This company is unreliable. Called for maintenance on a commercial air conditioning unit, they came and found that the ventilation motor was faulty. They planned to replace it two days later and sent an email to schedule the appointment. After more than 15 days, I haven't heard anything from the company.
SINCE COVID, THIS COMPANY'S RELIANCE IS NO LONGER THE SAME.

Joe completed the job. He was on time and very knowledgeable and fast. He is an asset for your company.

Our FAST service technician, Christopher Gonzalez, was fantastic!!! He took the time to make sure we understood everything he was checking/servicing and he was super polite and professional. His recommendations for ways to protect our system and keep it in top-notch shape were great. He completed the upgrades to the system very quickly and explained everything about their operation. Super job by Chris G. and FAST!!! Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!!

Joe arrived early and we discussed my A/C concerns and he got right to work.
He checked all of the preventive maintenance items and explained it all to me.
He was very thorough and complete.
He demonstrated excellent communication skills.
We were very pleased.

Joe and Brayne showed up on time. A complete inspection was completed and the unit was serviced. We are very satisfied with the service Joe completed for us. I would highly recommend him for any future services. They returned today and installed a new coil and recharged the unit.

If you are reading this review . You need to know i do not typically write a review. This is a very unexpected very exceptionally Awsome experience. Most companies (in my option) want to take your money.. and then a little service.

However my experience with FAST AND (Thomas Witkop ) and his techs (Axle and Richard) and rest of the team. They went way above in getting our units installed with very little notice . It was a very difficult situation. We contacted had tried a few other companies for help. Very few results. All with the same ( no units available. We will call you back. Or no Techs at this time... My office had older units, that gave up during August summer heat. 1 unit with a electric issue. All 5 units in the Gap between ceilings and or on the roof. Even in the extreme heat they worked long hours in order to get our office back to comfortable situation. Dealing with older wiring and ductwork that was outdated. (Old falling apart )
With no complaints or price adjustments and only (smiles and thank you for your buisness.) working late hours. Even Cleaned up like it never happened.

Since the installation they have came out twice to make sure we were very comfortable and happy with work.

3/11/24- I’m having to update this review to reflect the new system that was installed less than a year ago. About a month after installation someone had to come back and add Freon. Service text said it happens sometimes during installation that a small leak could occur. They ran a liquid seal and supposedly that would fix the issue. No issue for 3 months. Then the new upstairs unit started to make a buzzing sound. Tech came out and they replaced a transformer. Everything else seemed fine. Fast forward another Jan 2024 a tech came out for the 6-7 month maintenance from installation and the same unit had a small buzzing going on. They replaced the transformer again and everything else seemed fine. Not feeling great that 2 transformers were replaced I asked if a more tenured technician could come out to figure out why the one unit was going through transformers. I wanted to do this before the units were a year old. Technician came out and noticed something’s seemed to be running hot and that both UV lights needed to be replaced. He also tells me this needs to be done annually typically. You could see a part of the bulb was burnt out. Then he noticed the initial unit that needed Freon was at 50%. He mentioned we must have a leak and topped of the Freon. This is now over a week later and I’ve left 3 messages with the answering service to have a manager call me back to figure out next steps. They always say someone will call you back in 24-48 hrs. Hopefully someone will follow through at the company and see that these two new units operate like they should, but it’s been very difficult to get someone other than a tech to help.

Chris Gonzalez came by for our semi-annual check of the HVAC system. He is personable, knowledgeable and explains all preventative check, metrics nd results. Everything is transparent and that is appreciated.

Did work without a permit, going on over a month of going back and forth. Katie said she would look into it and call me back. Called again 1 week later after no response and still ghosting me. Still don’t have permit. Be careful choosing these people. They will take your money and ghost you.

My ac went out last night, before thanksgiving. JOE came by on thanksgiving, was very kind and efficient. Got everything working quickly! Great service!
