We had an excellent experience with Blume Mechanical! Contacted them for a non-emergent issue and they were out to fix it the next day. Tye went over several options and helped us decide on what was best at the time for our home and our budget. The work was completed that same day and not only did they remedy our HVAC issue but also cleaned up some sloppy work left by the previous company. We recommend Blume Mechanical to anyone who needs HVAC services and wants to deal with an honest company that does quality work of the highest caliber!

We just moved to a new home and our filters on our ac vents were disgustingly dirty! Oz came and replaced filters and cleaned vents and even removed mold stains on ceiling and sanitized everything. Oz was professional, patient and he seemed genuinely caring about the work he did. He wanted to do an excellent job and he delivered. He took pride in his work and it was refreshing to see someone who genuinely cared about doing an excellent job. He was trustworthy and not trying to just charge us as much as he could like other ac companies. I would highly recommend oz and Tye. Tye the owner was honest and also highly professional. It’s refreshing to know such high quality professionals exist and they have a loyal customer now for the long term.

Oz and Chris, to put it plainly are the best. No one knows AC better than Oz and their work was exceptional. They came on a Saturday, found my back ordered part by Friday and had my unit running the whole time. Who dies that?

As a Floridian, I called Blume to do proactive maintenance leading into the summer. I specifically chose them because I was looking for a local, family run business.

I run my unit down to 67 nightly and wanted to avoid any issues in peak summer season. Not only did the servicemen come out a day earlier then expected (when only my wife was home and not myself), but the night they serviced my unit my AC ran significantly worse. It was unable to lower my home below 72.

When I called back about the issue they refused to take any accountability or even have someone come out and look. What's worse, they used accusatory language towards me implying I was trying to scam them.

The only positive thing is that they have verbally offered to refund me (which I'm still waiting on confirmation on), but now I need to find someone else to fix the unit that they broke.

I trust them entirely with our needs and know they will provide the most honest service at the most competitive price. Oz is a great technician and I’m grateful to know him and this company. Living in Florida it is critical to be able to rely on a company like this for the inevitable need. Highly recommend.

Blume has "saved" us more than once. They are quick to respond, are excellent diagnosticians, order the parts needed, and install them as soon as they come in. Thank you for your terrific air conditioning service for us.
