COMPLETE AND TOTAL PROFESSIONALS!!! We just used Performance for our complete A/C unit upgrade. Troy, Trevor, Jeremy, Will and John were all AWESOME! This wonderful company has our highest, personal recommendation! We feel very comfortable with the amount we paid. We received an incredible TWELVE YEAR warranty along with interest free financing for eighteen months! We simply cannot express just how professional, knowledgeable and courteous these guys are. They texted my wife with a picture of the technician coming to the house, came right on time and got the job done right the first time on time with absolutely no issues whatsoever. My heat was not working. The tech , Cory was great at explaining the problem and what it would take to correct it. Even showed photos of parts, age dates of units, etc. Very knowledgeable. Being a senior, he was patient and very helpful. An asset to your company. Thanks much.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
3 1/2 years ago I had the entire system replaced in my home. November 2024 system stopped working. They sent tech out and I was told the coil was bad and it would be $4000 in labor to replace it!! It took them until April 16th 2025 to finally get back to me. I had 2 separate managers come out and tell me they would repair for half the original quote. I agreed just so I could get the ac back working again. April 21 tech shows up and says it can’t be repaired due to the fact it was installed wrong and that they would have to take it out of attic and place in laundry/bathroom and that they would replace system with a new air handler. I wasn’t pleased with it having to be placed there but once again I just wanted ac again. After job was done tech left paperwork behind and I noticed that they installed a different system than the one I paid for. They put the cheapest one on the market in my house. When I contacted the service manager Shawn Mercer he told me it’s basically the same thing. I disagreed and told him I wanted the same system I paid for. He said he would have to get with his general manager and get back to me. I have called multiple times in the last 3 days just to be told he is unavailable!!

I am so glad that I chose Performance for my new heat pump. From installation to follow up service calls every technician has been absolutely outstanding. Carlos, Garrett, and Jeremiah have been so kind, helpful, and professional, taking time to answer my questions and explain how everything works. On this Thanksgiving day, I am thankful to have found Performance and the amazing people who work there!!

Performance Air Conditioning did an exceptional job for us. Our system had stopped working and we had just hoped there would be a simple fix. Unfortunately the wear and tear could not be fixed easily. We were given a lot of options and we chose to replace the system. It was affordable and they had us up and running in one day. Britt came out to my home Wednesday evening around 6 PM, quickly assessed everything, and clearly explained all my options. He recommended a great AC brand at a nice price, and I was able to schedule a next-day installation for 8 AM Thursday. The team had everything up and running by 3 PM.

Larry my technician was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with figuring out the best set up for my new ac system. He was patient helping me understand how to maintain the new system and walked me through every step. Highly recommended this company.

I was hoping to get more life out of my AC unit installed in 2014, but no.. The Performance team, Britt Wheatley, Kevin Williams, and Jensen made this process a very good one though. Britt spent a great deal of time assessing what I had, how other units were set up in the community, what would work best for me, and provided a quote I could work with in my budget. They worked fast to get the permit. Kevin and Jensen showed up around 8:15, got started, kept the area clean, and wrapped up the process by 3:15. Jensen reviewed my thermostat, got me set up on wifi, and they were off. For not wanting this experience, this group did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. The Daikin unit is quieter and more energy efficient so I hope to see reductions on my electric bills too.

We have been working with this company for about 25 years, going back to when the Minton brothers owned it. They used to be the best. Now they are very expensive, and the invoicing is odd. Instead of the invoice listing parts and labor separately, they charge for each part as if it were a separate trip/job. We had to have two parts worked on - one replaced and one added. One part was available at ACE for 23$ and its charge was 360$. The other part was added at the same visit and the separate charge was 393$. Each charge listed the same labor steps like it was a different visit for each. Our credit card was charged immediately and before the work was completed. Ok. fine, if that is what they charge..then we now know better.
Also, when I tried to deal with the customer service supervisor, he was not listening about my billing concerns and proceeded to give a well practiced script, which I guess he has used many many times.
These things would have never happened with the Minton brothers. They knew what good service was. Warning to all who get their service -- watch the bill closely and ask a lot of questions !!!

I can’t say enough good things about Performance Air Conditioning and Electric—and especially my technician, Johan. I called on a Saturday, and he was at my house the very next day (Sunday), which already exceeded my expectations.

