Company amazing from start to finish. Jake came and specked out project and all its options, Nick and his partner came and did a great install, even the county inspector was impressed. We found a leak in a brand new line so they had to put a whole new coil assembly in and managed that the next day. Everyone you talk to with Climate Design very polite and professional. We highly recommend them for all your AC needs.

I had my annual service appt. Today and the tech who came (Austin) was great! He was very knowledgable and explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand (not easy). I had some mold starting to pop up, so he quickly installed a new UV light in the unit. Happy customer!

Dakota from climate design was fantastic. We appreciated his honest assessment and clear communication and his time. He did not appear to be in a rush. He answered all of our questions and did an excellent job of cleaning our coils and servicing our unit. Way to go Dakota.

The owner sent one of his workers to my house to service the a/c the guy went threw 2 boxes of fuses before he figured it out and he put a black spot in my thermostat come to find out we don't have heat now so my husband got in touch with the owner and the owner said he would come out and check it out that was last week my husband called him today 11/28/2022 and the owner said that he would call him back and never did
