Very responsive company, easy to work with. Plumbers and office staff (Lisa) are all very helpful, respectful and courteous. Highly recommend. 10.1.25 Julio and Cameron did an excellent job. Replaced corroded plumbing under driveway to get me back up and running. Dealt with issues for 2 months and apparently all is well. Julio repaired the driveway very close to original. He also added a cleanout on ground level so future they didn't need to climb on roof. I am happy. If I need plumber again I will definitely ask for Julio. He and Cameron were polite, respectful of me and my home. I would highly recommend.

I was very happy that the staff was able to schedule an appointment based on my limited time available. They showed up promptly before 8 am, explained what needed to be done and was quick and thorough. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to another larger company. I will stay with Joe's Family Plumbing in the future and tell all my friends and neighbors.

All around bad experience with this company. Our garden hose spigot was old and the previous owner had painted over it, so it needed to be replaced. I considered doing the job myself but working over 60 hours a week, my wife and I opted to go with Joe's Family Plumbing based on the Google reviews. Job was done by Carl. When I came home from work and looked at the exposed pipe, it was bent at a 45 degree angle. At some point during the process of chipping away the concrete siding of our house to expose the pipe, the plumber's tool hit the pipe and bent it. There's just no two ways about it and I'm not one to complain unjustifiably, ask for any kind of handouts, or try and cheat another man out of an honest day's work, or a job well done - its the principle of the situation that bothers me the most and how this company treats its customers. If the pipe was bent beforehand and if the spigot coming out of the wall had been at an angle, I wouldn't have had any issues to begin with, but considering we use that spigot every day, and knowing it was centered, what repairs were needed, and how poorly the job was done, I contacted the company to explain the situation. Customer service was just as bad and the woman I spoke with was condescending, rude, and only wanted to play "devil's advocate" for the employee's work rather than making it right. Her solution was telling me that she would send out the original plumber and a supervisor to meet with me. Plumber shows up, no supervisor. He was simply dishonest and refused to own up to his own mistake, then he tried charging me extra to fix it. I told him that I'm not paying for that. He told me to hang on while he calls "the boss" and runs it by him. At that point, he just decides to get back into his truck and drive off, leaving my wife and I standing in our yard and waiting around like fools. And that's the gist of it. Anyone reading this, please consider using a different company.

I've been having issues with the guest toilet for quite some time now. John from Joe's Family Plumbing came out and offered the simplest solution - that worked, and was very affordable. Another local company wanted to dig up the pipes in my backyard to the tune of 10k! John even came back to assist me when I was a little concerned about finishing the job myself. The service I received from this company was friendly, affordable, and (the nicest part) neighborly. Thank you!

Upon finding my 3rd slab leak in 8 years, I decided it was time to replace my 50 year old copper pipes. I talked with a bunch of plumbers, but after recommendations from co-workers and Joe's plumbing's proposed scope of work, I decided on Joe's. Ramsey and Jeremy did most of the work and faced quite a challenge getting the water lines to my kitchen sink under the tile, but they did a great job and were extremely neat doing it. I was dreading the job for years, but everything worked out much better than I expected. The plumbers and office staff all did a great job.

Our water heater was popping the breaker once it got to temperature. I called and explained the problem and a technician was at my door the next morning. After troubleshooting the issue it was recommended that we replace it due to a bad element and excessive sediment and its age. The price was reasonable and it was installed within 1 hour. I heartily recommend this company.

They were very knowledgeable including sharing info on purchasing toilets made local to best fit our local sewer systems. VERY honest office staff. Had a shower not draining. All their prices are upfront which I love. No hidden fees at all. Carl came over and fixed the issue in an hour. He explained everything and was nice and patient. Highly recommended!

A contractor removing a patio slab jack hammered through my sewer line. Joe's family plumbing responded right away and repaired the whole line with new schedule 40. Excellent and quality work from the beginning to the end. Alecia working the front desk took all my calls and answered all my questions. The guys doing the install were done in a flash.
