I was using Thunder Bay AC for the past six years until I learned that Reliant bought them out. Spoke to Angi since I remembered her from Thunder Bay and I went ahead and scheduled my annual maintenance with Reliant. Scott did a great job with the one time maintenance I scheduled. He was very honest and upfront about what my options were to either maintain my current ac unit and/or replace it. I will scheduling another appointment soon to get the most important issues taken care of. Thank you

Good friendly professionals service I would only recommend that on installing a new ac unit a new surge protector be installed and breaker box if rusted be replaced too and get ultraviolet air cleaner installed too

Excellent service, Technician came the same day I called, determined the problem(electrical) & fixed it! Reasonable rates for great service!

Of course my elderly mothers AC unit died at the end of July 105° heat index . Jarret came out and brought my mother a portable window unit to get her through the one day and night until they could install a new system then the next day. Price was fair. service was fantastic the owner really cares. Highly recommend.

Glen & Hannah were able to answer all of my questions. They recommended various services that my system will need. They also recomended equipment & services I will need on my next unit in order to make it run more efficiently.

Like others, i had Thunder Bay as my HVAC contractor. When it came time to retire, Reliant took over. I couldn't be happier about the service, punctuality, and fair pricing. Angie is a great dispatcher, and the techs are always respectful and courteous. I can't say enough but if your in the hunt for a HVAC company, look no further than here.

From first contact with Gabby through Jarrett the tec coming out promptly to diagnose the issue (Unfortunately the old unit wasn't able to be repaired) to the Install crew Billy & Hannah arriving the next day and knocking out the installation of the new unit in a timely manner

I had Reliant install my new Goodman 4 ton 17 Seer2 A/C just last week, March, 2025... I love the A/C... and can't say enough about the team that did it! The onsite team, Mike, Jesus and Hannah were wonderful! They knew their stuff. They were respectful of each other and me... and couldn't have worked harder and more efficiently. I was very happy with them and the rest of the team... from my first contact Glenn, to estimator Scott to the office staff, Gabby and Angie! Super, Super Team! I highly recommend Reliant as your go to for your A/C and HVAC needs!

We needed a new A/C unit and wanted another Trane. Jarrett came out and gave us an estimate that was better than the other two we got. He was extremely thorough and an altogether great guy. On installation day, the techs, Mikey and Hannah showed up right on time. They work together like a perfect team and are very efficient. Replaced our system last year with Thunder Bay. We thought highly of Sam, the owner. Thunder Bay is now Reliant, or it seems Reliant acquired or took over those accounts. Irregardless, of those details,our experience with Reliant thus far has been positive. Had our second bi-annual service today. Javier, the service tech was outstanding! Time before it was Glen. He too was great! It isn't always easy to find a good A/C company. I would suggest giving Reliant an opportunity to earn your business.
