The have come out three time to do well
The advetise a low price for a service that does clean the vent well then they charge you extra. Very desapointed

I found these guys on a facebook ad and glade I called them. They were very responsive and was able to get me in the books very quick. Mayan came out to service our house and office and was able to get everything done all in one day. Cleaned, sanitized and added uv lights to our systems. All at a very reasonable price.

Update:
Its been 1 year now and I've had nothing but issues with my brand new unit that was purchased and installed by fast of florida. First they installed incorrectly and there was water leaking from the air handler and had to come back out and fix that. Then a few months after that I had more issues with it and was told it was wire incorrectly and that was the reason why i was not getting any heat. Recently today they came back out because there was a bunch of water again coming from the air handler and was spilling over the catch pan and was told it was also rewired incorrectly (again) so the float valve wasnt turning on when it was suppose to. And was told the unit was back and running fine but now unit is not working AGAIN and they are coming back out. For a brand new AC that i've spent thousands on, I've had nothing but issues. It seems like they do not know what they are doing and if I keep relying on them to fix these issues but I will not be using them in the future ever again.

Joe serviced our AC on Friday 5/30. Same day service is much appreciated. Joe was extremely polite and did a great job. Communicate thru the process. Would highly recommend Fast of Florida and Joe.

Joe was excellent, professional, however, their charges were way out of line. When I found out the part he replaced cost about $20 and took 5-10 minutes to repair and my bill was over $600 I would advise u to steer clear of these guys. Read the reviews! Looks like they make a habit of overcharging.

We've been using Fast of Florida since 2012, and their service agreement is a no-brainer for us, in terms of keeping our AC system operating in great repair, and also in terms of the peace of mind that we can call them should anything go wrong. It's a great value!

Christopher Gonzalez, from Fast of Florida was EXCELLENT. Outstanding work ethic, professional, courteous, and understanding to our equipment needs and economic means. Performed a full service electrical inspection, was honest about his findings, and installed our much needed circuit surge protector, which was long overdue. Thank you, Chris!

He did a great job, and was very courteous. The only draw back was it was $766 to replace a small section of exposed PVC piping. I needed it done and he did the job right, but two other companies called later and the job should have been in the $200-400 price range not nearly $800 as it was such a simple fix with $20-50 worth of parts. So shop around.
