Very satisfied. I had do a complete duct cleaning. The 2 technicians removed all the vent crates and cleaned them. They cleaned the heating unit. All the way of taking out fan blower to clean each blade throughly. Proceeded to clean each duct line
Anything they couldn't move was then covered
Any dust or dirt was cleaned up. General safety guidelines were followed. Pricing was competitive.

I chose this company to come out and fix a cooling issue in one of my bedrooms in a house that I recently purchased. They recommended that I add new ductwork and a new vent to fix the issue. But they did not test the airflow or that it worked and I spent the summer cooling that room with a floor fan. When they came out this spring to check my system, I told them that the airflow was not working and then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace all of my ductwork up in the attic and all the vents in the house. I was treated as if I was not justified in asking questions and asking for reasonable explanations, this is when he man-splained and said he had more experience than any other technician and that I would be doing this at some point but should do it now.
Then after multiple conversations about pricing and what actually needed to be replaced, I understood and started getting other estimates from other companies to make sure I was not being “taken to the cleaners” only because they didn’t fix this the first time or try to fix it now.

This is when they started discounting things and throwing things into the deal and they kept pressuring me into getting the work done immediately. When I asked for them to reschedule the work, a week later and that’s when I was disappointed because their pressure tactics were overwhelming.
Their lack of flexibility to work with me and my schedule made me doubt their abilities even more. They cancelled my appointment and the owner called me to do this despite his previous offer to work with me and make me a happy customer.

I was cold called by the Company just introducing itself to my community and offering a inspection and tune up of my unit gratuitous. So I said sure. We'll Ethan was the technician who arrived to service us. He was very polite and extremely informative about my unit as well as the other services the Co. Provides. He educated me on a few things I wasn't aware of about my AC and wasn't pushy about signing up for continued service just gave me all the information. I appreciate that. I'd recommend them to others. Great job.

I decided to get a second opinion from these guys after my home warranty company sent someone out who “fixed” my AC (it stopped working again not even a month later). I had a great experience with them and I would highly recommend! They provide free second opinions and don’t make you feel pressured at all if you don’t decide to go with their recommendations, although I can almost guarantee you will. Aric and Angel were awesome and explained everything to me - even showing me first hand where and what the issue was. They also provided options and were able to quickly find me the part that needed replacing by the next day. Connor was great too, fast and efficient with the installation! Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable and it was definitely a bonus that they were willing to work with my night shift schedule by coming first thing in the morning after my shift to get my AC up and running as quickly as possible. I’m very happy with my experience so far and they even gave me a free hoodie

Dave was extremely friendly, quick and efficient. He showed me the before and after pictures of our clogged dryer duct and even checked our a/c system afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Ace is literally the best. He has been so helpful and informative and has helped fixed & identified issues with my system (installed by another company prior to buying the house). He’ll tell you what’s absolutely necessary to fix but also give you recommendations without pushing services on you. I recommend 3 guys ESPECIALLY Ace!

We cannot say enough good things about 3 Guys Electrical, especially Sasha and Kurt. After a hurricane, they completely redid the electrical work in our entire house, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly hardworking. If I could give 100 stars I would do that 100 times. My ferret got stuck in the drier duct and no one would take my call, not even the fire department. Three Guys not only sounded concerned but sent the best possible person for the job. Dave not only stayed with me the entire time but he did more than he needed to, to ensure my ferret came out safe. Ari, the owner, even came out to help in the end. This isn’t your usual HVAC company this is clearly a group of people who care about their clients and the work they do.
