Pleasant AC scheduled us right away as we had a leak. The technician was friendly and professional and got our unit serviced quickly. He also explained the problem and instructed me on what to do to help maintain the unit and answered all my questions. Thank you Pleasant AC! We're very happy with this company.

Peter was professional, provided great customer service, and was very knowledgeable. Per my preventative maintenance agreement he performed the following: tune-up, cleaning of the equipment, check refrigerant, electrical components, and all vents for airflow.

I think they sent their best crew out to do this installation. They were professional and courteous. Worked as a team. Paid attention to detail during the install ,very clean work. If all of their crews perform like this , this company will be around 100 years. As far the product I choose, Trane, I got very competitive pricing. Most vendors were trying to sell a Reheem or Goodman , Diakin at the same pricing...
Hands down the best new install I've seen in years, even when compared to the commercial installations.

She was very courteous on the set up of my account and turned it over to Peter to do what he does great. He sincerely cares about his customers and followed up with me the next day to ensure that everything was working properly....that is Customer Service!!

The service man, Chad, was very professional. I am so glad I hired Pleasant Air conditioning to install my Trane system in 2022, I continually receive excellent service from the company staff as well as my high-end, "Bentley" Trane system that I purchased. It is worth it, I never have issues. If you're going to own real estate, it's worth investing money for high quality products and services, rather than cheaping out for garbage that constantly breaks down within a year. Trane systems are extremely high quality mechanically and well worth it long term. Trane does not allow "just any rag-tag HVAC company" to install and service their products, the company has an intense vetting and training policy to ensure clients are receiving top quality installation and services. Pleasant Air, is up to scratch folks. FYI, this was the first time I ever had to call Pleasant Air for service in 4 years! That's how solid my Trane system is, and the fix was simple. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new HVAC system, do a Google search about Trane and how remarkable the mechanical components are within their systems for Florida and coastal areas. Trane products offer longevity and Pleasant Air are Tranes boots on the ground for proper installation and service maintenance.

Had a challenging install on a new AC unit. Robbie and Sean were both quick and professional and diligent. Eventually needed to call in Chad, a technician, to address a wiring issue on the new air handler. Chad was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and fixed it same-day in under an hour.

Cody and his team installed a new AC system (new condenser and air handler) at my Clearwater property this spring when my ancient, mismatched system finally began to fail. I could not have been more pleased with his efficiency, professional courtesy, and the fair, transparent pricing. A couple of complications arose when inspection time came around—not having to do with his own work—and he very kindly helped to resolve those issues, too. I’m so glad I found Newlon’s and will be a loyal customer from here on out. Highly recommend.
