Be very careful when getting a quote. We were quoted a dollar amount for the first hour, then so much per hour after the first. They didn't quote material, but we assumed about $500.00, and we were pretty close. What they neglected to tell us was the labor was per man on the job, which added $1000.00 to the job. We do not believe the second man was a certified plumber and asked for certification and they refused to provide it.
Also, during the project, they cut 2 electrical wires within 5 inches of the work they did. One of the wires they cut only hit the common (white) wire, which will not trip the breaker, just break the circuit. They cut the second wire, but power was already lost. I didn't notice until I went to my refrigerator in my shed and it wasn't working. I checked the breaker and it wasn't tripped. I had to run an extension cord to the fridge until I could get it fixed. It cost us $500.00 for the electrical repair, which they wouldn't admit, even though I have pictures.
The work that was done, appears to have been done properly and the 2 men doing the work were very professional, except for not admitting to damaging the wires.
When we expressed our concern, my wife was talked to in an EXTREMELY unprofessional manner and they showed no concern.

Called Denny's Plumbing to help me track down what I thought was a leaking water heater. Got Brett the next day who was a great help! And he didn't try to pressure me into buying a new one, like every other company would have done! So, that's an honest man for ya. 😊

So Grateful for Denny’s plumbing! They were recommended by the super in my building, and I can see why. Everyone was very friendly, kind, prompt and professional, from Pete who scheduled my appointment on the phone to the office staff to Cole the technician. Cole did a great job assessing the causes of our plumbing leaking issues and repairing all associated issues, including a related problem that we couldn’t figure out - he solved it & fixed it! Thank you Cole and Denny’s plumbing! We highly recommend Denny’s!

OMG! This company is absolutely amazing. They were quick to discover and repair my water leak. They came out quickly, very professional and efficient. Reasonable pricing. Thank you for being one of the good guys! It's rare.

Update: 5/23/24 Brett and crew did an awesome job on our water heater installation. We have used Denny’s on many occasions, been with them for years. Their prices are fair and they do great work. I highly recommend!

We have used them on many occasions with no issues. Yesterday we had a break in our main water line. Christian saved the day! He was able to fix the problem that another guy could not. The rate was extremely reasonable and he got the job done right. I would definitely recommend you ask for Christian. He is knowledgeable,
professional and knows what he’s doing. Denny’s plumbing you got a gem in hiring him. Give that man a raise! Thanks again for helping us. We are grateful to have water again :)
3/28/22 Called our Denny’s for a tub faucet issue. Fixed it very quickly at an affordable price. I highly recommend them.

Brett from Denny's Plumbing came to install a new hot water heater for our condo. He was great! He worked diligently and was very courteous, friendly, and professional. This is our second time using Denny's for our condo's needs (the first time they took out an old garbage disposal for us) and the guys that came to do the job were professional and courteous.

I've used them a number of times, with different plumbers, but this review is for the most recent one. First, I think they are well managed - when I call, I get an answer and always get someone to come quickly and that can be so important. This time it was a slow leak so not an emergency, but I wanted to get it handled before the weekend in case it became an emergency, so I called Thursday, someone came out Friday. Mario was great, found the source of the leak quickly and did what was necessary to handle it, clearly knew what he was doing. I was so grateful because that was the weekend before Hurricane Milton and if it hadn't been handled then, would have been leaking probably for over a week! Whew! Very grateful for the fast and competent response.

My family and I have used Denny’s Plumbing over the years for various reasons. I personally and recently remodeled my condo and Brett was the Technician/Plumber. Outstanding work and excellent customer service. I use Denny’s for my real estate business as well. I trust them!

Came out to take care of a severely clogged kitchen drain. Denny is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Drain clear I no time.

We have a retail guitar shop in Clearwater and were getting terrible odors from a restaurant (grease trap type issue) in the building. I got a quote of $2500 just to try and locate the cause from one Clearwater company, but Denny's did the job for under a quarter of that price - quickly and expertly. Great people!

