We’ve used Scotto’s Plumbing for a number of different things and continue to be impressed. The technicians are always friendly and go above and beyond to provide good service and advice.we trust their opinions and work and feel confident that we’re paying for great reliable service. We’ll continue to use them and recommend them to others.
This particular time, we were so appreciative that they moved things around to get someone out to us as soon as possible after a main pipe broke.

I had a slow flushing, not quite filling toilet. The gentleman they sent out was prompt and courteous and explained everything as he went. Very professional and kept my home clean as he worked. I would definitely use them again and tell my friends about them. Scotto's is the best!

Jon and James did an outstanding job installing a water heater along with the water heater booster. They were super friendly and professional. The results were immediate.

I called Scotto's Plumbing to have someone come out and check my water softener, and they sent me an expert. Ocy was highly knowledgeable about the softener and ensured it worked properly. My experience with Scotto's and Ocy was much different from that of the plumbing company that installed the softener. I will call Scotto's Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

There are people who "do" their jobs... and then there are people who ENJOY their jobs. That's the difference I have experienced both times I used Scotto's. James A. & Kassius were terrific and helped me yet again with a different plumbing issue. There is no question who you should hire because they stay until the job is done and they are just really nice people. Moving here from the Midwest, that counts a lot in my world.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are so friendly and responsive. Thank you, Scotto's!

James recently helped immensely with a huge leak problem that I had. He was quick in his responses and incredibly informative. I can not express how grateful I am to James and his amazing service! I had major clogged drains. 2 previous plumbers unable to fix. Scotto's showed up within 2 hrs and fixed my problem in less than 30 mins. Very fair price, great service.

John, Ocy Moore and the secretary made my living hell strait up heaven . The true professionalism of these folks reflects greatly on the company and I highly recommend these folks to honestly assess the issue and correct it without any issues or problems. Thank you all for reminding me what true craftsmanship looks like. Tampa Bay hire these people they are legit.

I had an emergency situation (the switch) valve from the toilet was burst in my master bathroom and called Scotto's Plumbing. It was a very quick, professional response. Jared and Sam were excellent they were polite and they fixed the issue in a very short time. Highly recommend this plumbing crew!!

I have used Scotto’s Plumbing in the past, and I am glad I used them today ! My Tech. Was Antonio and he was excellent! I had him before and he was good ! My bathroom drains needed cleaning and now they run smooth ! It’s smart to stay ahead of things if you can , it will save you less problems down the road! So happy with the professional and prompt service from Scotto’s Plumbing when our water heater (from Lowe’s which was literally less than one month out of warranty, 6 years & 3 weeks old) started leaking and needed replacing. Ryan & Lee were friendly, professional and pretty quick despite having to go pick up a water heater for us. Rate was reasonable and we had hot water within hours of calling them. Very happy with Scotto’s and will use them again in the future! Also thank you to Tammy (their Tammy!) for getting us taken care of even on a busy fully scheduled day!

The person who initialy made the appointment with was very kind and helpful. James "A" the actual plumber was on time, very knowledgeable with the task at hand. Scotto’s plumbing is awesome! Our toilet was running and the water shutoff valve was broken, sending gallons into our post hurricane sewer system. Scotto’s responded very quickly to work us in and sent Lucas Crespo. He had to dig out our water cutoff by the street, and then he replaced the bathroom angle cutoff valve and the internals of the toilet (fill valve and flapper). Lucas was extremely helpful and worked hard to resolve the issue. I have been very happy with Scotto’s service previously and they excelled again!

Very bad experience. Paid emergency weekend call price. Very simple issue overlooked by plumber. He left with issue UNRESOLVED! Had to call another company only to find out it was an obvious dishwasher leak which Scotto never checked. The other company was happy to talk to Scotto to explain the situation. Instead they sent someone to my house confirming the problem, refused to refund my money, guy became belligerent, trying to bully me. I told him to leave as he was wasting my time.. He gave me the finger on his way out of my complex. Can’t make this stuff up!I was beat out of $400 by Scotto. A quality company would have refunded my money and apologized by the way I was treated.

Had gas line extension done for generator set up. Shopped 4 different plumbing companies before picking Scotto’s Plumbing.

The techs were good. Passed inspection without issue. Price was very affordable.

I called them back the following month for a kitchen sink install. Didn’t bother price shopping because their prices are very affordable and service is good.

They are my first choice for future plumbing jobs.

Justin is amazing! He know what he is doing and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are pleased! Justin and his team roughed in a bathroom for me.

I’ve used them three times now and each time the plumber that comes out has been a gem! Courteous, kind and efficient! They always fully fix the problem at hand and are quick to answer any questions I have about the work they are doing. I trust these guys with all my plumbing needs! Also, very competitive pricing! One thing is certain, I can always count on Scotto's. Dale and Team truly care about their customers. I have used this company for many years at this point and they are the best of the best. I truly appreciate them and all the work they do for us. Scotto's is the best!

The gentleman came out for a particularly difficult faucet installation. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. Five stars!
