Had a great experience dealing with Rylin and Sunny from I Find Leaks. both were very professional and got my issue resolved immediately by scheduling, finding the leak really quick and me being able to get my plumber out to fix the issue immediately made the day great. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company to find a leak real quick in your home and will definitely use them again.

Mr. Sonny Kennedy was very professional, knowledgeable, no time wasting, and extremely descriptive with information. He is an also very personable. Feels like one of your friends helping you out. He did great work by locating the leak and even placed a temporary patch on the pipe to last until the full repair appointment. I cannot say enough great things about him and this company and their efficiency. I will be recommending to anyone and everyone. What a wonderful change of scenery ace then the standard Florida experience. I pray nothing but success and blessings upon this gentleman and the company.

Like most people experiencing the terrible shock and aftermath of saturated floors and water pooling through your home...it's a nightmare to deal with.

I called I Find Leaks yesterday 6/18/25 and they had someone out today 6/19/25.

6/18 Rylin called me back right away to discuss the issue and set up a time. She was so nice --and so clear about pricing too. (Very reasonable pricing after comparing) 😊

6/19 Jeremy was the service rep who took care of the actual detection. He was GREAT! So friendly and efficient. He took time to explain exactly what transpired after finding the leak quickly.
Nice mix of professional and personable. (Loved the conversation about our rescues 😊)

I would highly recommend I find Leaks! We called and they responded right away and came out that day. Sonny was great! He was so personable, took his time explaining everything and also gave us a great recommendation for a plumber. The 1st plumbing company was incredibly expensive. Riley was awesome on my I tail call for service, explained everything in detail and was very professional Tyler was my service technician and he was phenomenal. He found the leak with no problems and explained what I needed to do. Sonny came at very quickly and efficiently identified where are leak was located under the slab. He also jackhammered the slab and exposed the pipe for the plumber to repair. Sonny is exceptional at his profession.

Sonny at I Find Leaks is so incredible to work with! We have used him since 2020, and can always rely on him. He has done a whole home scope before purchasing the home to assess the plumbing, and also problem focused scopes. He sends videos with explanations, and we have used them to do repairs months later. He is extremely personable, trustworthy and honest. We hope we don't have to call him for plumbing issues, but when we do we at least know we are in good hands!

Sonny, at I Find Leaks came highly recommended by several people and he certainly proved to us why!!! He responded to my call immediately and fit me in that very first day. He was very friendly, professional & took his time even after locating our leak to check out our entire house to be sure, there were no more leaks throughout the house. Sonny, took time to answer all of our questions as well as explain the various options we had for repair as well as gave us excellent recommendations for a plumber and restoration. He had to drill a hole In our foundation to create access to the pipe that needed to be fixed, and I prepared myself for a huge mess, but he made no mess whatsoever!!!! He contained all of the dust then cleaned it up, and I was beyond impressed and appreciative!!! Sonny is a class act and I could not recommend him higher. Thank you so much, Sonny. You are awesome!!!!

Absolutely the best around. After calling Railynn, she was incredibly friendly and attentive and worked through what we needed. I sent her pictures and she tried to diagnose our property water issue before even sending a tech to our home.

After we determined we needed to get to the bottom of our water issue, Railynn sent Tyler to our home within a very reasonable amount of time.

Tyler texted us before coming and even showed up much earlier than our scheduled meeting.

Tyler is highly qualified and took his time to diagnose the issue and was very professional and attentive.

If there was a 6th star I would give it to I Find Leaks, and will certainly use them for any future needs we have.

Both Tyler and Sonny at I Find Leaks have done an excellent job locating the problem causing high water bills at properties. As a realtor, I highly recommend this company.

Called company and spoke with Sonny. Sonny gave me a checklist to do before requesting service " trying to save you money ". Service was needed and Jeremy responded. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Explained every step of process before conducting tests. Found the leak and provided a variety of solutions. I highly recommend them.

The city water department informed me that I may have a leak when my meter reader reported an unusually high reading. I called my plumber who put me in touch with I Find Leaks.
Railyn was very efficient and scheduled me for service the next day. Even after a scheduling confusion, Railyn managed to get Sonny out that afternoon. She was highly professional and empathetic! Sonny came out and detected the leak in my front yard within minutes of his arrival! The knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy of this company has me a customer for life!

Both of these gentlemen are exceptional at what they do! Not only were they comprehensive in their search but professional and attentive to what we presented to them as our situation.

Sunny was able to find my leak within two minutes of being at my house just by listening. I had called after receiving an extremely high water bill indicating there was something wrong. I called for an urgent appointment and said he was able to see me the next morning, which was the morning of Christmas Eve. I was so so grateful he was willing to take time away from his family to help me out and was able to find the leak under my house with ease. He was also able to patch it up and recommend somebody for a more permanent solution. If you are looking for a true professional then I highly recommend them as a service. I wish this company all the success they wish to have. 💫

Sonny is a pro! We bought an older home with cast iron drain lines that were pretty severely occluded. They were able to clean out the lines with the Hydrojet and then run a camera to visually verify that everything looks good after. Everything is flowing great since!

Sonny did a great job! Needed some cast iron pipes looked at before purchasing a home, and he was able to fit into the tight timeline! Report and Video shared next day, exactly what we needed.
