We had the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company when we chose Scotto’s Plumbing. From the time we called for an appointment to the moment they left our home, we were treated with excellent service. Ocy completed the repairs while a 2nd gentleman assisted him. Both of them were knowledgeable, and very professional and polite. We will call Scotto’s with all of our plumbing needs!

My second time using Scotto’s and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. First time I had an emergency. I still got a couple quotes because one of them wanted to charge me $1700 and wouldn’t have even fixed the problem correctly. Scooto’s came in, diagnosed the problem and $500 out the door. No need to call any other plumber these guys are legit.

Scotto's arrived on time to "repair" a noisy garbage disposal. The device wasn't defective but had chosen to swallow a penny which was quickly remedied. Rather than charge us a legitimate service call, they asked if we had any other plumbing needs to avoid the service charge. They replaced an outdoor PVC hose bib with a copper/brass unit with a shutoff valve. Great work at a very fair price. Scotto's is our "go-to" plumber.

I am a homeowner and have used Scotto's plumbing for over 12 years. I have had them come out for big and little jobs and they treat all requests with the same urgency. James and Tyler came today within a few hours notice, and with in a short time,everything was working perfectly.. I've been familiar with Scotto's for many years, and I've known them to be the best in the area. I used to do my own work, but now that I'm older, I'm glad I can trust them to do things right. I had them replace the wax ring and reinstall a toilet, and it was done perfectly with every detail seen to.

Courteous, reliable and professional plumbers who look out for your best interests by installing the best possible quality parts that work very effectively. The two companies that preceded them did not solve the problem and charged outrageous fees. Scotto's was the opposite. Scotto's Ben White and Tyler Self fixed our faucet with dispatch for a very reasonable fee. They are absolute professionals who know precisely what they are doing. We will rehire Scotto's any time we need plumbing work in the future and plan to ask for Ben and Tyler each time.

We had a clogged kitchen related drain pipe and called Scotto’s. The estimate was reasonable. Antonio Veliz came out, arriving early and fixed the problem. He was very professional, did an excellent job resolving the issue and cleaning up. I highly recommend Scotto’s and Antonio!

I called Sunday for service for a clogged toilet. I was willing to pay the after hours fee as I had injured my back and my son was there to help me. The gentleman who came out was very pleasant but used a good hand towel in the toilet with the vacuum hose. I had thrown down several different towels due to over flow and he assumed it was a rag. Another towel was badly damaged with the machine sitting on it, some black marks that didn’t come out. I will know better in the future to pick up my personal items and ask them to put down a tarp. The clog was not fixed so I called and made arrangements for guys to come out the next day. My son stayed home from work to help during that time. They were very professional and found the problem but sadly a part broke and now I have to replace the toilet. My star selection is difficult to choose as I was disappointed with the tech who came out Sunday and felt I paid an after hours fee for no reason since the problem wasn’t fixed. But the guys who came out Monday made up for it. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

I’ve had Scotto’s out several times and they’ve always been excellent. They are priced reasonably and are always available. They were at my house within an hour of me calling for a drain that was backing up. Very responsive, honest, and thorough. Highly recommend Scotto’s!

Scotto's was great, taking the time to address the cause of our recurrent clogs, rather than just snake out the vent, charge us hundreds of dollars, and go on their way, as several other plumbers have done over the last seven years in our home. They opened the clean-outs outside, which no other plumber had ever done, cleared the build-up in the pipes under and leading from the kitchen sinks, and made sure every fixture was draining properly before leaving. They were awesome - clean, thorough, truly helpful - and I highly recommend Scotto's service.

On 6/25/20 I again had the good fortune to work with Scotto's. This time Brendan and Tyler came out to install a new garbage disposal. They were running ahead of schedule which worked out perfectly for me. Both were professional and polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently and at a decent price. They even wrote up quotes for future jobs. A very positive experience - thank you again!

With water coming through my ceiling, I called Scotto's based on a friend's recommendation. They quickly scheduled my appointment for that day with a 2 hour window and texted when the technician was enroute - at the very front of the window! Ocy was professional and polite and got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. And when he presented the bill I was very happy to see it was about 1/3 of what I was anticipating. Will definitely call again if needed and recommend them to anyone!

I would give Scotto 10 stars if I could!! They were professional, courteous and did an awesome job. From the people in the office to Jason who gave me an estimate to James and Sam who did the work, they were all awesome. Very caring company.

I had a problem with the tankless water heater. My usual plumbing company won't even service tankless heaters so I contacted Scotto's. Within three hours they had two men out to look at the heater. James A. and Cassius were amazing! Everything is working fine again. I will continue using this company if I have any problems with the Tankless.

We had an issue with the shut off valve under our kitchen faucet occur on a Sunday afternoon. This required we turn off the water to the house.

We called Scotto’s based on Google reviews and we were NOT disappointed. James arrived within 15 minutes and completed the work in less than 30 minutes.

James was kind, efficient, and professional. He also gave my husband some good advice while here.

When/if needed, we will call Scotto’s again either for an emergency or planned work.

This company is amazing. Great service. Fast to show up. Always do a great job. I had standing water in my kitchen sink and not only did they show up same day but they were able to get us in early in the day. Antonio and Tyler were super friendly and quick to get the job done for us. This is our third time using this company and I highly recommend them. They fixed a busted pipe outside, replaced our water heater, and now this help with the drain. Thanks Scotto's!

Dane and Lucas came and installed our new toilet. As per my request, they wore masks and shoe coverings. They answered all my questions very patiently. The caulking at the base looks great. They cleaned up after themselves nicely, too. We’ve used Scotto’s many times over the years. They are just wonderful. Another thing that makes me come back to them is that the employees like working there and speak highly of the owners. That says a great deal about a company in my book.

They told how much it would cost. I hired them. They did what they told me they would do. They completed the entire project in the time frame they told me they would. With the same cost they quoted me. Wait for it… And EVERYTHING works as they said. You can not get any better than that. **The project was a water meter and gas line split with a tankless water heater add.

Work was completed in a very timely manner and the new install was done very well. Would definitely recommend using this service for your plumbing needs.

We have a tankless water heater. Called one plumber and the guy looked at it like it was an alien. Called another and was given an estimate, told it was an all day job. Called Scotto's and Ocy was awesome ! Explained everything, said the job may be done in 4 hours for half the cost of the other estimate. Ocy came out the next day, and looked at the heater, he was professional, polite, and provided a written quote for half of the other company. The part arrived the next day and Scotto's scheduled the repair the next day. All togther, it was three days, very exceptable since the part had to be ordered through a warranty process. Tammy, Ocy, and the the 2 techs that did the repair were all awesome ! If I ever need a plumber I will call them for sure, and recommend them to anyone.
