We purchased a home that had been vacant for a few months and needed a thorough deep cleaning before move-in. The team did a fantastic job tailoring the service to our specific needs so we could get the best value, without cutting corners. They took their time and were extremely detailed in their work. We also had other contractors in and out during the process, and they were flexible and professional, working around everyone without any issues. Highly recommend!

Stephanie from MaidPro was thorough, friendly, and professional. She did an awesome job, our place was sparkling clean and it was a pleasure speaking with her. We don’t use maid services regularly, but it was a really positive experience that had made us rethink that. Our apartment is clean in places we don’t even normally check - we keep the place pretty clean as it is, but it’s still cool to walk around and have things look like the day we moved in. I was diagnosed with cancer and a friend had told me about an organization that offers free house cleanings to patients with cancer. My husband signed us up for it and honestly we didn’t have any expectations but were happy with whatever we got given everything going on. We were matched with MaidPro as our service provider and Joan came THE NEXT MORNING to clean our home. We were given 2 hours. Since it was such short notice we told them we wouldn’t be home and have 2 big dogs. They reassured us all of their cleaners are trained to deal with dogs! We were a little nervous since we had never had Cleaning services come when we weren’t home but we do have cameras in the house so we agreed. Joan was so fantastic! When Joan got to our house she texted us pictures of her with our dogs! When we got home everything was so clean and tidy. There was even origami on all our toilet paper rolls! Lol the service they agree to to help those with cancer, the reassurance they gave about our pups and the excellent job they did was beyond!

The professional cleaning services of MaidPro is top notch! Always a pleasure coming home after their cleaning. The house smells great and everything looks picture perfect. My MaidPro team members Dolly and Mercedes are great. They effectively clean all the main areas, the kids rooms and the cats have made a few new friends! 🐾

Honestly, now I feel like she cleans my house better than I do! :) You can see that she takes a lot of ownership and pride in her work. Her excellent service has not only reduced stress in our lives, but allows us to spend more time together as a family.

When I first started with the service there were a few instances where I felt that more attention needed to be paid in certain areas and MaidPro promptly corrected the issue and ensured notations were made so that it wasn't an issue again. I'm impressed and thrilled with their customer service.
