RDK showed up very promptly after calling them for an AC issue. Their technician was very efficient and was able to solve our problem and get our AC back up and running quick. Affordable and Professional, we highly recommend!

My AC was not keeping up in the hot afternoons. RDK told me I didn't need a new AC but I needed ductwork that didn't leak air into the attic. Their estimate for the duct work replacement was much lower than one I received but higher than another I received. I went with RDK because I felt more comfortable with them. I made a good choice. They did very professional work and treated me well. I am comfortable that they were trying to solve my problem and not just figure out how much money they could make off of me. I will be using their periodic maintenance to keep my 17 year old AC working as long as practical. At least for now I am able to put off that major expense. A couple of other companies that gave me estimates said they wouldn't even work on a 17 year old system. They are a family operation so you will get a qualified person to address your needs.

Had two residential heat pumps replaced. RDK was a class act from start to finish. Joe was patient and prompt answering all my questions. Nada was super responsive and went above and beyond to help us meet a deadline. Francisco and Senen did a detailed and thorough installation. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend RDK! Our A/C broke on a Sunday, Monday I had estimates on multiple units to choose from and had a completely new unit in less then a week all installed in one day. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the estimator and all of the crew who worked on the installation were so friendly knowledgeable and professional I have only glowing praise for everyone associated with this company. So glad my Daughter-in-Law recommended them!

I have used RDK a number of times. Once to replace and reroute all the ducting for better efficiency and also for routine maintenance. These guys are honest and dependable. I own a small family owned Plumbing company and have recommended them to my own customers. The technician, Scott, who came out today was very friendly and informative!

Do NOT use this company! Repeated problems with a recent AC installation…Booked a same day appointment for Friday 1-3. Received a call that the technician couldn’t make it and would have to come after hours and the bill would be minimum $200 for the after hour fee. After arguing that and resolving that issue, the technician came before 5 but then completely gouged us with the price he gave of $600 for cleaning and replacing a wire. Price was $562! Ridiculous for a short visit!

Chris, an experienced technician, did a thorough inspection of both units and assessed the issues and then patiently provided detailed explanations. He was equipped to resolve the units' issues quickly to my satisfaction. The service was a pleasant experience overall, and I would definitely hire again.

These guys were at my home twice, never completed their job. The guy they sent out had the worst c.s. with an attitude. Never again would I use this company

The booking process was very easy. Was kept notified of a slight delay in arrival time. The technician was very thorough and checked absolutely everything associated with our system and explained (in layman's terms) what potentially was causing our issue.

The repairman and service response were extremely quick, polite and helpful in every way. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (system shut down due to clogged drainage problems instead of an expessive new compressor) saved me huge expensive repair that I thought was the problem. I appreciate his honesty and quick relatively inexpensive repairs. I highly recommend this company to everyone i know!! Wes did a great job servicing our A/C today. Very professional and customer friendly.

Our HVAC system was installed by another company. The compressor’s fan motor began making terrible noises so we called Climate Design. Our technician, Dakota, quickly diagnosed the issue and proactively researched if the motor was still under the manufacturer’s warranty (it was!). He didn’t have to do that extra research — it was installed by a different company — but his proactive effort saved me a lot of money and the repair was made quickly and in an expert matter. This is an honest, professional company. Thank you!

Cole came to perform routine service on our air conditioners. Great communication, on time and helpful in giving information on the status of the systems and better ways for us to perform maintenance between visits. I have found Climate Design technicians to be well trained, courteous and clean. I highly recommend their services. Coincidentally, Hernan, also from Climate Design, came last week to fix a power flush toilet. He made sure that the job was done right and explained the mechanism. Same courteousness and cleanliness for plumbing services as well.
