We had our semiannual HVAC system maintenance done today. Our service tech, Ilias, is a true gem. an asset to your company. We would appreciate having Ilias performing all future maintenance calls on our HVAC system.

On Saturday the AC stopped working this morning...UGHHHH! Called Cox and the lady I spoke to said someone will reach our within 30 minutes. About 5 minutes later Ilias called and told me he would be there by lunch there were a few in front of me. I told him we had a maintenance visit scheduled. He was here before lunch and I asked if he could do what is done during a checkup so that they would not have to come back in a week. He did! He worked quietly, efficiently and diligently. WELL..in less than 24 hours the AC stopped working again on Sunday the drain pan was filled the clog still there...John Tech #527 came and unclogged the drain again, cleaned out algae and suctioned out the pipe with his shop vac. Shop vacs are great!! So, with this company, if it is not fixed the first time they will come back and fix it right without a charge. Thank you Cox Heating & Air for making it right!!

Cox is fantastic to work with, Elias came out and took care of us. He was very friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Cox Heating and Air Conditioning enough!

We recently had our yearly HVAC inspection done by Cox Heating & Air. A couple of weeks after the visit, our A/C began blowing a fuse repeatedly. We called Cox, and they promptly sent a service tech who believed the issue was with our breaker. After replacing the breaker, the problem persisted.

We called Cox again, and they sent out another tech, Elijah. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and discovered it was actually a loose wire in our thermostat. He fixed it quickly and efficiently, and we’ve had no issues since.

We truly appreciate how responsive Cox was throughout the process and especially want to thank Elias for his expertise and professionalism. He got to the root of the problem when others couldn’t. Highly recommend Cox Heating & Air!

My AC system was not heating properly on a cold day here in Clearwater. COX answered my call quickly and had Elias here within 18 hours. Elias was professional, identified the problem and ordered the new part needed, and made recommendations on how to operate the system until the replacement part arrives. Thank you Elias!

I recently just lost my Air Conditioning & Whole House warranty after 30 years and was in need for my 6 month maintenance on the a/c.
Cox was referred to me by a neighbor. The first technician that came out took pictures of the inside air handler and went out back to check the unit. I had told him we had been vacuuming out water from the drain pipe and thought it needed to be blown out. I assumed everything was taken care of then less than two weeks later the a/c shut off & when we pulled out the sensor there as water again. I called Cox back and told them the same issue with the water filling up. They sent out another technician, Ilia, and he was FANTASTIC. He opened up the air handler and saw immediately what the problems were. He cleaned off the coils and put some special solution in the pan and drain and we haven't had an issue since. The return visit was covered and we are very pleased with their services.
If you are in need of n Air Conditioning Company, I highly recommend Cox.

We’ve been using Cox A/C for years because they have great service. We came home from work today and our a/c was out and we called their office at 4:15 and 30 minutes later we had a tech come out and his name was John. The problem was not in our a/c unit it was in our generator and John was able to bypass it and make our a/c work. He gave us 5 star work and we will request him for all our future service and maintenance calls.

We have been with Cox for 15 years. Our tech, John, was excellent as was Sandy in the office. Cox doesn't treat you like a customer. They are better. Cox treats you like a neighbor. They do excellent work and are always friendly. Just like a good neighbor should be.

We were notified by Cox that they were coordinating our maintenance check up for our A/C system and wanted to comfirm the date and time. Trey the service technition was on time, very curtious and even had booties to protect our floors. He was very methodical and checked everything.

IIias was very conscientious, thorough and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated by us. We will continue to have Cox maintain our system due to the professionalism of techs like Ilias.

Joe and Marco are two of the most professional and competent installers I have ever met.They just finished replacing my two 24 year old Carrier Heat Pumps with two new Carrier Heat Pumps.
Their competence, professionalism and attention to detail is some of the best I have ever seen. I know this because I was in the A/C and heating business for over 45 years. They are a great asset to your organization.
