WOW one of the best service companies I have done business with in a long time. Professionalism is off the chart. Automated quote and entire email/text automation including payments was such a breeze and easy to do. I had one large landscape/yard/sprinkler redo project at one house and then one very small project at another house so I meet two different work crews. Both/all crews were fantastic, friendly and hard working. Pricing is the not the cheapest but not the most expensive and very reasonable for the design/quality and amount of work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and support. We had an emergency irrigation leak and they were quickly able to get to the home, diagnose the issue and get to work. They are always professional and take time to explain the work.

Great experience with company. Jon came to give us a quote and offered a visual more than we imagined. The crew came to begin and they were all very kind And worked hard to get the job done in the amount of time quoted. After work came out even better than the pictures. Even after some issues with a few of the plants not thriving as expected, Jon and his team were quick to help replace. They were easy to reach out to and were even quicker to respond. We had Melody as our point contact to help us out with irrigation and she is very knowledgeable. She was able to pinpoint our problems and fix them. She showed us what the issue was so we could visually see what was happening. Great experience And customer service all around with the landscaping and irrigation team

Dean has not been ethical and we have paid over $800 to him for lawn service including a clean up service of $500 and 2 months of service where the work we hired them for is yet to be completed since June. Since July we have been trying to get in contact with him to address the issues we were having with the service. We understand he had some family matters and tried to give some grace, but it’s now been 3 months with no refund or completed work and now a a merger with Paradise Landscaping. We have been in contact with Paradise to try to get in contact with Dean who is now a manager for them with no luck. Upon calling the direct number for Dean got the call answered to then him pretending to not hear me once stating who I was and hanging up on me.

We advise not go with his services as the communication and resolution to any issues you may have will not be addressed.

I was skeptical that any company could truly have 4.9 stars on google without a bot but now I’m a believer!
From the first call, everyone at Paradise was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jon listened to our wants and needs and was extremely helpful in recommending the right plants and was so patient to work through multiple iterations of our quotes. He was responsive for any and all questions throughout the project.
Jose and his crew were amazing! We cannot say enough good things about Jose’s dedication and work ethic. He kept us informed about every step in the process. When the tree they were removing had its roots entwined with our water line and the main tap for our neighbors cable, he meticulously extracted the cables so that they didn’t have to wait for a maintenance tech and the team replaced our water line so quickly! Wherever they worked for the day, the site was cleaned up and spotless before they left. We love our new landscaping and our pavers! You definitely get what you pay for with Paradise! We would use them again if we ever have a need.

Paradise Landscaping damaged our property during a project for our neighbors. Their crew moved machinery between our homes and tore up our new sod. No one alerted us before the work began. We learned about the issue only after our neighbors told us on the first day of the project.

We were told the job would take three to five days. It is now far past that timeline. The turf installation is still unfinished. Our damaged sod is still not repaired and we are a few days away from Thanksgiving with guests arriving. No one from the company reached out with an apology or an update.

We had to contact a supervisor on our own. We were told the damage will be fixed, but we have not seen progress or accountability. I expected more from a company with so many five star ratings. The lack of communication and care for property next to their job site shows poor service. The owner, Jon, who brags about their 5-star rating, has not even come to the worksite to check on the work.

John is the consummate professional. He is tremendously knowledgeable, thorough, and treated every step of our decision making and installation as if it were his own home. We used Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation to cut and cap sprinklers, move trees, and remove landscaping pre-pool and then install sod, trees, plants, rock and landscape lighting afterward. His whole team were a pleasure, thorough and professional. Despite several delays from our pool contractor, John remained positive and flexible on installation. His software program for quotes and payment made the process very easy as well. I would give you 100 stars if I could! Thank you for everything!!!

I had an unknown leak in my irrigation system that was leaking at a rate of 4 gals/hr based on information from my HOA. I called Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation. They sent out their technician Robert who went above and beyond to not just find and fix the leak, but he readjusted all of my sprinkler heads to ensure proper lawn coverage. I can't thank Robert and Paradise enough for the prompt and professional attention to our irrigation system.

Dean and his crew have been maintaining my property nicely over the past few months. When an irrigation system issue cropped up, he was quick to respond. Dean is accommodating and flexible whenever my needs change. Billing is mechanized and easy. Thanks for all you do.

Great service. The team (Walter, Ben, Lorana, Maximo, Manual) worked well together and ensured everything was set per landscape design. I watched even as they moved plants meticulously to ensure there was balance. Then Walter had recommendations of what they could do around HVAC other than original design. After him spending time fixing varying arrangements for us to see, we preferred one of his ideas over design. It’s been a month since planting and everything is doing well.

We are so grateful that Paradise Landscaping took on the extremely challenging project that was our yard! The prior homeowner had not cared for the yard in some years, and it essentially required a complete and total redesign from scratch. Robert, Brad, Walter, T, and the rest of the team were great and made sure that every last detail was attended to. Highly recommend this team!

From the start when Robert came out to give us the estimate, we knew we were in good hands with this company. Robert took his time listening to what we wanted.

On the day of installation, Jonathan and the crew worked hard to ensure that every detail was perfect. They prepped the area thoroughly, laid the sod with precision, made sure everything was level and seamless. Not only did they complete the job on time, but they also cleaned up beautifully, leaving our yard looking fresh. Robert also came that day to check in which we really appreciated.

What an unbelievable experience. From start to finish, Paradise Landscaping exceeded my expectations and delivered an incredible redesign for our front landscaping.

We reached out to Paradise Landscaping to replace our overgrown front landscaping in hopes of boosting the curb appeal of our home. They responded almost immediately and got us booked with Jordan, who stopped by our home to collect some photos and learn what our goals were for the project. After sharing some very vague details, Jordan was able to put together a design that met all of our expectations in under a week. We had a few additional requests that he accommodated in his drawings and even gave us some options based on how much more we wanted to spend.

After submitting the deposit, scheduling was seamless. The crew that came to do the removal and installation, led by Jose, were so easy to work with (and extremely efficient!). They checked in with us every day and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with the final product. I wish I had more jobs for them because it was a delight to have them here. Melody from the irrigation team was so friendly and was able to provide me more information about their irrigation maintenance plans before she even left.

We built a house in 2023 and thought it was time to touch up our landscaping. We had some settling issues, a few trees and some irrigation issues as we just had gutters put on the house. Paradise provided us insight and a quote and the final work was within a few hundred dollars. The team, Brad, T and the other workers were prompt, efficient and left our home better than when they arrived. We will have them do additional work when necessary. Can’t recommend them enough.
