They came in no time to fix our ice cream display. Before calling Bobby at Air Conditioning Parts, we had another service company order unnecessary parts and didnt know what they were doing. We then had to look for another service technician and this company helped us to fix the issue in an honest way. Thank you!

Excellent service. Prompt. On time. Honest. Reasonable. Our technician was Bobby T. Very pleasant. Knew what he was doing. Best AC/Heating company I have ever used. No games. Took less time than they expected to fix our problem and they adjusted the bill down. Way to go! It is without hesitation that I can highly recommend this company.

This company is extremely customer focused. Every time I have called or been in the store they have gone over and above in helping me. Also everyone I’ve referred to them has had high praise for both parts and service side of the business. I’m a retired facility manager with training and background in all aspects of the HVAC business and I have not encountered a better residential HVAC company. These folks have outstanding integrity and really care about their customers.

This company is amazing. I went in to buy a new Condenser motor, and Diane was able to answer all my questions. She also gave me a card and said to give them a call if I had any problems installing it. So I start installing this motor, and I run into a few hurtles so I give them a call. Mark answers and walks me through step by step on the wiring. Not only that, but he drove out of his way to my house and took a look at the wiring I had to make sure I had it right. And he did all of that after business hours, Free of charge. I plan on using these guys for any future hvac troubles, and recommending them to any friends and family.

Recently I needed a part to fix my mothers air conditioning. Air Conditioning Heating & Services of Tampa Bay was recommended to me. The owner himself helped make sure I was getting the right part and made it super easy for me purchase and pick up. He took his time with me and made sure that the whole thing went smoothly. I had my mothers a/c up and running in no time at all. What a great experience. These are THE guys to call!

I had an issue with my capacitor and the lady working was more than helpful. It turned it I had more issues so I had there service company come out and the tech was extremely helpful. He taught me a lot about my unit and how to fix and maintain it. Its very rare that businesses are trying to help you and not take your money.

helped me out with a part outside of business hours on the 4th of july when i was trying to fix it myself. then when i wasn’t able to get it fixed myself they sent someone out next business day, super friendly, great customer service, very fair prices. would give them more than 5 stars if i could.

Beware of Price Gouging After Recent Hurricanes: Check Before Trusting Diane and Her Husband at Air Conditioning Parts and Service Center on 590 in Clearwater!

I went to AC Parts and Service as a homeowner needing an AC blower motor replacement, trusting their expertise. Diane sold me a motor for $615.25, claiming it would work for my system (see attached receipt). After installation, I got an error code and was told by Diane that I needed an OEM motor for $1,350. When I returned the incorrect motor, they initially resisted accepting it back, only to later claim my original unit was under warranty. However, they quickly changed the story, stating my warranty had expired, and I’d still need to pay full price ($1350) for the new motor.

Sensing something wasn’t right, I went online and found the exact motor for $299, paid for overnight shipping, and installed it myself without any issues (see attached receipts). AC Parts and Service eventually took back the wrong motor but withheld 10% for a restocking fee. I saved over $1,000 by not following their advice.

If you're looking for parts or service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Diane and her team should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of local Clearwater residents. Always check prices before trusting them!

I returned from being out of town for thanksgiving to a warm house, ac not working. Talked to Mark and Mark (father son) about my situation as my wife works at home and guests arriving. The same day they came out and inspected, assessed and came up with a solution. They then personally gave me options to replace. Within 48 hours working air again and a new unit. Mark is a very honest business owner and focused on integrity! He has earned my business and appreciate his teams hard work.

My husband Brad & I sincerely appreciate everyone at A/C Parts & Service, they do it ALL and could not be nicer people & neighbors. They helped us repair & hold onto our old unit for years longer than any one thought possible. The new unit install in 2023 was great, service is so fast and good, that I always refer them in my Interior Design business. Great customer service! Dianne went above and beyond to help! They had my condenser fan motor on hand multiple to choose from. Dianne even called a tech (Bobby) who answered any questions I had. I noticed the capacitor I purchased from a different vendor to replace the existing one was the wrong size for the fan. I called Dianne, and she looked up my model # and verified my findings. this was on the 3rd of July she stayed late so I could get the correct capacitor! Highly recommend this place!
