My name is Will Cordelo and I am the service mgr. at Denny's Plbg. I try very hard to make everyone happy all the time, but I learned long ago that a few people are impossible to satisfy. It really bothered me that I couldn't make Nicole Alstott understand that she just can't wash cloth's when her sewer is stopped up, as there is no place for the water to go! But she insisted on blaming Scott, for flooding her bathroom 2 min's after he arrived, even though her own friend "Jeff" who was there also tried to explain this to her! On her review she claimed we didn't have permission to enter her property! Well she called me that morning to schedule the service call, then Scott called her and spoke with her while heading her way! Otherwise, what were we doing there? Upon arrival Scott went straight to her cleanout that he installed for her a few month's earlier to check to see which side of the cleanout her stoppage was at! At this time she comes out screaming at him to STOP! He told her he hadn't even started yet! She was yelling my bathroom is flooding! That's when he asked her if she's washing cloths. She asked "what does that have to do with it!" EVERYTHING he told her, you have a sewer stoppage, that water has no where to go, except to back up to the lowest fixture. In her case that is a shower with no step! He unloaded his sewer machine and unstopped it for her. She then wanted him to clean up her sewage with his shop vac! He explained, my little shop vac is not for that, he then gave her the number to a restoration company who cleans sewage properly. They came out right away, and because they got there so fast, the drywall hadn't even absorbed any moisture yet! So they actually cleaned it up for her at no charge! THEN, the next day she stopped payment on our check! She also claimed in her review that she had been having ongoing problems that we haven't fixed for "several" months! AND that we always take the easy way out! Now THAT, we'll except! Many companies try to sell their customers things they don't need. We will NEVER do that, unless you request something. I find it very ironic that she called us on that day to schedule her appointment because she had always been extremely happy with our service or she wouldn't have called us back so many times for both of her houses! Yet her review implies that we have been trying to solve an issue for her for "several" months! We always responded to her and solved any issue she had, including a broken cast iron kitchen sink/washing machine drain that had broke under her slab floor the day before she sold her first house. We dropped everything for her so the closing wouldn't be cancelled! We are always willing to go the extra mile for our customers, but taking the blame for something the customer caused on their own is something we just can't do...

I have used them many times. Always great service. They are honest and trustworthy. Owner Scott is a bit strange looking. Kinda looks like Lurch from the Adam’s family , but not as creepy.

We had our water heater replaced today. They where on time as scheduled, very professional and reasonably priced.
We would highly recommend these guys.

I've worked with Denny's plumbing for about 7 years now, they have always been responsive, attentive, and most of all extremely professional. It's refreshing to have a company not only show up at the time slotted but fully prepared for the work being done, Thanks to all at Denny's.

Replaced old water heater on shelf in confined area, accomplished job in about 2 hrs 45 mins. Also replaced broken garbage disposal with new one. Very professional and courteous. Both lead tech Christian and his assistant Mario were superb. The bill for services was very reasonable. Thank. You to Will, service manager for a great job.

Brett from Denny's came out to our house on a Saturday. They spent 3+ hours working to help clear our horriblly clogged drain. Really helpful, quick to respond & professional too!

I have used them a few times and this review is overdue. Will always tries his best to accommodate my requests in a very timely manner and is always super polite. I find the prices fair for the trade. Jose Mario was the plumber who was dispatched to our first call and we request him every time now. This young man is above his years in maturity, professionalism, punctuality, knowledge and focus. He is respectful, clean, and meticulous. Always leaves the area he works on as is he never was there. He loves his profession and it shows in the quality of the work he does. He always explains what caused the problem, what he is going to do to fix it and how to prevent it in the future. I have never felt he was 'over selling' and he always thanks me for using them. Thank you Mario!

I had this company install a hot water heater about a year ago and then a new garbage disposal yesterday. I have used Denny's Plumbing for years. The men that come out are always polite and knowledgable. I consider their pricing fair and reasonable for the time. I will continue to call them when I need plumbing services.

Jose Mario was on time and extremely responsive and respectful to my family during his install. He did a great job installing items to pass a Four Point Inspection. I would highly recommend Denny’s Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Denny's Plumbing came to my rescue to repair a broken waste arm in my kitchen! So professional and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job with the repair. Scott did the actual plumbing work and Will in the office was so patient with me, as we had to reschedule a few times. If Google had 10 stars, that's what I would give to them.

I have used Denny plumbing several times. Each time they have done a great job. This past week I called them about my hot water heater. Only my drain spout was lose. He was honest with me and said it was good for several more years. Honest company

Cole and Adam installed a hot water heater for me on May 16, 2024. They were timely, professional, and very helpful. When I called Will to schedule it he got it scheduled very quickly and I would definitely recommend them.

Mario is professional and very friendly. I had fun watching him unclog my drain and he answered any questions I had as well as gave me recommendations on how to keep it nice and clean.
And that's not a whole story. On Tuesday I scheduled appointment with other plumbing company from Tampa that I found in google search and they kept rescheduling it and on Friday afternoon they called to reschedule it again for next week because they don't work weekends. I canceled with them and this time looked in maps to see local guys who could help. I called Danny's office and one hour later Mario was at my house. Very impressive.

We had 2 issues within 3 weeks, we called Denny's and was able to have same day service. Christian was the first service person and he was great! The second was Jose. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient. We would highly recommend them. To be able to get 2 great guys really says something about a company. And let me not forget Will. I called Denny’s Plumbing on 7/10/21, spoke with Will about the warranty issue with my water heater. Will was very professional and helpful. I was scheduled for the next day. Christian called me in the morning and was on time. Christian was also very professional. He started working straight away, explaining what was going to take place as he kept working. Christian removed the faulty water heater; installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. Christian took the time to inspect my faucet, due to the low pressure. I would recommend Denny’s Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Was so thankful to have Denny’s Plumbing recommended to us by a contractor friend who has worked with them for years. We had a toilet switched from one bathroom to another & a new one installed also! After 3 estimates we found Denny’s the most reasonable & the office staff, Danielle & Service Mgr, Scott were so very helpful & kind & our serviceman, Brett was very kind & did a wonderful job.
