Pisano plumbing helped us out once in an emergency. When we had another job we called them again. The guy came out, assessed and said he needed to come back. We never heard from them again. It was a smaller job, so my husband did some YouTubing and handled it. We recently found a leak and called and scheduled Pisano plumbing to come out again (shame on us). They scheduled a window and never showed. My husband called and left a message to follow up and that call was never returned either. We’re done with Pisano plumbing now - we’ve scheduled another plumber to come out now.

In May I had them come and do some work they had to look at it first and come back later. That was the problem I was told they would come at a certain time and I realize that's hard but they didn't even come that day at all and they didn't call me and tell me and they did that twice. I eventually got the work done and the person who did it did a good job and was very helpful with me. After the work was done I misplaced my copy of the bill and I called them and asked them to mail me a a copy and Kate said she would and that was in May and I have never gotten a copy. I understand that it's Under New Management and I called the person there and a nice lady answered and said she would look for it and mail it out to me and that was about 3 weeks ago. So this one star waiting is staying here until I get a copy of my bill.

Is this standard practice for a plumbing company?
For that reason alone I will not have Pisano back for future repairs.

Working with Pisano Plumbing has been the biggest headache. Avoid if you can. They fixed one leak (took them at least three visits to do that) but then they created a new, worse leak in the process. They also did a horrible install on an aerator that I’m just too tired to deal with. Since this whole ordeal started, we’ve dealt with multiple last minute cancellations, highly unprofessional service, and just so much unnecessary stress and frustration. The leak they caused is still there and now it’s a waiting game to see if they’ll actually show up when they say they will (since they just cancelled last minute… again). Pick another plumber if you can. These guys are not it.
