanx Graham Heating & Air Conditioning. It's install day and all went well. The Air Conditioner was installed by a Service Team from Graham Heating & Air Conditioning and they performed the job very professionally. My house is starting to cool already! Thanx Graham

Not impressed with this company or at least the local branch. They recently repaired my AC unit and the workmanship seemed good until I was able to inspect it closely. They used a zip tie to hold up the drip pan And the drip pan didn’t properly seat into the new part they provided. They did not tell me about this . Two months later, my Air Handler was filled with water and they told me that my unit needed to be replaced. I called another AC company who quickly repaired the system and told me but even though my system is older, It was still in good shape and I did not need to spend thousands on a new system.
The other reason I am not happy with this company and would recommend not using them Is they not only tried To sell me an air-conditioning system I didn’t need but then a solar system and windows.
After I didn’t respond to their request, A Sales guy called me from another branch and made a better offer, but said that the local branch would call me before the end of the day. Three days later and two text messages from me they still haven’t called.

There are a ton of AC companies and I have been through a few of them. Most companies are just trying to sell something and in my experience don’t have true knowledge, understanding or care to do what’s best for the customer. When I called Graham, Quinton listened to my issues and goals and found the most appropriate solution and didn’t just say “you have to replace everything”. My existing ductwork was soggy and growing mold from last years storms. Dustin and Charles spent 3 days in my attic installing new ductwork for me and made sure everything was done correctly. The cost wasn’t the cheapest but I have been bit by the lowest bidder in the past. Graham has been a pleasure to work with and stands by their work. I appreciate you guys

Fast service, nice professional customer service from office and technicians. Patrick signed me up for Comfort club which saved me some future expenses and only cost about $8 more for this visit. It was worth it to save money in the future.

I can’t say enough about Graham Heating and Air and all its staff. From knowledge, to thoroughness, to work ethic, to getting it right, to the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Included before and after pics of a job very badly done by whomever the previous owners of this house hired, to what Graham did. Will never use anyone else.

George and his work partner did an exceptional job installing my new system. My house was built in 1925 and doors are tiny. They were able to take out the old handler piece by piece and put in the new handler the same way. Lots of patience and super clean is how I would refer to the experience. They explained details as they progressed. George actually spent time explaining the maitenance after the installation even though it was getting late. These guys were the best. They did a great job of installation and explanation. My house and property were clean when they left. I would request and recommend both of them. (Sorry, I forgot the name of the gentleman working with George.)

I recently had my heating and air system serviced in Weatherford Oklahoma and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They quickly diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and made sure the system was running efficiently before leaving. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was excellent.

I did some promo with them a while ago and that was one of the biggest mistakes of my life as I have received endless calls everyday for the last 2 years from their stupid call center. I did everything in my power to get off the list, but they all tell me it is impossible. Makes no sense and either they are lying or too lazy to do it. I am always very polite when talking to the people from the call center because I know it is not all their fault. I would never recommend doing business to my own worst enemy with this company because the endless calls everyday are so annoying! What ever you do, DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIS COMPANY! If someone from this company can remove my phone number from this list I will gladly take this review down, but nobody seems to care, which tells me they probably have the same mentality with their quality of work. By the way, look at my profile, I maybe wrote one or two other bad reviews. I never do this nor do I want to do it, but they left me no choice.

I have used Graham air conditioning for business purposes. And then at home at my residence, I would not recommend them to anyone. They say they have a 24/7 on call emergency technician, and no one answers the phone. We have complained that our compressor Kix on for 3 seconds and then stops the technician. When the technician actually came out, he said he couldn't duplicate the problem. And here we are a month later, with the same problem, don't use these people, they don't stand behind their work.

Joel was very friendly , personable and professional. Told me everything he was doing and checking and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. Excellent service from the phone call speaking to Mary all the way until Joel the technician came and left. Thankyou so much for getting me back up and running today.

We had a great experience with Felipe from performance AC. Felipe was professional, timely, and extremely thorough. He went the extra mile to assess the system and repair the ducts for proper ventilation. We appreciated the way he explained everything he was doing. Thank you for the awesome work! Would recommend Felipe and performance AC to a friend.

From the initial scheduling to the service Performance Air delivered phenomenal service. Being a newer resident to Florida their technician Leon took the time to walk me through the entire system. He not only explained the function and made recommendations that will improve the air quality of my home. I'd fully recommend Leon and Performance Air.

John was awesome and very professional. We are super happy with his work so far. He has to return to install the Iflo unit into my ac. John returned to finish my Iflo installation and it went great! Very knowledgeable and professional!

Corey Coolong was our technician for maintenance. I was so impressed with the service he gave. He shared that there was a growth in our air handler. He answered all the questions about the UV lightI asked and made it understandable. I will continue using Performance AC. We have never had a bad experience with you.

Several years ago we needed to replace our whole HVAC system. We were referred by neighbors to contact Performance Air Conditioning, and we are NOT at all sorry we did. They were able to reconfigure the whole duct work coming out of the new Trane high efficiency air handler and freed up so much space in our in-home storage area. The end product with the air conditioner/heat pump has been spectacular and it cools and heats our home very well--comfort all the time! Today, we had our usual semiannual maintenance service. The Performance technician, Chance Fillatre, was every bit the exceptional personnel we have come to expect from Performance Air Conditioning. We highly recommend Performance Air Conditioning and we have returned the favor of our neighbors and referred Performance to other friends and neighbors. For a job very well done, give them a call.

Scott did an amazing job getting our in condo AC unit back up and running! My wife and I were on vacation, renting a condo unit for the week and on the very first morning of our trip the AC went out. Within 30 minutes of going out, Scott was able to come over and fix everything within a very timely manner! He was respectful, professional, and diligent on the job! Without him we would have been stuck on our vacation in the Florida heat with no AC so thank you for your service!

Corey was fantastic. Came early and did fantastic work. Delightful to be around and explained everything perfectly. The air conditioner is all cleaned up and working great and will be much better for us. The system he installed is going to keep the mold and algae under control and be healthier for us.
