I called home love Plumbing for a smoke test on my sewer line. I gave them a $400 deposit which they said they required (I’ve never given a plumber a deposit before they do work). Never give this plumber a deposit
They scheduled the test for the next day originally. They called me up when they didn’t show up and said they had to reschedule for over a week later. In the meantime, it turned out I did not need a smoke test. I called them 2 to 3 days before the test was supposed to be done and asked for my money back.
They refuse to give me my money back, even though they had never even stepped foot on my property.
I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and was quickly reimbursed from my credit card. 💳.
These people were very nice to my face, but unscrupulous with their policies specially returning money

Adam Gardner from Home Love Plumbing did an excellent job fixing a shutoff valve issue in our secondary bathroom. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest plumbing services these days, but Adam exceeded our expectations. Shoutout to Lisa too. She was professional and very pleasant over the phone with scheduling and in answering our questions about the quote. We highly recommend Home Love Plumbing, especially because of our excellent experience with both Adam and Lisa!

My kitchen sink faucet was frozen and Adam came out replaced it and fixed the bathroom tub handle. My husband and Adam got along great. Thank you again and Merry Christmas

I would seriously recommend NOT USING this company. I just paid for a $7,000 bathroom remodel with Home Love Construction and they called in Home Love Plumbing for the plumbing needs. Well, the job is paid in FULL - and Home Love Plumbing will not come out to fix my bathroom faucets that are now showing 1/4" of the valve stem. In addition, they installed my pedestal sink off-center to the pedestal. Then I noticed the cold water value is not anchored inside the wall. Really shoddy work - and rude customer service. Today, I'm calling in another plumbing company to fix what they left me with - an incomplete bathroom remodel. And yes, I have photos of the whole process. Next I'll be leaving a report with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE HOME LOVE PLUMBING OR HOME LOVE CONSTRUCTION. PHOTOS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. SEE ATTACHED.

Great company over and above. 3 rd company but I think this one has discovered the problem. As of today work Completed beautifully happily great job in a timely manner. Dustin found everything and left the job site impeccable. Very pleased.

Adam Gardner is the absolute best, both professionally and as a pleasant person to talk to. It was a real pleasure meeting him. He replaced our boiler, and not only did a fine job, but he was also very personable and understanding when we asked him anything. He took the time to explain it. God bless him, he's a good guy.

HOme Love plumbing and Home Love construction are crooks. All they do is charge you ahead of work and then come in only do part of the work and then want the rest of thier money without completing the job. I haired then for a complete bathroom redo. In three months all they have accomplished and completed i the demo fir $72,000. I have filed a complaint with the contractors board and am working with attorney.

Had an issue with my upstairs shower and couldn’t figure out what it was. It ended up being something simple but hard to diagnose. Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured it out and did a great job fixing the issue.

Great service! Professional and on time. I had a smaller sink vanity installed to help with space in a tiny bathroom. Aaron was the best. I love the new look of my bathroom with the new sink vanity installed. The price was fair and i live outcome.

Replaced a valve and repaired a toilet. Much cheaper than many quotes and David was amazing! He was in and out as quickly as possible and very professional!

We had a punctured pipe that caused a leak and needed to be fixed. The problem was repaired and everything is working fine now. Thank you, David and Home Love Plumbing, for taking care of the repair.

The commode in our main bathroom has had issues for more than two years; clogs, leaks and rocking due to poor, uneven tile work to name a few.

The caulking around the base has always looked horrible and needed updating. Now, it looks like new.

Hopefully all of the issues have been completely repaired and it will work like new as well.

Repairs took a little more than an hour and their pricing was fair.

Had a great experience with Home Love Plumbing overall! All of the booking and communication is top notch from their admin to the plumbers themselves. We first received an estimate from Julio for all the work we were looking to get done (he was great and even spoke with me on the phone later on to adjust/explain our estimate a bit further), then we went ahead and booked an appointment a week or two later. We ended up having an emergency prior to the appointment date and asked if they could come before then and despite their tight schedule, they were able to make it work for us. They sent out David who was extremely friendly and very efficient/knowledgeable. David was able to repair the shut-off valve for my water heater, install a new kitchen faucet, repipe a new kitchen sink, replace the sink shutoff valves and even extend a pipe that a previous plumber had to cut back inside the wall. Not to mention him having to shut off the water to the house while it rained and the meter was underwater out in our yard! The pricing was also great after receiving a few different quotes from other companies. Would definitely recommend.

Julio, your plumbing tech, was very polite and made an expensive project completed perfectly. He worked quietly with a singular focus not found in others his age. The replacement of 2 bathroom faucets took just 90 minutes.
