Reliant is the new name for Thunderbay, an AC service company I’ve used for the past two years for rental units I manage and for my own home. The scheduling coordinator Angie is easily accessible and a joy to work with. The techs are well trained, efficient and polite. I’ve recently worked with Emilio who explains everything involved in the semi annual service call. He is meticulous and well organized.
If the new owners run the company as well as the previous owner did, I will continue to highly recommend them.

Mike Harris is great representative of Reliant. He is very knowledgeable and eager to explain to you. Highly recommend their service!

UPDATE:

Reliant Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome! We just had a new AC unit and all new ductwork installed by them and it was a smooth process! From beginning to end, they explained what was there and what they were putting in, and why it would be better going forward. Needless to say, our house is cool and humidity-free! And a special shout out to Herchel and Danny. Their teamwork continued through the heat with no complaints, just smiles.
While it was a big decision for us, we are extremely happy that we chose Reliant. We also look forward to our relationship growing and seeing them on routine maintenance visits, as their goal is to keep our new unit running smooth and efficiently all year long.
