The team was very late arriving based on the time frame given in the text and did not leave until almost 9:30 pm. HOWEVER, the job was done professionally and was meticulously installed. Both A/C units work perfectly. Job well done!

I called Bay breeze and they came out the same day. They got my air conditioning working, but showed me how bad the condition of my 12 year old system is (rust and holes). They gave me a price to replace which they did promptly. Thank you team 1. David Guadarrama, who is the first one that came out. Even came back to check on me to see if everything was good. Even programmed my phone to the thermostat wonderful service.

Baybreeze Air Conditioning is hands down the best in the business! After another company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my AC, the owner, Tom, came out personally and had it fixed in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The price was more than fair, and the service was absolutely top-notch. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, but Baybreeze absolutely does. Highly recommend to anyone needing AC service or repair!

Recently I had a huge emergency where my AC got backed up and started to leak water through the ceiling. I called bay Breeze Air Conditioning and they came out immediately. They gave me some quick instructions first to avoid further damage and came to the house. When they got here they figured out it was a bad float. but what I really appreciate is that they looked at everything carefully and determined the wiring was wrong as well and could potentially cause the problem to happen again. They not only fixed the faulty part but also rewired the system to function properly and helped clear out the blockage in the lines. I also had another company install a UV light system in the wrong place and the Bay Breeze guys educated me on how it should be installed and fixed that as well. They are honest, hard working and very knowledgeable. I trust them and will use them for all future AC work, give them a chance and I guarantee you will not regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about Bay Breeze Air Conditoning! On one of the hottest days of the year, our air conditioner suddenly gave out, leaving my family and pets in a sweltering house. I called them expecting to wait days for help, but they came out the very same day. The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about getting us comfortable again. They worked quickly, explained everything they were doing, and had the system running perfectly in no time. Thanks to them, we were cool, comfortable, and stress-free that evening. I would highly recommend Bay Breeze! Emilio was so courteous and spot on time! He didn’t try to oversell me on anything! Some new AC companies pay on commission. The service plan for $20 a month makes it affordable for me to always have it done. Or I just don’t! I have surge protectors on things inside my home, Emilio recommended one for my outside unit. When I call for an appointment they're kind and schedule promptly usually within a week, I appreciate that. The service person calls ahead of time to let me know he's on his way, and is knowledgeable efficient and kind. If ever there is an adjustment to be made, the company is always very fair with me, they have my best interest in mind. I've been using this company for a few years and I'm very happy with the service that they provide.

Robert Presch is excellent and provides the best HVAC maintenance. On a Saturday he gave great advice on our a/c situation over the phone that was spot on. He was able to come out on a Sunday to finish the solution and through great experience was able to clear the blockage in our a/c drain line.
I can’t say enough great things about Robert as he has given us outstanding customer service over many many years.

After getting an estimate for an a/c repair which Infelt was a bit too high, a friend Refered me to Jimmy at Orion. I called him right away, I explained I wanted a second opinion, and he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Jimmy was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and stayed well into the evening to make the needed repair and get our A/C up and running that same day. He charged me a fair and reasonable price.

Great company! Zero issues. When every other company turned their back on the challenge of finding a specific unit to replace the old one. Orion was upfront on the Lead time and challenges. Found what I needed and even had a hiccup with a supplier and turned around to found another distributor. Delivered on time. Unbeatable professionalism and great prices.

Very rare to find a company with integrity, honesty and fairness. This is the definition of Jim! He runs a true service company. I hired him almost ten years ago to install a unit at our old home. We recently moved and he came out quite a few times (without charging us) to analyze our current system. We again chose him to install a new unit at our new home. He is super dedicated to his company and just an awesome person!

Can't go wrong with Orion. Jim (owner) has been taking great care of my AC problems for about a year when I decided it was time to get rid of my 20y/o system and get a new one. I had 3 or 4 different ac companies give me quotes with at least one indicating it would have to be done w/o a permit because of the small attic. Jim and his team knew of smaller models with the same efficiency as the others, took care of getting the permit, did a great install, scheduled the city inspector for the approval and had the best price!! We love our new AC and we love Orion. They are the most honest and reasonable AC company I've ever delt with in our area. I can't recommend them enough.
