I've never used them for their services, but their driver in one of their trucks was hauling a trailer full of grass and changing lanes sporadically and almost hit me twice. Might need to look into new drivers for this company.

Would give 0 stars, but not an option.......Only kept them because my hubby wanted auto billing and paying......till he finally saw all the damage they did. It was just easier to let them go rather than going after them legally. I wish them well and hope they clean up their act.

One of the BEST Landscaping companies you can hire. Everything from yard maintenance to irrigation insulation. These guys are great! AAA++ I definitely recommend for all your lawn needs

Price was normal for the service I got-- about $100 a month for mow, edge, trim, and blow.

Service was sub par. They were fairly destructive with their edger, causing a lot of repeated damage to stucco. I paid someone to come repair it, took pictures, they damaged it again and I sent them pictures asking them to repair, which they did, but it kept happening. They left my fence gate open numerous times even after telling them I had dogs that could run away. I can't recommend using them as your service.

I cannot attest to their quality of service, as I do not have them as a service provider. But this morning on my way to drop my children off to school, the driver in their big dually, towing a large enclosed trailer behind them was doing somewhere between 35 and 40 through a school zone off of Hancock Road. He even pulled out from behind me to pass me and cut me off in the middle of the school zone. Apparently lawn service is more important than children safety. Personally I would never wanna hire a company whose values are that minimal.

I live on the corner lot, making my house the first one to be seen as you pull in the neighborhood. As you can imagine it is imperative to make sure my house and it’s surroundings look clean, tidy and appealing. This company is contracted by my Home Owners Association to maintain the neighborhood entrance and it’s surrounding areas. I have to say I could not be happier knowing our HOA chose such a well established, professional and knowledgeable company. Tyler and the rest of the team always do an amazing job! Thank You Top Notch Landscaping Inc for always taking such pride in your work, keeping our neighborhood looking it’s best.

FINAL UPDATE:
They did as promised and the owners followed up on my complaint & did a job I can be proud of. This is customer service. I highly recommend their service because follow up/through is essential to any business.
They started out great & after about a year it has been down hill since then. I call, they come out & it goes back to broken contractual agreements. I left a message for a return call & if things get much better, I will update my review. I am not receiving Top Notch service. Extremely disappointed. I don’t know what happened, at this rate I DO NOT recommend. Update to follow if services improve.
UPDATE: added the second star because of Jody. She does her best to be helpful.

Steven was an excellent irrigation specialist to help adjust my sprinkler system. Our Montverde FL house in Willow Ridge is a new build and needed some tweaks to keep the grass growing. He also capped off some of the system for a pool build. Great work. Steven was on time and responsive. 5 star service. Thanks.

We appreciated their honesty and expertise and advice. This is the second time that we used Paradise Landscaping and was extremely please with the job they did.

From the moment we met the owner to completion of our project, it was an enjoyable process. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Paradise to everyone who has landscaping needs! We will be using them again for the other side of our house landscaping project in a few months.

We all have our own Vision of Paradise. For irrigation help I turned to Robert with Paradise Landscaping who worked with my existing irrigation system and helped me get closer to realizing my own garden of Eden. Kudos to the professionalism, organization and friendly staff of Paradise Landscaping. I highly recommend them.

Last year I used Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation to repair my sprinkler system. The tech, Rob, did a great job. This week I called them for some new sprinkler repair work and I was happy to see that Rob was again sent out. As always Rob did great work. Very knowledgable, quick and explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. I will continue to use Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation for all my landscaping needs.

Paradise landscaping redid my fenced in backyard recently. I had a few major points: redo the grass, remove the large bush and a couple trees from my yard, add jasmine plants, pavers, add some lighting, and add another small tree. Overall, I’m happy with most of the work they did (they did leave my new grass uneven, but mostly fixed it when prompted). There was definitely some collateral damage from the work though. Their team repeatedly parked on the grass outside of the fenced in area to the extent that the grass all got pretty mottled by their truck. The other outside areas got a little mottled by their tools and machines going in and out. They agreed to mulch over about half of it. I understand outside the fence wasn’t in their scope, but that means they should’ve left it as they found it, not destroyed it. They left a mess, and they broke my fence gate worse than it was already broken, and they kept leaving empty water bottles in the backyard. There was also a communication issue I can’t seem to figure out. When they arrived, I told them I had trellises coming in for the Jasmine the next day and their lead said “that’s fine, we’ll put them together”, then the next day when I gave them the trellises, he said “I didn’t know you had trellises. They took us 2.5 hours to assemble” I reminded him that I had told him the day before, and he said “yeah but I didn’t know.” I question how else I was supposed to make sure he knew. Also keep in mind it took me alone 5 minutes to assemble 2 of them, and they had 15 to assemble and 2 people, it really shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes.

At the end of the day, I’m happy with my backyard, and that’s what matters. Paradise was reasonably priced, but I can’t say for sure I’d use them again.

Update 8/27: Jon stopped by to look at the yard a little after I posted, and he ended up bringing his team back. He supervised all the work they did on their return. Not only did he fix my concerns, but he also identified other items that he wasn’t happy with and fixed those as well AND he paid for someone to completely fix my fence gate issue. I couldn’t be happier with his team’s updated work. It’s really obvious that he cares about the quality that his team is delivering and wants to give a good customer experience.

I had an irrigation issue, and found this company from a Facebook group I am part of. It was easy to make an appointment within a few days time and they came out and was able to fix my issues within the hour. The service tech Melody was friendly and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend.

Seriously 10/10 recommend them! Brad came out to quote our job and was super nice and thorough. They were able to install our sprinkler system very quickly and did a great job.

Robert did an awesome repair job and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him and would appreciate his service again in the future.

Paradise Landscaping, from start to finish, has been incredible, but it's really the story about after the project was completed that has made a lasting effect on us. We recently worked with their team for a great French drain system, but soon after we were noticing that some basins had standing water and others had a pile of sand. Walter came out to take a look and he was so kind, walked me through the situation, opened them all up and went above and beyond to fix all our concerns. He took the time to answer all of my questions so that we could help maintain the life of our system into the future.
