This is our first time, but now not our last time having Mean to Clean at our home. We had a post remodel construction cleaning. The house was filthy from drywall and tile dust. EVERYTHING had a layer of dust on it. They sent over a young husband and wife team. They work really well together and did an unbelievable job. The two of them were able to clean the entire house, top to bottom in under 4.5 hours. I am simply delighted with their quality. We have already signed up for bi-weekly cleaning.

UPDATE: I had mentioned in my original post, we had the same couple back for a second standard cleaning. And once again, they did an incredible job. They showed up on time, the wife had an expression to say that they were excited to be at our home. I gave them some specialized instructions and they followed them exactly. I am so pleased with Mean To Clean and the crew that they sent. Looking forward to having them back in two weeks!

UPDATE: The consistency of quality is wonderful. Same couple came back. Very happy and fully intend to remain with Mean to Clean.

For some unknown reason, we stopped using Mean to Clean for a couple of years. Tried others, and tried to do it ourselves. I am so glad that we decided to call them again. Today, we had the incredible team of Nubia and Alice. These ladies worked their behinds off. The house was in worse shape than I had wanted to admit. Yet Nubia and Alice kept a warm and friendly smile on their face as they cleaned. Personally, they exceeded my expectations. I can easily say that you should give Mean to Clean a call... you won't regret it.

Just got home from vacation. Mean to Clean came in while we were gone. It was so refreshing to come home to a really clean house. They really do mean to clean your home. You can't go wrong.

Our company used Mean to Clean for a final clean on a construction project we were finishing up. Mean to Clean provided the most thorough communication as to what would need to be done sending documentation immediately following each conversation. This crew showed up to work and did not stop until the job was done. The owner just happened to be on site while the 9-man crew was in full work mode and was very impressed at the professionalism and speed by which this team worked. We will look to use Mean to Clean when we are working in the Florida area and would highly recommend them.

They did an awesome job cleaning my house, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough—from baseboards to ceiling fans, everything sparkled. They made my house look brand new!!

After searching for post-remodel cleaning services in the Winter Garden area, I came across many great reviews for the team at Mean To Clean and decided to reach out. My voicemail was very promptly returned and Leti provided a quote for a post remodel cleaning and upon hearing about my desire to have grout cleaning done she encouraged me to schedule that right away due to availability. I’m happy to report that Leti and her husband Rudy did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the dust and grime left behind on our porcelain tile floors. I look forward to having their team back in a week for a whole house cleaning to put the finishing touches on our remodeled home before moving in. Local, family-owned, prompt, reasonably priced, and great attention to detail. What more could you ask for?

We have tried multiple cleaning companies in the past and Mean to Clean is by far the most exceptional. We have been using their services for 3 months now, and they provide biweekly cleanings that are consistently outstanding. Both Alex and Elidiane's crew are remarkable, and we highly recommend them.

I recently hired Mean to Clean for some house cleaning and I had a few poor experiences which I feel others need to be aware of before hiring this company.

Like most cleaning companies, the first house clean is more expensive and should be a more thorough cleaning. With Mean to Clean, the first house cleaning is more like a standard clean. There were a few missed areas, which I notified the owner and she said she would make it right. I wasn’t sure what that meant but the next day the cleaning crew showed up mid-day with no advance notice. Since it was still a new crew, I hadn’t set up entrance details yet and they weren’t able to get in. As much as I wanted to, I wasn’t able to leave work in the middle of the day to go home and let them inside the house. It was very poor communication.

They also store payment information in advance and find ways to charge you additional fees without asking. There were toys under my child’s bed and they charged me an additional $50 to clean it out. It wasnt worth $50 but I was more upset they didn’t ask if I even wanted to add that for another $50- they just did it and text me later. I also requested a refrigerator clean out (paid $50) and it was barely clean. If you try Mean to Clean, please specify (in writing) that you do not want any services/ charges added, without your permission.

The second cleaning was average. The cleaners were pleasant but spoke very little English so it was difficult to discuss things with them. Again, if you have something specific or details about your house, put it in a text so they can translate.

On the last cleaning, I had to cancel and was charged anyway. Apparently they require you to cancel 48 hours in advance or they still charge you for a full cleaning. Since emergencies and illnesses occur without 48 hours notice- it’s not always possible to give that much advance notice. That is a risk with using Mean to Clean and definitely something to be aware of before hiring them.

Initial deep clean did not go well but they made it right. Came back and the 2nd crew did an excellent job. Barbara was top notch. 👌

Edna and Marcio did a fabulous job! The best ever! They even cleaned my ceiling fan and my kitchen garbage can!

We had Renada and Cassian come for our deep cleaning and they were both very friendly and very thorough! Our house has never looked so good. Our whole experience was pleasant and we are looking forward to future services!
