I Find Leaks was the best. They detected an upstairs leak very quickly and called the plumber so it could be repaired right away. Sonny saved us so much money by telling us how to get all the equipment we needed to dry everything out, and he even stopped back at no charge to help us out. He answered numerous phone call with all of our many questions as well. We cannot say enough good things about him. Highly recommend this company, and we will use him again if needed.

I just had the most pleasant encounter with Sonny and Brock! It was suggested by my rodent exterminator that the entry source might be through a leak in the plumbing (100 year old home). They recommended I Find Leaks and the appointment was made. Sunny texted and VM’d me to give me a heads up and arrived right on time👌🏼 Both guys were very personable and knowledgeable and got right to smoke detecting. They went from attic to crawl space and were finished in less than an hour! Luckily there were no leaks in the old cast iron. The critters are getting in a different way. I would not hesitate to recommend I Find Leaks based on my 5 star experience.

Sonny was great! They came out same day to find a leak and found it under a shell area on the side of our house I would’ve never noticed. Reasonably priced and very helpful. Would highly recommend going directly to them instead of paying a plumber to come out, then having to call Sonny to find the leak.

Jeremy, from “I Find Leaks” came out to find a leak from my kitchen sink. A problem that was very hard to detect. We had a few visits from Plumbers, who thought it was fixed. When it kept happening, we called them to see if they could find the issue. He was able to locate it inside the concrete block wall. Leaking into the block and seeping out. So now the plumber will be back to fix it. Thank You Jeremy.

Rylinbreturned my call immediately, so very kind, helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Gave me some helpful information as well to use in the future. Jeremy came out the next day found the leak!! Thank goodness no jackhammering was required. They left message with the plumber (Slaughter Plumbing Services) who came and fixed it on Monday and Tuesday. Would not hesitate to use them again if I find myself in need, would also recommend with great confidence to anyone who has a leak. Professional, beyond kind, and actually know what they are doing.

I could not ask for better service, they arrived exactly when they said they would and did a extremely professional job. Found our leak and even made it easier for our plumber to complete the job. I am extremely happy and since this build has several other water lines if I ever have another leak I will definitely call them again to investigate.

Jermey was absolutely fantastic! We have a landlord and had attempted to tell them for WEEKS that we had a leak because we felt a hot spot on our tile and our electric bill went through the roof. After much convincing, they booked Jermey to come on out and check out if that was the case. Within 3 minutes of being here, we heard “yep, it’s definitely a leak.” Jeremy was so progressional and went through multiple steps to confirm this was the case with his imaging equipment and even listening into the ground. Jermey was nothing but professional and educated us on how to save money and avoid further damage until a plumber can come and fix the leak. He was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone in Pinellas county if you’re looking for leak detection!

Contacted I Find Leaks late Friday and they were able to schedule appointment on my selected day of Monday. Jeremy came out and did a thorough job in finding the leak. This is the second time we've used them and they have been great both times!

I could not be happier with the responsiveness and results provided by Sonny and the team. They were able to fit me in the schedule on a holiday and took the time to carefully evaluate the location of my under slab leak. They were able to pin point it and expose it with fair fixed pricing allowing my plumbers to repair for much less cost than it would have been without the prep. The Find leaks team were incredibly considerate with thorough clean up and communication about what they were observing and planning on doing to find the leak during the process. I felt informed and in control of the process along the way. I am very glad my plumber recommended “I Find Leaks” they made a very stressful situation much better fairly quickly.

Found the leak quickly. The technician was great, friendly, and even tried to help me find my outdoor cold water cutoff. They did charge me $10 more than quoted (no biggie) and more importantly they never provided a report or gave me any of the photos of thermal images so a plumber could review. They did mark it with some masking tape on the floor. Most plumbers have since told me they will need to do the leak detection again anyway when they get to the general area. At least I got the general location of the leak identified.

Update 5/21/2025: I spoke with the technician and agreed to change my review. They never did provide me with infrared photos or resolve the overcharge, but to be fair they really did treat me well so that's worth its weight in gold. I just hope they take this as feedback that many clients are going to expect to see a report with physical images of the area, not just mark it with tape. And if you quote 300 bucks, charge 300 bucks, not 310.

I called and spoke with Rylin on the phone who was pleasant and very helpful, allowing me to ask all my questions before scheduling my appointment. Jeremy arrived at my house (on time) this morning. He listened to me with concern about how I was losing water pressure, then took care of my issue. It's not often that I find a service company these days with the integrity and attentiveness they have. I would recommend I Find Leaks (without hesitation!), to anyone needing to find a plumbing leak.

I have to thank Jeremy so much for coming out twice to find our plumbing leak. Last week I heard water running in the wall and nothing was being used. I had turned off the water main to the house and Jeremy came out and checked the water meter and pressure tested the house. Since I had shut off the water, the leak may have resealed itself and no longer was occurring. He didn’t charge me and told me to call him when it started happening again. Fast forward a week later and I hear it happening again. He came back out on a Friday night and was able to locate the leak within 30 minutes of being here. He showed me thermal imaging and was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. I could hear it gurgling under the floor. Very nice guy and extremely professional. I’d definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they ever have this problem!

Was referred to I Find Leaks by our plumber and was glad I called them. Rylin was so very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She was able to schedule a tech to come out the afternoon that I called. The tech, Brock, was able to locate the leak right away and we were given the option of them exposing and patching the leak (thru tile floor and cement slab) for a reasonable additional charge. They were extremely careful to keep damage to tile to a minimum. This allowed us to continue to have our water on until the plumber can come to perform the permanent repair.
Very happy with our experience with I Find Leaks and would recommend.
