Reliant is a great company that has been there for me anytime I have an issue. Quick response times and the professionalism of their staff gets my highest rating. I really have to emphasize their professionalism. They are so polite and respectful and I have met multiple staff this last year and all exhibit that same trait. It really reminds me of a bygone day where the customer was treated with upmost respect and that they could have chosen another competitor but they chose us instead. That’s a vibe that is hard to come by in 2025.

Reliant bought my old company. I was having multiple issues with AC back in September. I worked with the owner on the cost of repairs. Very easy to talk with. Signed up for maintenance program. Reliant called to set up a semi-annual check appointment. Called me so I could meet the tech. All went smoothly. Recommendations were made about electrical panel and surge protection with quotes provided. I'm quite pleased.

I recently had a technician come out to inspect my AC because the fan wouldn't shut off. They were very friendly, did a good job diagnosing the issue, and even showed me pictures of the problem, which helped. While they did recommend upgrading to a new unit, I completely understand the suggestion since my current system was older. I appreciate their professionalism and honest service.

I needed service for a heating/ cooling unit for a mobile home purchased 3 months prior to the heat failing. I wanted a company that served Largo, and had been in business for a long time and had good ratings and reviews. The appointment was scheduled within a day and the technician, Michael, arrived on time and conducted his inspection quickly, and presented his findings and suggestions. I am weighing the costs of replacing parts in an aged unit vs total replacement of the whole unit, and will contract with Reliant when the decision is made. My experience with Reliant has been positive.

With Reliant Heating & A/C I got the best price (3 quotes), got 2 Trane systems (highest rated home ACs). The install was fast with clean, professional work. Passed by the City with no questions.

Always great service and Rob is one of my favorite techs, always makes sure your taken care of and explains everything to you.