I have had a problem with my tub drain for over a year. I had 3 different companies come out but none could remove an antiquated plug to unclog my pipes. My brother in law placed a call on New Years day to fix my garbage disposal. He returned his call same day and was out next morning. I asked him about drain, he popped it open and unclogged my drain in 5 minutes. He fixed my disposal and gave me a very fair price. Scott was prompt, courteous and good to chat with while doing his work. A big 5 star from this satisfied customer.

Recently, as part of my kitchen countertop replacement, I hired Denny’s to install a faucet and garbage disposal system and its associated plumbing fixtures in my kitchen. Brett arrived on time. He was enthusiastic and friendly.

He did an outstanding job and think of him more of as a water management engineer than a “plumber.” The finished job looks awesome and I’m very happy with the results. And their pricing was reasonable too. I know I will choose Denny’s for my next plumbing job!

Had two of the guys at my house last week and again today from Dennys Plumbing to give me a whole new toilet and fix my tub drain that wasn’t working. Super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company to anybody needing a plumber! They are very responsive when you call, let you know when they ante on their way and flexible if you, unfortunately, have to reschedule an appointment. Great company!!

Either most of the reviews are paid by the company here or I got the worst plumber ever. I get it, plumbers aren't supposed to be creative or good salesman but this guy missed the mark big time. He never even provided an estimate for the requested repair. Instead, he repeatedly attempted to sell a full-house re-piping job. So unprofessional! called his boss in front of me on speaker to talk about "The problem" as if the world was ending, and made comments about items around the house that he had no business making comments about. I kept telling him to focus on the issue he came to fix. In the end I just wanted him out of my house. The next company that came after, quoted me half and never even talked about "taking down a wall" to fix the issue. 0/10 would not recommend these guys.

I used Denny’s Plumbing for my new bath tub change out. I was very pleased by the performance and Scott was very impressive in his work and professionalism. The price was very competitive with other companies as well. I would recommend Denny’s Plumbing to any of my family and friends.

Had some septic issues , Called Dennys as we have worked with them in the past . I was happy they were able to find the clog that was causing many issues throughout my home. Unfortunately ,I am very disappointed with the state they left my yard in. I understand you have to dig at times . But would expect the holes to be covered up when finished. it was not the case. even used some of my edging from my garden to throw in hole to hold pips I assume. ripped up some of the turf I have on side of house . Left it up with all the nails sticking up for children and pets to get hurt. I was told they would be replacing the filter that was never done. I am just extremely disappointed in the mess thst was left.Very unprofessional.

Today I had some plumbing repairs done on my deceased sister’s home! I called Will the day before and he was very accommodating and helpful! Shawn and Aaron arrived promptly at 9AM the following day and began working as soon as they assessed what was needed to complete the job! They installed two new faucet hookups for the washing machine and repaired the Ptrap and flange under her manufactured home! My husband and I were so impressed by their performance and professionalism! We would definitely use this company again! Kudos to Will, Shawn and Aaron! 5+ stars for a job well done!!! Scotto's installed my water softener 7 years ago and I called for a checkup including any needed servicing. The service rep, Dale, arrived on time and inspected the unit including the water hardness and told me that everything looked to be in very good shape and that my unit was working perfectly with regard to hardness versus softness of the water. Because no service was needed, I was not charged for the call. I will continue to use the company for future plumbing related needs.

Ryan and James did 3 things for us -- fixed a shower leak, installed a new touchless kitchen faucet, and installed a new dual vanity (replacing a single vanity). They were extremely professional and also very pleasant. When there was a small issue with vanity, they came out the next morning and fixed it quickly. This was the first time we needed a plumber in Belleair Beach, and we won't hesitate to call Scotto's the next time. Thank you!

We called Scotto for an estimate for a gas line installation estimate for a house generator and tankless water heater. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the tech showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and helped us make informed decisions. The only reason for a 4 star review, is it's been over a week and we still don't have the estimate. It was promised to be delivered by email the next day.
