We had a brand new system installed by Todd’s a/c. The installers were professional and explained every detail of the installation. We are very happy with our new a/c system and would definitely use this company again. Excellent service, quality work and friendly office staff.

Called their office twice to get someone to come look at my AC issues. Todd called me back stating he was busy and to call the office for an appointment. Office said someone will get in touch with you. Wasted my whole day without AC and no call back from Todd or he staff. Wouldn't recommend this business as AC is important in Florida . GARBAGE

P.S. I never communicated to an answering service . I called the office twice and tried calling Todd before 5 pm. It's funny he's quick to reply to my truthful review but he nor he's staff replied back to my AC service call.

These guys were great, showed up on time, were polite, did a professional job, cleaned up good and at a very reasonable price.

Todd installed 2 new units at our home 12/2017 after a devastating fire. I then had him install a new unit in our Beachhouse as well. Then, as things started to age, I found out he didn't register ANY of the units for warranty, so I only got 5 yrs warranty vs 10. Way to go Todd; another $850 charge today!

These guys are awesome! Very professional and their customer service is unprecedented! Our technician was Harris. He was very knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. He and Todd A/C shared information that they did not have to share, which resulted in a lower overall invoice. Honestly and this kind of customer service is so rare today! Thank you Todd A/C!

I really don't want to give this company any stars. I have tried twice now to have services provides by this company. The first time we had an appointment between 10am and 12 noon. They never called or showed up for the service appointment. Today February 21st I had an appointment scheduled to get an estimate for an air conditioning unit replacement at 12 noon. Unfortunately another no call no show. I will never call this company for anything in the future as they just don't care to provide services. Horrible company and total lack of communications with potential customers.

Have been using Todd's AC since we bought our condo in 2023. They have done excellent and friendly work, everything from routine maintenance to installing a new system. Fair priced, fast service and friendly people. KJ and Derek have provided us with exceptional service. Today, KJ replaced our blower motor and got our system back online like the expert he is! I highly recommend Todd's AC!

Professional. Do a great job on service and repair. Had some work done in attic on air conditioning vent. They did a great job. Brandon 5 stars on my maintenance. The number one thing to be careful. Places that want to sell you a new unit. Never with this company.

I hired Todd's to replace all my ductwork and to move my air handler. They were very organized and professional. They did a very neat and professional job. I can’t say enough good things about Todd’s Air Conditioning! After a faulty installation by another company, my AC unit completely failed—the compressor essentially exploded. Todd’s sent Ken out to inspect the system, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided clear recommendations for the repair.

Their pricing was extremely fair, and they took care of all the warranty returns for the faulty equipment, making the entire process stress-free for me. Ken did an excellent job with the repairs, and my unit was up and running in no time. The professionalism, efficiency, and honesty of Todd’s Air Conditioning truly set them apart. Todd's A/C replaced two AC units this week at my home.. Phil and Brandon were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond. My husband was extremely impressed and appreciated the additional maintenance tips. I would highly recommend using Todd's A/C if you need service or replacement.

Todd’s AC was part of our garage renovation. They installed a Mitsubishi split which wasn’t quite level.Todd returned within 2 days to assess the situation. He sent a different crew the next day to straighten things out and also installed metal covers outside for our all house AC unit

Had someone come out on Wednesday morning early to give me a quote to repair my ductwork told me I’d have an estimate the next morning never received it. I called yesterday at 2 o’clock. They said they’d have it to me Friday morning. I never received it today either horrible company they don’t want. I guess you’re business.

They worked so hard .. showed up on time .. and this is the third time they’ve been out to correct bad work from other companies ! That are VERY Knowledgeable about the practice and knew exactly what the problem was when they walked in and looked at it the first time the rest of it has just been installation and I couldn’t be more thrilled. My house is chilly and nice. My air conditioning was cooling the attic and they corrected it and fixed that And I would’ve never known had they not shown me ! They did an amazing job and are the only ones I’ll use from now on. !!!

My experience was great. Genti was my technician and he was very patient and detailed diagnosing my AC system. He took care of the problem and gave my thorough explanation of everything I needed to know. Recommend him 100%.
