Called Scottos on a Sunday for an emergency plumbing issue. John from Scottos was at our home promptly. He diagnosed and fixed our issue. Great customer service. Highly recommend Scottos for all your plumbing needs

I had a toilet clog ant my event venue and Tyler came and fixed everything so quickly and SO discreetly since there was a party going on at the time. At a previous clog, Robert came and he was also really efficient. Scotto has easily become my new go-to.

We have some pipes running through our attic that were secured to the rafters by a plastic clip. The clips were broken in quite a few places which allowed the piping to sag. We called Scotto’s and they sent an estimator out immediately. He told us it would be a fairly easy repair and scheduled it for the next day. The two young men that came out for the repair were professional and worked quickly. They had our pipes reattached in no time. We are always more than happy with our choice to use Scotto’s for our plumbing needs.

We called them on Monday and spoke to OC who quickly diagnosed the issue. Scotto was able to schedule repairs on Tuesday. OC and 2 techs repaired our Rinnai tankless water heater quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend them!

Impeccable workmanship and a customer-centric approach is all you need to really know about Scottos. I had an overall wonderful experience with them that started with Dale and my site survey and quoting process for my kitchen remodel right through toy the final fit and finish of my new fixtures, hardware, and plumbing by Nick. There were a couple other great guys in between there and my apologies for not remembering their names but everyone was respectful and considerate of my home and space. I’m grateful that I chose them as they were the most seamless part of all the trades a companies are used for my kitchen, even in spite of a somewhat neurotic customer 😊

Had a new hot water heater installed. on felt comfortable with them from the onset after speaking with Tim and they came out a gave me a price quote. Tim then scheduled the install with in 4 days of my commitment. Andrew and Roger were in time and did a very good job. They were efficient and neat. cleanup was good and they explained everything that was done. very satisfied with this service

I liked On Tap plumbing service from beginning to the end product. My plumbing was backing up. I contacted Tim on the phone, I could tell he is a caring individual and really seems to know what he was doing. He came and gave me a very good estimate. Once I decided to go with On Tap, Tim immediately got what's needed (making out the electrical and gas lines etc by the city), and got tmy broken pipes dug up and replaced. It's been a month now, everything is working perfectly without any problems. Thank you for the great service. Tim and On Tap will be my future to go plumbing service now.

Our service was excellent. From the time we called, Patrick kept us informed what time the team would be here to deal with our water heater that had quit working (while we had company!).
