I really was impressed with the service I received from the tech Joe that came out. I'm a guy that trys to figure out problems and had to reach out when I was stumped. Joe worked with me on the problem that ended up being an electrical issue. Although the problem wasn't on their end he walked me through some possible remedies allowing me to repair the issue on my side. He went above and beyond checking things that he didn't have to deal with. I really appreciated the assistance and not trying to be sold anything. If I need AC help again I will be reaching out to Pleasant Air and requesting Joe going forward.

A better measure of service quality is when things go wrong. Our newly installed unit stopped cooling. One call and 1.5 hours later a service tech was at my door and 30 min later it was fixed. I have been a customer of Pleasant Air for several years and this is normal service, the best!

I have been extremely happy with the service I have received over the past 2 years from Pleasant AC. Sergio is the technician that usually works on the 3 units we have at our home.
Ive been a general contractor for 20 years and have dealt with hundreds of contractors over the years, and the customer service that I have received has been nothing short of excellent. They have been very transparent and clear in all of their communications. If you want prompt, hassle free service with no excuses, then you will be pleased with their service. Sergio does an amazing job of finding and conveying the issues and getting it fixed quickly!

Joseph Gunn did a great job. He was really easy to work with. We did not solve the problem. That wasn't his fault we could not get it to duplicate what it was doing. He left us the number and we will call back if it happens again thank you we are very satisfied

I had a complete heal pump installation to include replacing the air handler. After looking at all of the major brands and pricing units/installation costs, while not the least expensive, I decided to trust Pleasant AC. They have done extraordinary service, in the past, on the old heat pump. The question was fundamental: do I want to go with a lower price from a vendor that I have no personal knowledge of or, do I chose a company I have knowledge of and whose past work has been stellar? The answer was simple. I choose to trust Pleasant A/C with my business. Now the unit I had installed was the Daikiin FIT heat pump and so far so good. Very satisfied with the system and the company. I've used this company for many years to install and maintain my AC at more than one home. they have always been consistent, knowledgeable, professional and fair. In this day and age, its very hard to distinguish bad companies from good ones...This one is a good one and trustworthy . Haven't let me down yet.

Purchased our HVAC unit from Pleasant Air. It has been a pleasure dealing with them. Not only does our Trane run great, but service is wonderful. I just had an issue today (not related to their products) that led to a leak. They had someone here in an hour!!! Who does that now? Pleasant Air does!!

Had the semi annual maintenance done today. Brian showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the unit inside and out, 5 years now with no issues.
It was a pleasure to work with Brian and the whole Pleasant AC team.

We had our AC to go down on one of the hottest days of this summer. Pleasant Air sent a person to look at it. Even though they had to order the part they were back the next day to get us back up and cool. Very professional and helpful through the process. Thank you!!

Good service response but disappointed that they were unable to get my AC back online. Thank God it’s not too hot tonight. Will look forward to seeing them tomorrow and getting our AC back on.
Well, the fan motor was replaced the next day but the cost was unexpectedly high and temporarily took our breath away. But on the plus side, our air conditioning is working again !!

Just maintenance today, but they also installed my entire HVAC previously. I’ll continue to use them for all AC services. The technician who came out today was super friendly and explained everything in a simple manner, yet with great detail.

Excellent service as always! This was our twice annual preventive maintenance service. They charge $189 for two service calls.

We can’t say enough good things about Pleasant Air Conditioning. Our AC went out after hours and I gave them a call and left a message. They quickly responded and had us on the books the next morning. We couldn’t be more grateful. Sergio came out and fixed our unit. He was awesome and unbelievably kind.
