I had been needing to remove a couple of very old podocarpus hedges from my property, but the tree service I had used in the past was backed for months. I ran into Andrew in a store and saw his business on his shirt. We set up an appointment for the next day for an estimate, and then scheduled the work for the following week.

I was prepared to pay for the cutting and removal, but I thought the stump grinding would be outside my budget. Andrew's estimate included the stump grinding, and the price was more than reasonable.

He and his team (three total) arrived on time and got to work right away. He had told me it might take more than one day, but they got everything wrapped up before dark on the same day. He even squeezed in a couple of palms that needed tuning up. These guys worked steady all day long.

All in all this was great experience. Prompt, courteous, and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

These guys are the real deal! Andrew and his guys were very great! We needed a couple of trees trimmed in our backyard. Not only were they punctual, they were professional and very thorough, and as a great bonus they cleaned up everything! I am 100% satisfied! I would totally hire them again and recommend them to anyone! And the price was super fair. You just don't see this kind of service anymore. Kudos to you guys! I am thoroughly impressed.

Once the quote was agreed upon, a contractor arrived on the agreed upon date and time and discussed with me what we are wanting to accomplish. He then went straight to work and when finished he explained what he did and why he avoided doing certain cuts. The branches were nearly touching the lawn below, this work was done a few months ago.

Sean and Drew did an amazing Job on our lot. We had over 25 trees that needed to be cut down and hauled away and GreenPro was able to do it in 2 days. Easy guys to work for and fair, honest pricing!!

I signed a contract with Green Pro Arborist to remove one Oak tree in my front yard and grind the stump. The contract stated: “Grind 1 large oak tree stump down 6 to 8 inches below grade, rake grindings level and leave on site.” Andrew’s grinder was “in the shop” the day his crew removed the tree and he said he would be back the following week to grind the stump. I paid him in full, in good faith, for the job even though it wasn’t complete. The following week he returned, ground the stump down, and left an approximately 3-feet high by 7-feet long mound of grindings on the lawn between the sidewalk and the street. When I questioned him, he responded: “yea that was a ton of grinding you had there….” and the only help he offered to me was to charge me more than the stump grinding cost originally to come and remove the mound of grindings. In my opinion, Green Pro Arborist did not fulfill their contract, the stump grindings were NOT raked level, I was left with a mountain of grindings on my lawn and had to make other arrangements to remove it.

UPDATE: In addition to the above-mentioned dispute, the sprinkler head located near the tree stump was also ground and left in the pile of grindings. To make matters worse, I was not informed, I had to find it myself.
Finally, despite the owner's comments, he did not fulfill the contract by raking the grindings level.

We are thrilled with the results of having Green Pro Arborist remove the trees from our front yard. They were pleasant and friendly. They got the job done in a timely and safe manner. The yard and driveway and streeti are SO CLEAN!! No more trees falling on our cars! Pricing was reasonable.

Andrew and his team arrived on time, and worked quickly and safely on my trees. End result came out great. Appreciate being able to discuss a few tree questions about tree care as the team got organized for the morning. Great job, thanks!

A week ago a large branch of one of our oak trees broke off. Andrew came within a few hours of contacting him to give us an estimate and a date to take the tree down was scheduled after we were given a couple of options to take. They arrived yesterday, when scheduled, worked diligently all day and definitely knew what they were doing. They brought their chipping machine for the branches and a trailer to haul the larger limbs. They worked methodically and did not leave until the job was completed. They cleared up as they went along and did not leave a mess and all were polite and friendly. We decided not to grind the stump, just had it cut down real low as we have other plans for it. We would highly recommend this company for any of your tree work and will definitely be using them again as necessary. Great job Green Pro!!!

South Lake qouted my job fairly, notified me when they could come and came at the time they promised. They did a thorough job and left the property so you couldn't tell they had been there. Excellent service.

South Lake’s crew showed up on time and proceeded to discuss the trimming to be done. When the discussion was over they set up and immediately began to trim the trees and completely cleaned up.

Tony and his team did a fantastic job of taking out and grinding down two Crepe Myrtle bushes near the house. Also taking out bushes near our mailbox. Lastly they cleaned up an oak tree and our neighbors oak tree from hurricane Milton. Everything was chipped and clean up so both properties look great. Will definitely recommend Tony and his team at South Lake tree service in the future!

Storm damage to a number of trees. The crew, came, after Tony surveyed and gave us estimate, and completed job as estimated. They were outstanding in completing work and cleaned up area. You would never have known that they were there except that all damaged areas were taken care of.
They are the best.

Tony and his awesome crew continue to amaze me with their work ethic, attention to details and just happy, courteous workers! I have used them for several years now for my two huge oaks in front and back. He keeps the same guys, they seem to enjoy their work no matter the weather or how hard the job. Jose' was on a lift a couple years ago and swung over to my 2nd story window to comment on a drawing I was doing all while cutting and trimming. Just great people!

Amazing company with high quality work! I really enjoyed to work with Tony and his team. They did an amazing work removing 2 dead trees from my backyard. My son was suffering with allergy reactions from those weeds growing on these threes and they removed and grinded everything not leaving a single branch behind.
