Sean did a great job of doing the maintenance on my 2 HVAC systems. He was thorough, friendly and communicated well with me.

I am very impressed with this company. They sent me a reminder card that I had paid for a free maintenance call…I would have forgotten otherwise! Cole was very professional and answered all my questions patiently.

Sean B came to the rescue today. Sean was very professional, detailed, efficient and very clear when he explained things to me. Sean did not waste time and he is good at his job. before he left he made sure I knew what filters to get for both units, how often to change them, what kind to get and walked me through next steps and made sure I understood.

We got home from vacation to find our AC not working. We have a maintenance contract with Climate Design and contacted them immediately. Dakota was at the house within 2 hours of calling in, diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. He was very polite, competent and explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand. Would highly recommend!!

Herman was so very nice and professional and respectful. We appreciate him taking care of us and installing a new water heater. Also a new A/C and heater by the company earlier this week. Very nice and good company. Thank y’all!

Update (since Google only let you review a business once), but I have had multiple great experiences with Climate Design! Today Hernan secured my new water heater expansion tank to comply with insurance company requirements. Hes always so cheerful and made the needed adjustments in good time!

Great experience with Gordon resetting a toilet today! I Appreciated the communication of expected arrival and thorough work and clean up! Having AC and plumbing service plans w Climate Design makes things so easy!

I can’t recommend this AC company enough! I called this company late and they are truly 25/7. Sean M. came out at 10 PM and worked tirelessly until 1 AM to fix our AC, knowing we had young kids at home. He was incredibly considerate and made sure everything was in perfect working order. Plus, another technician followed up to ensure we were fully satisfied. Exceptional service! I can’t recommend them enough.

Wes came in to service my AC unit last minute. He was down to earth, professional, and efficient. He was comfortable with the animals so I didn’t have to lock them up. Thank you again Wes

We had some plumbing drainage issues. The office staff was quick to respond and sent James out the same day. Once the problem was found he gave me a solution and even took the time to help with programming my AC thermostat. Excellent service Climate Design

We have been using Climate Design for five years. Their professional staff always makes it a pleasure to work with them. We believe the maintenance plan they offer has many benefits. Technician Dakoda repaired our air conditioning on a Sunday. He was prompt professional, and explained everything in detail. It was a pleasure working with him and all the Climate Design staff.

Climate Design recently installed a new Trane A/C unit for us, the job was professionally done, on time, and on budget, no surprises. A short time later I called them to report that the fan motor was running continuously. They were very courteous and sent out a tech, Dakota, to investigate. He found that the fan motor control unit was malfunctioning (a Trane issue not a Climate Design issue). Climate Design promptly ordered a replacement and Dakota came back out to install it at no charge.
On both visits Dakota was professional and friendly, taking the time to explain his findings and the process necessary to bring the system back on line in a manner a non-A/C Tech could understand.

So, I am not a client of theirs BUT I am a FAN, no pun intended. Let me explain.......
I received a call as I am a "service provider" locally and they were looking for a service that I provided. I called back two hours later and spoke with Susie, as she was the one who answered the phone. She answered the phone "It's a wonderful day at Climate Control. How many I help you?"
Without introducing myself to her, I asked her a question regarding her greeting which led to about a 5 minute conversation with her. Once this wonderful conversation ended, I introduced myself and the reason for my call. She informed me that they had already chosen another company to service them which we then discussed that for a couple of minutes. I let Susie know that if they ever needed my services in the future to please reach out. I have never used Climate Design but I can say that I was impressed with what we lose sight of these days........The Details, in this case, how they answer the phone and the friendliness of someone who works for them even near the end of the day.
I became a fan of Climate Control today and I am certain that my review will catch the ownership off guard to read this as most customers would never ever consider these "details" to be a big deal....... They would be so wrong!!

Climate design is an excellent company. A company you can trust. Things don't always go as smooth as planned but they are someone you can trust to correct any issues and will make sure that your equipment is working as expected and that you remain a happy customer. I highly recommend their services!

Technician Sean B just completed a repair on our A\C. Sean is a really nice guy who got the repair completed quickly. He showed me exactly what he did and gave me instructions on how to prevent the problem in the future. I am thrilled at what a great, efficient, informative, and friendly job he did.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Climate Design (CD) field team, including Cole, Austin, and Jake, who worked on our units over the past few days. They were truly outstanding—always neat, clean, and courteous, approaching their tasks with a practical mindset. Jacob just finished the preventive maintenance on both our Trane units, and his attention to detail was remarkable. A job exceptionally well done! Kudos to the entire Climate Design team, from the front office to service dispatch and the field. CD has truly mastered the customer-centric approach with their exceptional service!

This company is completely dishonest. They replaced 2 HVAC units for us last summer, one of which was working but was not cooling 1 bedroom in our home. They told us it was simply due to the age of the unit and needed to be replaced. After replacing the unit, it still wasn't cooling that bedroom, and we were then told by their tech that it was because the ducts were crushed to that room. So we replaced an HVAC that was working fine when really all we needed was new ducts to one bedroom, which we now have to replace anyways. We just had another HVAC company out to quote that work, and they informed us that the "new" units that were installed by Climate Design in 2025 were actually 2022 and 2023 units. Climate Design claims this is normal business practice and that they have no control over the year of the units the manufacturer sends, but we have been told by other HVAC companies that is 100% false. We were also informed that Climate Design charged us to install a new filter rack but simply taped our old one and reused it. They have lied to us at every step of the process. There are plenty of reputable HVAC companies to choose from; stay away from Climate Design and choose someone else.

We have been clients of Climate Design for almost 10 years. My parents have been clients since they opened back in the 70s. All their technicians and support staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. We had an issue with our AC and Sean Matton jumped on our problem and got it resolved before the end of the day. I can highly recommend Climate Design.

Preventative annual maintenance program is well worth the peace of mind with the locked in price. No issues today. My serviceman Sean walked me through a few of my concerns to general line cleaning issues I can perform myself. Timeliness from ETA arrival to completion of all protocols required for the HVAC were administered to my satisfaction. He also gave me a heads up on the rooftop unit that the capacitor that may need replaced next year. For now he felt it was still good.
