I have to say Adam was such a joy , very professional and patient. Wasn't going to leave till he was 100% sure my plumbing issue was solved. You are very lucky to have him. So unusual for someone so young, tha k you so much Adam.

After fixing my toilet yesterday, Adam came back and fixed the shower today. He's very industrious and does a thorough job. I'm all fixed up!

Julio came out to fix a clogged sewer line. He came up with a unique solution and dug six feet down to make it happen. We found that we had an additional problem down the line They didn’t have the water extraction equipment so Julio and his team searched for a plumber who could do the phase 2 part of this job. We appreciate all the help and professionalism.

Adam was awesome. Professional, clean, and was great with our dog. There was a misunderstanding with scheduling and he ended up doing more than was expected instead of resched he squeezed us in. He was really knowledgeable and honest, and explained things well. There was a situation where we had two options and most plumbers would've just pressured the more expensive route, but he was actually forthcoming and ended up saving us money in the long run, which is so so appreciated and rare in the home repair industry these days. As we've had some unsavory experiences in the past with different plumbers, Adam's honesty and knowledge was a breath of fresh air, I'll definitely request him again.

Chose HLP for our re-pipe and they did a phenomenal job, led by Aaron, at a fair price. Their front desk is extremely professional and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with all aspects of the job - Lisa was particularly helpful. David came out to quote us on our 2nd bath. Tub & Toilet. He was early, friendly & kept me updated as the process went along. He did have time to do the work right then as he was ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate his hard work & will definitely use this company in the future.

Home Love Plumbing was hired to troubleshoot and repair a clawfoot tub faucet that had little to no hot water. Over three visits, they failed to identify the root cause, sold an incorrect solution, and ultimately avoided follow-up when the job went poorly.

The only positive: They provide a free initial estimate, which is why we scheduled them in the first place.

Major issues with our experience:
• Switched plumbers after the initial visit
• Could not properly troubleshoot the problem
• Incorrectly diagnosed cause and sold an unnecessary repair
• Charged above local market rates
• Required multiple visits & several hours without resolving the problem
• Avoided follow-up conversations when the work failed

Their “senior” plumber concluded the issue was a broken tempering valve and provided a $425 estimate to replace it. A “junior” plumber was sent to do the work. After replacing the valve, there was still no hot water. The valve was removed, reinstalled, and eventually bypassed—still with no improvement. When questioned, the junior plumber stated he was “just following orders.”
Despite the issue remaining unresolved and the valve left un-installed, they requested full payment. They returned the next day to reinstall the valve and collect payment, then suggested either replacing the faucet or tearing open the ceiling below the bathroom to replace the water line flowing from tempering valve to the faucet supply line—again, without clearly identifying the cause. We requested estimates and asked to speak with a manager. No one ever followed up.

We hired a different plumber who quickly found the real issue: debris and kinks in the faucet’s braided supply line. The problem was resolved, and hot water is now flowing.

My Home Love Plumbing experience resulted in wasted time, unnecessary expense, and poor customer service. I cannot recommend Home Love Plumbing.

David has been great. We called him, he came in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He cleaned a clogged filter and was finished in 10 minutes.
David is so calm, polite and knowledgeable.

This type of service is NOT commonly seen in n this industry. It is unique.

Additionally, accommodating weekend-only availability, the workmanship from start to finish created an ideal scene for each of the 5 tasks.

Everything from saving me from having to purchase a new garbage disposal to replacing the bathroom sink & hardware, installing a new Delta sink faucet w/spray, handling an antiquated dishwasher like new, and the list goes on!
Additionally, after each install, Dustin cleaned up spaces to pristine clean!

It is for these reasons that I highly recommend Home Love as a good choice for all construction-related needs

Adam came out to fix my plugged bathtub in my mobile home. Adam was exceptional! I had a previous plumbing company that came out and didn't have a clue what to do and did nothing and charged me. David has been working on putting my bathroom shower/plumbing back together with hurricane restoration. He is efficient, kind and responsive. He has excellent communication skills and is knowledgeable with plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend him!!

Adam installed my new sink and touch fawcet, he did a great job fast and efficient. I love my new workstation sink, and I'll not flood my kitchen again as the fawcet turns itself off when I forget. I will use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I have a constant drip in shower, that I did not know about and only got worse. I had an appt. Scheduled for over the weekend. Today the office called and said they had someone available to come out.

Mr. Da Costa arrived within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, and repaired the problem expeditiously. I was very pleased with the work and his professionalism. I would hire Home Love Plumbing again.

Home Love Plumbing helped us with plumbing out our kitchen remodel and extension. Dustin did a great job through out the project, which included many trips back from doing the initial rough plumbing through to the finish work. He was extremely professional and capable. The work was completed within the estimate, which was the lowest we had received between 3 different contractors. Lisa, in the office, was also fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, easy to get in touch with and schedule the needed phases. I will definitely be using them again for any other jobs.

Called needing help with my shower trim and plumbing. Super friendly and helpful setting up a free estimate and quickly came out. Employee showed up on time and addressed the problem and provided a reasonable quote and went to work fixing the issue! Cleaned up the area and took care of the problem and did some extra cleaning ofthe plugged up toilet! They are going to be our plumbers on file !

The pipe to our hose split near the wall. Adam from Home Love Plumbing came over that same evening to prepare an estimate. He returned the Nex day with a second plumber, Ivan. They chipped open the wall to access the pipe, replaced the damaged section and hose shutoff. The guys explained everything they were doing and asked if we had repair preferences. Plus, they had a good sense of humor. Additionally, Bree in the office was very helpful from start to finish.

I will certainly call for their help again if I need it and recommend others consider using them also.

The team at Home Love Plumbing did an excellent job replacing one of our water heater and flushing the other. Bri was great in scheduling the work and kept us up to date. Julio and Jared were very helpful, conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work!
