This is by far the best AC company I have ever encountered! Jake was the nicest, most knowledgeable, well spoken, and best HVAC person I have ever met. He walked me through step by step what I needed, how it needed to be addressed and provided answers to every question I had. Thank you Jake for your help!

Tech Leroy arrived on time. He was professional, personable, and polite. He simply explained what he was to do, did it, and then gave information in regards to maintenance plans being offered. I did not obligate myself to anything until I received and could read the brochures available to discuss further with my family and personal handyman.

Highly recommend these guys. They came out at the time promised and found out quickly what was wrong with my A/C. The first guy didn’t have the parts on his truck to fix the issue so he had to call another guy to come out. He came out about an hour later and had it fixed in no time. Both guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy I found this company. I will definitely be using them for all of my future A/C issues.

Jacob was very prompt and cordial. He explained a couple minor problems with my units and offered solutions for the future. I felt no pressure and for sure will call your company when I am ready to remove my 24 year old Goodman unit and expand the split unit within mu main house. This company should be ashamed of themselves! They don't keep their appointments. They lie repeatedly and instead of apologizing, they just reschedule you, only to not show up again! Also alot of their technicians are rude, especially Brian N!!! This company is horrible and does not deserve business!

Didn't like the fact that tech came for a basic maintenance and didn't have the tablets/white vinegar to perform proactive maintenance on the system. What's the $329 for if you're not going to proactively prevent the system from unnecessary wear and tear? Very confused about that part... Friendly, knowledgeable, but came up short.

I have been a customer for about 30 years. I have recommended the company to many friends and neighbors. They are always thorough and do a great job. Everyone at National Heat and Air is friendly and efficient. Always polite and explain the work.

Tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything. They let me know when they were on the way and then were Johnny-on-the-spot. It was so easy doing business with them. I will be using National as my go to AC people from now on!

National Heating and Air Conditioning 2650 Enterprise Rd Ste C. Clearwater FL 33763. I got a call on the phone from offering a free inspection on my A/C unit. I really needed DUCT work done so i ask the lady if they did duct work and she said yes so, she scheduled an appointment. The person who came to do the inspection was named Michael Kennedy. He never inspected the A/C Condensing unit or the Air Handler but did give me a quote on the duct work. Duct work 2700.00 for 6 vents, plenum 1100.00 vent boots as they call them, Vent boots 6 at u390.00, Sanitize the Air Handler which they were supposed to break down the Air Handler disinfect and sanitize for 750.00 . The field manager came out while the duct work was being installed his name is Jacob. I asked Jacob if they were going to install the vent boots, his reply was most of the time the vent boots a glued down so more than likely not. The sanitization of the air handler was the tech pulled the blower motor sprayed it with a solution and did the same to the sides of the interior of the air handler then wiped it with a cloth. 750.00 to spay and wipe. The end of the job I asked the Tech if he was finished, he said yes. I asked about the vent boots and his reply was what vent boots they didn't put them on? My reply was no and what about the sanitization of the air handler his reply was that's the way we do it otherwise it would take about 3 hrs.to sanitize the unite if we break it down. If i didn't stay on top of what was going on i would have never known, it and been ripped off $1140.00. So, i called Micheal and all i got was the run around and blame game of whose fault it was so i hung up on Michael. He called me once again and i told him i wanted to speak to him and the owner of the business together and in person so the Next morning i get a call from someone called Brian who was supposed to be the owner I called him back no response. I called Micheal Back and again told him that i wanted to talk to him and Brian in person and Michael sent me a text indicating That he and Brian would be at my house between 4-5 on 03/07/2025. Well, Guess who showed up at my house at 3:50 pm Michael and Jacob not Michael and Brian More Lies. So of course, i was upset from being lied to and we both Jacob and i Had some choice words. Jacob finally takes off 750.00 for sanitization of the Air Handler, 390.00 ea for the vent boots, But when i tried to close the door to get the check Jacob grabbed the Door and would not let me Close it as if he was going to strike me. I am 67 years old; no salesperson should treat the elderly person like that. My wife made out the check and Jacob stated that he would not take the check after he said he would so i handed him the check and he ripped it out of my hand real hard. And again, he had some choice words. I do not recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for fair and honest Work on their A/C Unit or Duct work.

Out of three estimates National was the lowest and best price! Awesome customer service from the office. Great technician who installed the new unit, he was very kind and friendly GREAT JOB! Thank you for helping get our AC replaced

My wonderful tech Chris came out for my inspection. He was efficient and courteous. He let me know what issues I had and what to plan ahead for. He was even available to fix the same day.

Devon was very professional & friendly. He did an excellent job making sure our heating & air conditioning unit was in great shape. We were so impressed by Devon we purchased a two year maintenance plan.

I am done with is company I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and can't even get it fixed three days down now. I have had guys show up two days and still no answers. I have had problems every year with either no ac or no heat. My wire job looks like bowl of spaghetti. When it was originally put in they sent out some incompetent guys that said it would take 6 to 8 hours.Twelve hours later they turned it on and it sent 95 degree heat into my house in August when it was 95 degrees outside. Then they send some kid to try to fix it. I can't even tell you how many times I have called for this unit being down and it would be days till they send someone out to fix it. And again here we sit with no ac 83 degrees in my house for three days and they are avoiding my phone calls. I have given this company many opportunities to redeem themself my patients have run out. I don't even know what my electric bill is going to cost me as they have told me to leave the unit running these three days however I have had to use two portable ac units running just to have one room cool enough to breath.

My service man Mike was awesome and very thorough. I’m in the process of selling my house and when I get a new place I will for sure. Keep using national heating and air conditioning.

Jacob was awesome. Very professional and personable. Explained everything he was doing expertly and in easy to understand language. Showed up at the appropriate time. System is now cleaned up. More than happy to sign up for a preventative service contract. Prices extremely reasonable.

This family-owned business cares! I bought a new unit from them. They explained everything and when they did the 6 mo. check up, when they found animals had clawed their way through my ducts during the storms, they scheduled a quick duct replacement so that my machine doesn't get damaged. They replaced the ducts today and the machine runs so much better! I'm very happy with their services. So glad I found them!

I made some not so nice remarks a few weeks ago. I would now like to finish the story. (And it has a happy ending) After feeling totally screwed by Michael, I wrote a review which was actually answered by the owner of the company Bryan. He talked to me for a while and explained Michael no longer worked there and he wanted to make things right. Well he had a new cooling system put in I'm pretty sure that I would never have been able to afford something like that and never have I ever received something so gracious. Had return duct upsized. Tech came on time and cleaned up afterwards. Very nice guy.
10/21/25. Had a new hvac system installed. They came at promised time and worked quickly. They cleaned up afterward. Very professional and very nice guys. Joe and Nick were great.
