Orion has been fixing my AC for quite sometime. Jim has always provided great service at a great price. They recently replaced a unit on my new shop and the process was great. They did it on a Monday while we were closed so that it won't interfere with regular business hours. The technicians were courteous and very clean. One technician came back and had a ladder ready for the inspector and we never got inconvenienced. I absolutely recommend Jim and the Orion crew.

Jimmy's professional team of installers set up a complicated 4 zone mini-split system for us in our home. Running the drains in a renovated area had challenges, but Orion problem solved and made everything work perfectly. This is now the second time we've used Orion and was more than pleased both times. In addition to their field crew, Diane needs special mention. She handles the calls and scheduling and is a genuinely good person, funny AND professional.

We were referred to Orion by friends and couldn't be happier with the service provided. We had an issue with our AC system and our prior HVAC company wanted us to replace the entire system for $15k. Jim came by and provided maintenance for $100 and our issue is gone. Orion's team is extremely professional, responsive and they look out for your budget. Can't recommend this great company enough!

Jim and team are honest, transparent, and genuinely good people. I’ve used Orion to install a mini split and repair my central AC a few times. Each time has been a fantastic experience and they truly care about fixing the issue and aren’t there to nickel and dime you. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work.

Orion quite literally saved the day! The day before we moved into our new house, our ac stopped working. Orion was able to come out the same day to assess the issue and quickly found that the evaporator motor was not functioning.They had to order the part since our ac handler required a very specific evaporator motor. Orion had it in hand two days later and were out to install it immediately. The technician, Mark, was quick to install it and it has been working beautifully and blowing ice cold ever since! From the first call to resolution, Orion was wonderful to work with. Diana, who answered the phone when I frantically called, worked with urgency, was incredibly nice, and genuinely cared about our issue. She quickly ordered the part, tracked it’s progress, and kept us updated along the way. Truly the sweetest person. They will be who we turn to for future ac maintenance and repairs. We have had Jim repair our furnace in the past. He's one of the few people we've found still in the area who knows how to repair them. He also just seemed like a genuinely nice person and his price wasn't unfair.

Yesterday, I called them in error to address a problem for which I will actually need a plumber. Diane was extemely kind, took the time to verify she was redirecting me accurately (she even called me back, Y'all!) and then also recommended a reputable company to help with the work they couldn't do.

Excellent service again from Orion. I don't look fwd to repairs but if it's gotta be done, I'd trust them to take good care of us without hesitation.

Last Summer I called Orion Air based on all the wonderful reviews I found online. All of those great reviews were spot on! At the time, my very old AC was out and Jim was there within a couple of hours to take a look and fixing the issue for the time that my old system had left. Jim was honest and explained to me, what a friend previously also had suggested, that it would soon be time to replace my entire system. He provided me a ballpark figure on what likely the cost would be. Fast forward to three weeks ago, the AC system finally gave up and I called Orion, on a Friday afternoon, for Jim to come over and prepare an estimate. Diane, fit me in on Monday morning and Jim worked out a great deal on a brand new system with the smart thermostat I had wanted to eventually upgrade to, included. All of this for around the price he quoted last Summer which was just wonderful knowing all the tariffs levied since then on the materials. He created the invoice and the guys, Tony and John, were there on Thursday to install the entire thing in a matter of hours. They double checked everything, stayed extra time to make sure everything was working in tip-top shape and within 25 minutes my home was 10 degrees cooler while working with the sun beaming brightly through the window! The entire experience, from wonderful Diane, the office manager, to Tony and John, who even swept the floors afterwards, to Jim who is an honest, customer service oriented business professional. Jim is not here to sell you what you do not need, he could have done so with me when I asked for a possible larger unit. I would wholeheartedly recommend Orion AC for any repairs, maintenance and professional system installs of name brand recognized systems, to anyone looking for wonderful customer service, reasonable pricing and true professionals backing their product! Orion Heating and Air have been taking care of our AC needs for over 15 years. They are very reliable, trustworthy and promptly take care of any issues we have. Just the other day we had John, Mark and Jim at our house dealing with a very complicated issue which they successfully solved. I can't thank them enough for all they do and for Diane, the office coordinator. First, Diane who took my call is amazing. Not only did she get me on schedule quickly, she stayed in contact w/ me through the whole process and even after. I was lucky enough to have Jim the owner come out and install my new ac unit with another tech. When I asked for a discount if I paid cash Diane was able to get me an answer right away, and yes, they gave me one! So Glad to have found this honest, knowledgeable and organized company. Jim, the owner is a super nice guy who does the job right and does not take any shortcuts. Works very neat and organized, does not rush what he is doing and will try to save you money and not sell you something that is not necessary. Diane the office manager is also very knowledgeable, as well as very personable and takes her time gathering information so when you explain your issue she understands and can get the correct info to the technician so they are better prepared on what to expect before they even get there.This helps as when they do show up they may be able to already have the parts they need and the time needed to get the job done that day instead of being unprepared and having to come back. So many dishonest companies out there that make it hard to trust A/C companies, you won't have that issue with this company.

Great service and kind people to work with. My AC unit broke down two weeks ago, I called Orion and they came out the same day. My AC is now up and running with more peace of mind. John was excellent to work with. He had to pull some strings and go the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly without rushing, and we appreciate him for it. Ms. Diane over the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable by helping me understand what the problem with my AC unit was and how it can be fixed. I hope in the future I won’t have to call them again for any repairs, but in case I do, I will definitely go back to them. Thanks again!

I was referred to Orion by my neighbor that was very pleased with their past work quality and cost. I called them and Diane immediately dispatched Chris to check our dead airconditioning unit in the middle of a very hot early Summer in Clearwater. Chris was very meticulous, smart and professional. He got it to work temporarily and gave us an estimate for a more permanent solution. The estimate was very reasonable so we immediately accepted it. Orion dispatched Chris and John to install the new HVAC system after few days. They were very skilled and they completed the job in no time. They explained to us what we need to do to maintain the system. They cleaned the areas where they worked and picked up their trash afterwards. I can't say enough about the excellent service I got from Orion's team and I give them 6 out of 5 stars if I can.

Finding Jimmy/Orion within the sea of HVAC companies means you struck gold. I called on him about 15 years ago & he’s been my go-to ever since. Very grateful to him and his team Chris & Diane. Living in FL you need an honest, reliable HVAC company to turn to it’s inevitable, so call Orion next time and lock in w the best company around. They just replaced my a/c system and I couldn’t be more satisfied throughout the whole process. Have also had countless service calls in the past and Jimmy always steers you right.

I highly recommend Orion HVAC. They replaced our entire system in less than eight hours. It was a two person team that did the work of four people (in my opinion). Friendly, respectful, and highly skilled. Lastly, the price tag was thousands less than the second quote for another well-respected AC company. Great work!

Jim was incredibly professional and accommodating, coming out on a Saturday to look at my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained the issues he diagnosed well. Highly recommend! We recently experienced flooding that compromised our AC system, leaving us in a tough spot. That's when we reached out to Orion Heating and Air. Diane, Jim and Christopher were not only responsive but also incredibly accommodating, managing to schedule us in at very short notice. They worked quickly to get our AC up and running again, which came in at the best time when the weather dropped to the 40s. I'm sure we'll be back in the 80s next week.
