Highly recommend Paradise. There are so many landscaping companies out there that it can be difficult to choose, but with these guys you can be confident that the job will get done the right way. After meeting with a couple other companies, we were really impressed with Jordan when he came out for our initial consultation. He listened attentively and his design captured our vision for our yard. After we locked in they were able to exceed the estimated timeline for completion which we were very happy with. When we had questions after the project completed the owner himself, John, got involved and ensured any concerns were immediately addressed. Thanks guys!

We recently purchased a home in Minneola and the front yard needed a lot of work (old shrubs, rotting palm tree stump and poor rock placement). I reached out to the team at Paradise and they were nothing but phenomenal! From Jon coming out multiple times for consultation and to the landscapers: Ben, Tommy, Austin and Rob, they were nothing by but professional timely and well within our budget. They completed the job on time (two days) and kept me looped in all the way. The front yard looks fantastic!!! They removed all of the old shrubs, the stump and replaced the rocks. They installed new shrubs, a tree and put in sod. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out and can’t wait for everything to set. Would definitely rehire them for future landscaping and highly recommend them!

Update after 1 week: Unfortunately the sod that was put down died a few days after laying it down. I contacted Jon at Paradise and he had someone, Melody, out later that day to inspect. Melody recalibrated the sprinkler system and set up an order to replace the sod. The next morning, Kelvin and Team 2 came out with new sod, replaced and double checked the sprinkler system. The new sod is greener and healthier than the old sod and looks fantastic. Really appreciate how communicative Paradise has been and how quickly they followed up to make sure everything was done right!

Technician Brad was sent promptly by Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation to address some watering concerns in my yard. He found two leaks in the bubbler line and changed out two heads to reach some dry patches in the yard that the previous heads were missing due to strength of pressure. Brad was very thorough listening to my concerns and explaining different solutions. He even offered a reasonable maintenance program for quarterly, monthly check ups. The company is A+++++. They offer many ways to pay as well. I appreciate the knowledge and diligence of Brad.

We are far more than only 'satisfied' with the landscaping work that Jonathan and his crew did for us. We started with a simple hand drawn landscape layout of our needs and Paradise wrote a fair estimate/quote which became the agreed to contract for their work. Paradise employees worked extremely hard day after day in all the summer heat to finish the job. In the end, their workmanship was exceptional and Jonathan himself personally reviewed the results. Had originally given 1 star but the owner reached out immediately after my posting to coordinate the resolution of my issues. A different employee came out this time and replaced the bushes and adjusted the irrigation system.
Original Post: The landscaping looked nice when they finished. The problem occurred three months later (when it started getting hot). Several of the bushes started dying and when I tested the sprinkler system the bushes in question were barely getting any water (no sprinkler head near them). Since I spent $1200 on irrigation and all they did was adjust a couple of existing sprinkler heads, I asked them to come out and look. They told me I was out of warranty, and they wouldn’t do anything. I had to pay to install a new sprinkler head and will need to replace at least one of the bushes (hoping the others come back to life).

We were looking to create a backyard space for teens and young adults with unique abilities to have a safe place to play and learn. Jon and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. Their communication and knowledge was very professional. They were a pleasure to work with and had this job completed in a short amount of time. In addition, they helped create a gardening area and a memorial area for a loved one who recently passed.

Paradise was so amazing! From the initial conversation on the phone to the install and education afterwards was great. Everyone is so pleasant, professional, and effective. I 100% recommend for all your landscaping needs.

Jon and his crew were timely, responsive and hardworking. They always cleaned up the job site before departing. They offered suggestions and came up with creative solutions when unexpected issues arose. We will use them for future projects.

The only reason it’s one star is so this review could be posted. My experience has been totally unsatisfactory. I spent $6,500 with your company to replace the sod in my yard in April. Four months later it is all but dead. I applied starter fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide and fungicide as recommended by your lead man on the job. I also watered every day for a solid month.

I have needed irrigation maintenance for the 35 years I have owned my home. There have been many "experts" that serviced my system. One old timer, long ago, was good , but then the rest were rude, incompetent, unreliable or had on time issues. Until now!
Paradise is a step above. Every aspect of their service was excellent. From diagnosis, to repair, to checkout and adjustment they are top notch. Robert, really knows his systems from controllers to valves and can locate long lost buried lines. Excellent service guy and easy to talk to. I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend Paradise and Robert!

The previous sellers planted extensive bamboo around the perimeter of our backyard that was a huge headache to us and the neighbors. Paradise landscaping removed the bamboo and roots with accuracy and with no damage done to our turf, pavers, and pool pump. If you know bamboo, this was a really difficult job and the entire team remained professional and finished the project within a timely manner. We will be using this company again to put the final (hopefully much easier!) landscaping touches to our backyard in the future.

Paradise Landscaping & Irrigation transformed our yard yesterday and did such a great job. From their design to their phenomenal customer service and amazing, friendly crew, we had an awesome experience and will be using them in the future.

All five of my irrigation zones stopped working after termite traps were instinct the perimeter of my house. I contacted Paradise for help and Brad was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem with two cut wires and two damaged pipes. Brad was great with explaining the process of troubleshooting the problem and finding the points of failure. Great job!

I have called John twice in the past for work on my yard and my irrigation system. Always shows up when promised and always communicates thoroughly. I called for the third time and had a project recently completed. this time it was to prep an area for a stock tank pool, relocate a shrub, remove two small trees, put landscape fabric and rock in, mulch and finally pine straw. The results were everything I expected and more.
Paradise landscaping and irrigation is the only company I will call for future services and is the only company I will recommend to others. I have on many occasions and will continue to in the future.

We did a complete redo of our property, sod, plants and rock. They were efficient and professional. They Cleaned up every night and worked with some changes we had along the way with no problem
