I would not recommend them!! The technician that came out did not know what was necessary, suggested something that I didn’t need to obtain my permit and also almost flooded my house because he hadn’t emptied my water heater before opening the bottom drain in it.

Showed up to our place of business on time, got the job done and done right in a timely manner. Very respectful and friendly, will definitely use again in the future if needed. Thank you

Friday morning woke up with a drippy faucet in the bath/ Shower. Got worse as the day went on. I called four plumbers in the Clearwater area. On Tap Plumbing wuas the first one to respond! Marcus was here promptly at 10:30 Tuesday morning as promised. After a couple hours and some good plumbing work. Our problem is fixed. Thank you to Marcus the repairman that came out and did a wonderful job and was a very pleasant personality. Also, thanks and I apologize, I think it was Tim that took my call Monday morning and set up the appointment after gathering some information from us.

We needed a plumber and they really came through for us. Tim called me back quickly and was pleasant. Marcus was thorough and fixed both of our plumbing issues.

On Tap Plumbing replaced my water heater and fixed a leak in my shower- they did an A+ job! Tim was great at communicating the timeline and was very upfront with the pricing- plus they were able to get all of this done within 24 hours of me contacting them. Marcus did a great job getting everything fixed and installed. These guys were polite, on time, respectful of keeping my space clean and great at explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future jobs!

Tim and I meet at a Chamber of Commerce event, and he mentioned problems I was having - that little drip. He got be scheduled for a quote and repair the following day. Marcus came out and respected that I have a protective dog - who loved him!! He showed me the concerns, what I could do, & ultimately fixed my toilet as well. So grateful for hearing Tim and Marcus coming out. I highly recommend and will use again!!

I would highly recommend On Tap Plumbing. They gave me a fair estimate, were easy to deal with, and professional. I had to have my toilet replaced, pipe cut, new flange and flooring repaired. Marcus did a wonderful job and was very patient waiting while my other guy did his part of the job so he could continue. Tim worked with me giving me options to book a time so I could coordinate the other person to do their part of the job. I got several estimates, they were reasonably priced but also I felt confident in what they told me what needed to be done. Other companies gave me a range of "well, this could happen so it could go as high as this".

Anytime I call Tim, he is always there to answer or calls back quickly after. Nice to know my plumber will respond! Prompt & flexible with scheduling!
Marcus did my supply line & shut off valve replacment and was on time, contacted me when in route, friendly, knowledgeable, professional! He knew exactly what to do... as he always does! Cleaned up after himself, honely I cant recomend On Tap Plumbing enough!
I personally refer them to anyone asking for plumbing contractor... and today used them in my own home. The reasons are many!! I dont need bids because over the years I've been proven that they are at the top of their profession! Knowledgeable, fair pricing, quick & thurough, professional.

Marcus and Tim were awesome. Tim was super communicative and coordinated scheduling for Monday even though it was late on a Sunday. Marcus swung by 2X and made sure we knew all of the potential risks. He handled everything well, kept us informed, and it all went best case scenario!

Marcus was very efficient and friendly. The company was very responsive and I got a small job done quickly. I would use them again without hesitation. Fair prices too. About $300 LESS than other company.

Never used their service but called them to get a quote for a simple bathroom faucet install. No old one to remove...just install the new one. I was quoted $175 for the first hour. I asked what happens if the plumber is slow or milking the job? I was told I could text photos of the job and then they could send a quote. Texted the photos and then the quote went up to $298.22!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! They claim because a wide spread faucet takes longer. Ridiculous

Tim was extremely professional. Problem solver. Got the job done without putting a hole in the wall. Definitely the best plumber we have ever had!!

Tim has been taking care of me for years. He is so reliable, transparent, and honest. It is always a pleasure to do work with him. I recommend him to everyone. He is also exceptionally well priced compared to competitors. He always does what is best for the customer all the way down to answer all calls and texts himself. If there were 10 stars I'd give him 10.

Tim did all of the plumbing in our house during a total remodel and it was all done very professionally to fit our needs. All of the plumbing that he did was clean and neat which we really enjoyed because many plumbers leave a mess for you to clean up once they are finished.
Donnie replaced our water heater and did a great job. He explained everything to us and kept the work area clean and neat which was great because we had the house remodeled just a few months before.
I would highly recommend using this company for a good value and a great job.

Five Stars is the best way to describe Gulf Coast Plumbing. The entire staff that I dealt with were all polite and professional. I am very pleased with my experience. The price for the work done was extremely competitive, something like one third of some other companies quotes. All the staff were very effective with communications regarding my job, progress, pricing, and scheduling. Now for the best part about my experience. My installer Robby! was very prompt professional and went above and beyond with my install! He did a phenomenal job taking detailed time with the install. His level of service and expertise were well above the amount I paid for the service. Robby did a fantastic job with his workmanship and handled all of my questions and concerns cordially, promptly and professionally. All in all I am elated with my experience with Gulf Coast plumbing. I would strongly recommend this company, emphasizing Robby for all plumbing related needs. I will definitely use them again in the future!
