Great job, reliable, Mike came out and inspect our 17 year old AC unit. He clean the coil and sanitized it for under $200. He also inspected both capacitors and the refrigerant etc. No other charge!

Tom Vilaihong has been out to the house several times to clean both units and install UV lights. He is very informative and has a great work ethic. We have had trouble with FL contractors holding up their side of a transaction so we really appreciate great contractors. Tom shows up when he says he will be there. We have had to call him with a few issues and he texts back right away and shows up the same day!!!! Nothing bad to say about Tom or Modern Air Inc. 100% good.

Mike was very honest! Fixed the A/C quickly, advised us on how to maintain our system and at a fair price. New to the area and see no reason to use any other company but Modern Air.

from phoning to make the appointment, to cancel the appt to reschedule the appt and the technician Kyle. Kyle was very friendly,, professional, and mannerly and fixed our problem easily and without too much expense. I will continue to use Modern for more service each year and recommend them and Kyle.

Hi everybody, just wanted to let you know if you ever need any air conditioning service, Modern Air is great. Six months ago they installed a brand new unit that I wanted and Chris gave me a great price and they did an outstanding job installing it.

Also, yesterday I watched them work on a neighbor's AC unit and they did a great job. I can't say enough about Mike, Kyle and Justin from Modern Air.

My old thermostat was a confusing mess; the new smart one they installed is so intuitive and easy to use. It's a joy to adjust the temperature now!

Great company I'll use again and will definetely recommend to others. Mike showed up on time, was very professional and worked hard to find the crazy little problem blowing a fuse on my newer system. He could have just charged me a lot more to replace some stuff but looked for the most cost effective way to repair instead which helped a lot due to the unexpected timing of this issue. Felt very comfortable that he was honest from start to finish as he communicated with me along the way.

Ive used this company for many years and had no problems and I love the service technician. Ever since Mia in the office left and and they have some new guy in the office Ive had a problem with him. They are giving me the run around and after a service man already went out and reviewed our ac unit twice and gave us prior approval in the office to have our insurance reinstated, but they are giving me the run around as if it never happened and I have my whole life to just follow up with them rather than the other way around. HE just hung up on me. Never in my life have I had problems with businesses. Horrible.

Wow! This is an old fashion company that believes in good service low prices I can't believe it. I had a problem with an installation five years ago and they came out and fixed it. Free of charge. Talk about good people I recommend them 100%

If there were more than five stars we would give them. We have the service contract with Cox and it's more than worth it. Our air went down last night and, on a Saturday, we had the best experience we've ever had - Ilias responded to our call and he was extremely kind, very professional and very knowledgeable - he took us through everything, fixed the problem and we will be requesting him to do our maintenance from this day forward. Thank you Ilias for the great save and for being such an efficient and friendly person! Cox and we are lucky to have you - you are the gold standard!

Elias serviced my AC today. Although it has been working, parts needed to be repaired. He was efficient, knowledgeable and completed the job neatly and timely

Last night, weI realized our AC was not working, no thermostat reading. I called Cox, told them I could wait until the morning for them to send someone. They called me around 8am as promised, sent Ilias at around 9:30 this morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I have had a service contract with Cox for the nearly 6 years I have lived in this home. Because I had just had the unit serviced in March, Ilias got this visit to be considered a courtesy call. He was very easy to talk with, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I am going to request that he be the person that Cox sends every time. Ilias, you are the Man. Thank you.

Ilias came out today and did a wonderful job, as he always does. Cox is a great company, everyone there is always super nice and competent.

My mom‘s been a customer of Cox heating and air for 20 years and she was very impressed with Mr. Ilias’s knowledge, capability, and quality of care. He really took time to explain what our problem was well fixing it. We truly appreciated Mr. Ilias and Cox for the fast service, they were out the same day. We will be continuing to use their services for many years to come.

We have had Cox doing our maintenance and servicing for years now and they do such a wonderful job! I recently had my yearly maintenance with Ilias (technician) and he was extra ordinary! He actually took the time to go through the system thoroughly, take pictures of any issues, and then went over the info in detail.
