I have been using Reliant for the past few years. They do a maintainance check twice a year to make sure the system is running properly. The technician is polite and efficient. They explain were problems are and use pictures to show where the system is weak.

Routine 6 month service indicated need for capacitor not working at optimal level. I have been a customer of Reliant for 12 years and seldom have needed anything other than occasional worn parts replacement. Service is always prompt with courteous, efficient, knowledgeable technicians and reasonable fair pricing. . I highly recommend this company to address any heating / air conditioning issue and recommend their service plans.

I have never had such a sincere and positive experience with an AC company. They were courteous, honest and efficient. Jarrett was very friendly and respectful. We really enjoyed having him here.

Javier and his assistant Keith came for normal service but I had a question and noise issue, they are handling the problem. Javier is very respectful and knowledgeable.

Great A/C company Khoi was wonderful. He was patient understanding my problem, spend time servicing unit and explained work that I could really understand and provide photos for my files. I would highly recommend this company and signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

Definitely a company you can trust. I have used and I have recommended this company to my neighbors who have been more than satisfied with the services provided by the team. Today, a very professional team came in and did a great job maintaining my twenty year old Trane AC and my mini split. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased. I've been given a heads up that my air handler is going to need some love in the future as rust is eating away at it.. but, as of right night we are still working.... I'll be calling Travis and his team in the future when I need him. Give them a try.!!!

Coy was our tech.He was extremely patient with any and all questions we threw at him. He explained the reasons we should probably consider a new air conditioner(age of unit and cost to repair). Also encouraged a second opinion if we would feel more comfortable. Coy called Jim at the office to get pricing and he to was also very friendly and helpful.

I have to say, I usually don't write reviews but in this case I thought it necessary to let everyone know how good Reliant A/C and heating was. My technician Haviea was not only on time but he took the time to explain everything he was doing. The bill he gave to me for two hours of service was the same price I was quoted too. Hey....You know, you cant throw a stick up in Florida without it coming down on an Air Conditioning contractor. At least use one you know will work to get you back cooling and heating the right way.

I posted a review or I thought I did but unable to confirm it took so I'm writing another now. I highly recommend Reliant for any AC work. I recently had them replace my older AC unit and every tech that did any work were very professional and did great work. In my case after the install I had some issues. They immediately sent another tech out and determined that the lines carrying the refrigerant were too small to handle the new refrigerant required by new code. Reliant took responsibility and ran the new lines which had to be run from our balcony thru my living room and thru my laundry room to my AC air handler room. They then had a dry wall guy come in a box in the exposed lines. After I painted these it blended right in the rooms looking like they were originally there. They did a great job. I would not hesitate to used them again.

Reliant installed my system just over two years ago. I had renters in the house and since they moved I know the system needed to be checked and I knew the handler and ducts would also need cleaning. The techs arrived on time and confirmed exactly what I already knew. My system that is just over two years old will need the coils in the handler pulled and cleaned and they will clean the ducts at the same time. The techs also suggested I hold off on the regular maintenance until they come back and do the deep clean. There was no charge for today’s visit and they will be back next week.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Javier today at our home in Dunedin. Javier showed up on time and introduced himself and explained what he planned on doing. He proceeded to check and clean the equipment inside and out. He even took the outside unit apart so he could properly spray cleaning agent and then hose the coils from the inside out, as recommended. He checked many of the performance readings and concluded by waxing the outside of the Condenser unit. This was the first of two cleaning included in our annual maintenance plan. This was clearly a great investment. Hats off to Javier.

Glen and Javier were just at my home they installed a uv light and capacitor. They did the duct cleaning to. Glen and Javier were kind, respectful, hard working, smart, problem solvers, and just amazing people. I’m glad these 2 serviced my system and I would gladly have them back

Very satisfied with their service today. My ac in the back of the house had been out for three weeks, I was unsuccessfully dealing with our home warranty company cinch who I ended up canceling our services with. I called reliant at 830am, a knowledgeable tech was here at 11 and had me up and running again at 2. He had to go get a part and come back to put it in, that’s why it took as long as it did. Happy to be sleeping in comfort again.

Javier was very knowledgeable & professional. He also communicated the process of his work and any recommendations. Highly recommend the VIP plan to maintain your system twice a year which also includes some customer perks😉

We are so impressed with our service tech Xavier. He not only was very thorough in his service call, but he is such a wonderful representation for Reliant Air. Very professional, respectful, and articulate in explaining some of the add-on options we are looking at for our unit. My husband and I were so impressed with this young man that we are going to request him every time we need service. A wonderful company to deal with and superb employees.
