Mean to Clean sent two wonderful people who got right to work! They were super friendly and very talented. Got the place sparkling in a great timeframe. Would highly recommend!

Mean To Clean came in and did a great job. They made the house spotless and we had a post construction situation so we needed somebody to clean it really well!

Overall the team did a good job. Communication was easy and promptness of service was great. The vinyl floors looked great and the oven was awesome! However, there was still thick dog hair on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and several of the curtain rods did not get wiped off.

Nelvis did a great job at our new office today. Mean To Clean has far exceeded my expectations in their customer service and cleaning. We got a move in cleaning and they are going to shampoo the carpets for us tomorrow. I plan on continuing with their service moving forward for standard monthly cleanings.

The 3 cleaners that came to my home (I apologize for not knowing their names) were FABULOUS!! I would like to authorize a $25 tip to each of them for a total of $75. Please consider this as authorization to charge the additional tip fee. Thanks so much for your help! Jo Randel.

I’ve been using Mean to Clean for several months, and they never disappoint. The team is always punctual, polite, and detail-oriented — my house has never looked better! They go above and beyond every time, and their communication is fantastic. I highly recommend Mean to Clean to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services. You can really tell they care about their customers.

Fantastic cleaning job! Unfortunately didn’t take before photos but this house was disgusting before. Looks immaculate and they got this 90s home as clean as they possibly could. 10/10 we will use them again for our next deep clean.

Absolutely thrilled with quality of the work. (Deep clean 3 bathrooms) However they gave me a window of 2-3 pm and showed up at 335pm - I was supposed to leave to pick my son up at 505 but they weren’t done until 525. I mentioned this when I booked the appt and they said no problem.

They also charged me in full while the work was still being completed which is unheard of. I did put down a deposit to hold the time(not really lol) and the rest is usually paid upon completion.
Luckily they did a great job but communication from HQ and customer service could be much better. Will recommend but keep in mind time slots are very fluid.

Wasn’t offered anything for being very late.

Taylor and Gabi did a wonderful job cleaning once they were here though. This should not reflect poorly on the cleaning service itself, just the time and communication and lack of apology/price break.
