What a FABULOUS a/c team! Lauren in the office got us right on the schedule, Rob came out, evaluated the job and offered several ideas to do the challenging project of reconfiguring our air handler and ducts into a very tight space. The install team of Robbie and Sean was amazing! They worked SUPER hard for two days straight, making sure everything was done right. They were really knowledgeable and had a can-do attitude! Rob came back a couple more times the next days after that to make sure everything was good. Genti, their ac tech, just left and did a great job on the semi annual maintenance and is a really nice guy! We had a great experience. Thanks to everyone at Pleasant Air Conditioning for a hard job well done!

I’m on the annual maintenance plan with Pleasant. I had the 6 month check up yesterday by the tech Brian. He was through, professional and left everything clean.

I love the responsiveness and professionalism of this company! It is refreshing! Especially since they got our AC back up so quickly.

I really don't write many reviews, but the work done on my air handler by Rob and Sean is by far the best experience I had in a long time and I had to write and brag on them. The air handler wasn't working as it should, and yes, these things happen, but these men worked so hard to get it right. Thank you, Rob and Sean, for your hard work and it was such a pleasure meeting you both. Thank you Pleasant Air Conditioning Services, you are tops in my book!

Rob and team did a great job at my house. They fixed a poorly designed supply run that feeds the entire house. Had 3 other companies look at the same issue and none of them had a solution for it and tried to sell me things I didn't need.

Brian Zelle always professional and friendly. Very careful in the work area. Gave an understandable report after service.

I called at 9AM they had a technician out by 10AM. Justin, the technician that came out was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend calling Pleasant Air Conditioning for your AC services.

We have a stain on the living room ceiling. Brian found the source of the leak in the ductwork. Since the leak is in the attic he took pictures so I was able to see. Brian was on time, easy to work with and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new AC. Current one is 20 years old!

Peter was an excellent A/C technician and very knowledgeable. Great personality and more helpful than most. I would recommend their services to anyone.

AC stopped working in my condo. Got a quote Wednesday for $3400. Chad came out today for a 2nd opinion and saved me almost $3000 and my place is nice and cool again. I’ll be a customer for life now!

Justin came out to Diagnosis my issue with my ac which wasn't great news but Justin made experience easy he was nice and professional and explaining everything even when I didnt have money they have easy financing available which thank God we where approved.... thanks guys can't wait til Christmas eve to get new ac and be cool again..... thanks Justin

The worker came on time & gave us a 15 min text ahead that he was coming. Did a checkover, showed pics of any problem areas. Was courteous. Nice gentleman. Seems to be knowledgeable.

These guys were super quick and got everything done right away! They talked to me clearly and fixed things fast. Everything was sorted out, and they were so polite, which made our day a lot smoother.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I would recommend to everyone. Last year in July 2024 I was in truck driving school and my AC died RIP. This company came out same day and installed the next. Forever grateful because summer heat, 2 dogs, and out in the sun for school. They work with me being an OTR driver and always get the maintenance scheduled when we are home even if it’s unexpected. Thank you guys for the support and continuing to be there a year later and the years to come! I truly appreciate you all everyone on this team is amazing!

Brian did a great job! Pleasant AC followed a comprehensive checklist with lots of photos, transparency and a reasonably priced maintenance program, perfect for long distant management.

We have had nothing but great experiences with the folks at Pleasant. Most recently, we experienced an AC emergency. They responded quickly, implemented a quick short-term fix, then came back later and made the long term repair to get us back up and running. They show up when they promise, do good work, at a fair price! Highly recommend.

The end product looks wonderful. We purchased an HVAC and new modern vent covers which took an inordinately long time and caused some issues, angst and cost. Luckily. Rob is knowledgeable , skillful and professional. We are hopeful and will use them for maintenance services.
