Newlon's has been a life saver for us multiple times since we bought a new house a couple years ago. We've had repeated issues with our dual HVAC systems that are less than 5 years old (but fortunately still under warranty). Cody and Alyssa always go above and beyond to get things fixed quickly and correctly. When our current air conditioning systems fail, we'll definitely turn to them to install new ones (and get their expert advice on which system to pick for better reliability).

On top of our HVAC challenges, they've helped us sort out related issues from previous service providers who were sloppy or downright negligent. They are completely trustworthy and honest, not to mention exceedingly neat and precise! Case in point: Cody just installed a new exhaust fan in our laundry room, and for the drywall cut in the ceiling, he mapped it out with painter's tape so it would be straight & then caulked up the cut to keep it neat. I've never seen someone do such a thorough job, especially on things homeowners typically wouldn't see or notice. My husband and I are perfectionists, so we really appreciate that Cody goes the extra mile on every job. That work ethic is so rare these days.

We feel lucky to have found Newlon's and highly recommend them for their A+++ work. Added bonus is that Cody and Alyssa are super nice people who are simply a pleasure to be around.

My HVAC was suddenly not sending out any heat, I was past my service agreement time with another company, and I tried to find Cody and Alyssa. Googled them and long story short it was a great day! They did in fact, save the day! Got my heat back up! I needed refrigerant and materials and they will be back to complete my service and set up my new service agreement. They are the best team!! Thank you so much Cody!!!

We recently hired Newlon’s Heating and Air LLC for various jobs (vented out our stove/oven vent hood and bathroom exhaust, relocated a return air vent, etc.) and were impressed with their professionalism and skill. What’s more, Cody and Alyssa were prompt, efficient (yet thorough), and tidy—you would never know they had just done work in our home (a huge plus!). Highly recommend and would absolutely hire again.

Newlons HVAC (Cody) was the third HVAC company we brought in during our custom home build, after two separate contractors failed to solve a persistent comfort issue, including the original installer. From day one, the room farthest from the air handler ran about 6–9 degrees warmer or colder than the rest of the house.

The first company came out more than 10 times. At one point, a tech worked across several days and even ran a direct line from the air handler to that room. It still didn’t resolve the problem. During one of those visits, their tech opened a van door into my car and damaged it. He didn’t mention it, but it was caught on camera.

We then hired a second, larger local company that promised they had the fix. Unfortunately, their “solution” created a new problem: it started dumping roughly 1 ton of airflow from a 3-ton unit into a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT bedroom. When the owner came out, the recommendation was to use smart vents as dampers (ugh...nightmare). They redid the work, but performance continued to get worse with each fix. Every room in the house was out of wack.

At that point, I had basically lost faith this could be fixed correctly. Cody from Newlons came out and did what no one else did: he took the time to understand what the system actually was. He spent a decent amount of time in the attic on a brutally hot day mapping everything out. I had been up there myself and could see the install had drifted far from the original plans... flex runs were messy and not strapped to trusses. It had clearly deviated enough that we needed a new blueprint.

Cody went back to the office, ran the home through software, and provided a clear, software generated HVAC plan. He told me the work would take about a half day to a full day. He showed up on time, used protective material, communicated clearly, cleaned up and finished in half a day. After dealing with multi-day attempts from others, I honestly didn’t believe it at first.. so I waited to see how it performed. The difference was immediate and consistent. This wasn’t a band-aid. Cody corrected major underlying issues.

On top of the technical fix, the professionalism was night and day compared to my earlier experiences: protective material down, clean work, and excellent communication (including videos showing corrected damper operation and detailed explanations of what was changed and why).

Two established companies failed to fix what Cody fixed in half a day. Don’t make the same mistake I did.. not all HVAC companies deliver the same level of workmanship. Newlons is top notch. 11/10. Thank you so much, Cody!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEWLON"S HEATING & AIR LLC. Cody and Alyssa were great . They walked me through the process beforehand. They were on time, professional, and quality workmanship . I had them install and calibrate my new AC system with a gas furnace. Fair price and it works great !!!!! You can't go wrong with NEWLONS !!! A+. THANKS AGAIN

I have to say if i was able to give 0 stars i would. This company is a scam artist looking to maximise up selling they tried to charge me $2,500 to make some very small correction they quotes me to raise my unit 2 "but the unit is already flushed to ceiling so impossible task. Unreal i wouldnt recommend to use any one that is looking for a quick buck. Good luck

Worst experience ever! After years of recommending Bloom Mechanical to my clients, I used them to install brand new A/C system and all new Ac duct work through out house. 1.5 years after install, my husband was in attic to discover it was as cool and comfortable as the inside of my house. His company never glued or taped duct work together and some tubes even had huge gapping holes in it. We were told our 1 yr warrenty was up And we paid Top Top Dollar... Thanks for all the huge electric bills Bloom Mechanical.
