I had a weekend emergency & Tim came when promised! He was super efficient while educating me on what the problem was as well as what he was doing to resolve it! He was polite & kind with regards to my concerns going out of his way to answer every question I came up with! This is the first time in many years that I feel like I have a trusted professional I can count on for all my plumbing needs! I’m happy to refer him to all my family & friends! I will 💯 be using them in the future for some upgrades I’m planning! Thank You Tim & keep up the Great work!

John arrived on time. Drained and removed old water heater from 3rd floor condo and replaced with a new one. Very professional and cleaned up after the work was done. Tim did work on the master bathroom toilet. Also very professional and knowledgeable, left the bathroom very clean. Highly recommend Gulf Coast Plumbing.

After a bumpy start, Tim did a fabulous job on our sink.
Tim is an upstanding, trustworthy guy and an excellent plumber. The work he did not only fixed the problem but improved the way things were previously installed.
A full 5 stars and bonus starts too. He obviously really cares about doing good work and keeping the reputation of his company in a high standing.

There was an administrative issue with one of his plumbers who made an error on the initial report. After much trouble with emails and the office not fixing the problem, I left a negative review. Tim contacted me the next day and was out the house the day after that. If you have any problems with this company, rest assured that the owner, Tim, is going to go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied.

John was wonderful! He got my problem taken care of quickly and without any drama. Reasonable rates too. He was also very personable, a pleasure doing business! Will definitely keep their number on file for future needs.

From the initial phone call, Tim was courteous and understanding. He scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time. Upon entering my home, he was respectful of my property, wearing booties to protect my floors. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explaining the issue in clear and concise terms. He provided an accurate estimate upfront, which was very reasonable.
Anthony worked efficiently and meticulously, fixing the leak both under the sink and in the pipes underneath the house. He was a great communicator, keeping me updated throughout the process. He cleaned up after himself.

Starting with Andrea who gets everything scheduled and is really nice and accommodating - to the Inspector, Anthony, prompt, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what was going on with the plumbing, this experience was excellent. No one wants to call a plumber but in this case I’m glad I did. I fell confident that the info received was accurate and honest. I would recommend this company and give them more stars than five!!.

Always the best! We have unfortunately needed Tim and he’s team more than once and they always come out quickly and solve the problem.

I called Gulf Coast Plumbing with a problem and they got to me the same day! The office person asked great questions so the plumber would be prepared. John, the plumber was geat, polite, explained what he thought was happening, what he was going to do about it, and got the problem (blockage) solved. Hemade sure the problem was fixed before going. I was impressed. I would highly recommend Gulf Coast Plumbing. I am a satisfied customer.

UPDATE: I was still having trouble with the drain line a few days after. Tim came out, same day I called and sent a camera down the cleanout and help identify the issues. This was a no charge visit. I cannot say enough about Gulf Coast Plumbing

We had an issue at the house. They were very prompt and the technician was extremely nice. Problem came back and they were very fast to respond. I didn't want him on the roof at night, Too dangerous. So Tim came at 7 a.m. before their busy day to make sure that I was taken care of. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Tim at Gulf Coast Plumbing is very reasonably priced, has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable about his craft. I would definitely recommend him. While he was at my house servicing my hot heater my daughter hurt her elbow. Tim stopped what he was doing and helped my wife render aid to our daughter. Thanks Tim