Johan spent about three and a half hours thoroughly diagnosing and fixing my unit. He walked me through exactly what was going on, showed me where the leak was, explained every step of the repair before doing the work, and even took pictures to document everything. His attention to detail was outstanding.

Beyond his technical skill, his professionalism really stood out. He was extremely clean and organized—when he finished, you honestly couldn’t even tell he’d been there.

Five stars all the way around. Outstanding service, excellent communication, and top-notch workmanship. I would absolutely use Performance again and highly recommend them—especially Johan.

Received new Unit installed. Install Techs were Alex and Kenny both were very polite and respectful. Worked very hard providing top notch service kept me updated on what was going on was very timely and professional. Would highly recommend the Performance heating n Air. Can’t forget Troy the salesman was very thorough with explaining the units. Thanks for everything.

We are so glad we found such a dependable and professional company! One of the best things about them is that they offer plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services, all in one place.

So far, I have used their plumbing service, and the work Gerardo did was excellent. We had a broken pipe, and they came the same day. Even though it was late in the day, Gerardo went to get the necessary materials and finished the job that very night.

I also received estimates for upgrading our electrical panel, and this company offered the best price compared to several others we contacted. Dimitri is very knowledgeable and gave us three different options based on our needs, then helped us schedule the work.

Unlike other companies that charge a fee just to come out and inspect the issue, this company does it for free and also offers a 10% senior discount, which we really appreciate.

After the work was completed, Ian, one of the managers, called the next day to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions or concerns.

I called performance air conditioning to make an appointment because I had no hot water my water heater stopped working properly so I made the appointment for the next day and within 15 minutes I received a phone call they were asking me that they had a technician available for the same day I was grateful for that. Austin the technician was at my house within 30 minutes from the phone call that I received from the office I call that great customer service. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable he told us exactly what was wrong with the water heater he gave me two estimates which by the way they have reasonable prices. I recommend this company for any needs of air conditioning or water heater. I give them two thumbs up and for Austin five stars. Thank you for helping us out.

I initially left a review after the quote, but now that the work is done, I felt it was important to update it. Esteban came out the same day I received the water heater and truly went above and beyond. The job became more complicated than expected, yet he handled everything calmly and professionally. He spent around five hours making sure the installation was done correctly and did not leave until everything was working perfectly. He was never sloppy or rushed—very thorough, detail-oriented, and respectful of the space. His dedication and work ethic really stood out, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.

haven’t had the installation done yet, but I wanted to leave a review for Esteban based on the quote and consultation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He answered all my questions with patience and made a stressful situation feel much easier to handle. You can tell he truly knows his work and takes pride in what he does. I feel very confident moving forward and really appreciate his professionalism and honesty.

We had a great experience with Performance. First their Service Tech Scott came out to review our issues. He took his time and figured out exactly what was wrong. He went to great pains to demonstrate what was wrong and why we needed to replace our unit. We had a Britt come out the next day to estimate a new unit and what we needed. He was super friendly and detailed. Most importanly he listened to what we had to say and wanted. Two days later We had Bryce come and install a new unit. I love the fact had great communication with all of these guys along the way. Bryce went above and beyond installing our new unit. He actually reinforced the pedestal / box for our air handler and replaced all the lines and drain. Top notch work that really set Performance apart from the last company we used. New AC units aren't cheap but at least I feel we really got our money's worth. Thanks to all these guys for making this a easy experience.

Johan did my maintenance service today and he did a fantastic job. He showed me step my step what he was doing including pictures of all his findings. I love having my new equipment inspected every six months. Performance offers this service at a very affordable He was very professional, knowledgeable and caring, and I value that!

Technicians Sean, Larry, and Jetson did a great job on the installation. They asked me questions on certain things before they installed for example where I would like the drain run off. Which was pretty cool. I have a run off going into my flower beds instead of just going anywhere. Any questions or concerns I had they answered or did. They didn't leave me hanging. Woohoo!!!!
Electrician Robert also did a great installation job with the electrical part. So neat and clean. Very thorough on explaining before and after installation. Woohoo!

Britt reviewed our current system and due to age suggested a new verses fixing a part for another to break down soon. Gave us a great price! Easy to communicate with and were on time for install. The men were courteous, professional and very neat. The complete job and workmanship was excellent! Can hardly hear the system running and cooled the house down fast.
