Ketondra was so polite and courteous. She concentrated on everything that needed to be done based on my request and made sure everything was working. I really appreciate Ketondra and del air. We will be sticking with del air based on the great service provided today.

Ketondra was GREAT!!! she was the best technician we have ever had. She knew what she was doing and was very kind. You should have more techs like her or have her train other employees and your company would be so much better for it.

We had Parker in today for the first service of our AC system. We just bought the house so know nothing about how the system works.
Parker took the time to review everything and show me the things to check, when and how.
Very satisfied with the contract we have and with Parker's professionalism.

First time customer here, well never got to be a first time customer, since they were no show no call for my appointment. Took off from work, moved all my child care needs around to accommodate they only appointment.. One hour after the window had closed, did I finally contact them. I was told that emergency calls came in.And they prioritized those customers over me. In other words, they took the higher money calls. When I told them how inappropriate their customer service was, and they should have called, they scheduled me for an appointment eight weeks out without my consent. When I stated absolutely not, I don't want to work with you anymore.Still no apology, just a reply of canceled. Great way to get new business.

JP was fantastic and diagnosed our issue. Not only quickly, but accurately! Del-Air is way better than others around…especially with JP

Joe was prompt, polite and professional. I had no heat and he got the unit up and running after just a few minutes! Very happy with Del-Air in general. However Joe was exceptional. Thank you Joe!

2nd visit with JP today... He was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to address all of my needs - I will definitely request him in the future!

Needed an AC service call and was very fortunate that the tech was Ketondra! She was super efficient, knowledgeable and highly courteous too. Ketondra worked fast, arrived on time (early even), and really knew how to fix our problem. She greatly enhances the reputation of Del Air. I will definitely ask for her again. Also, kudos to Jose as well.

One would think that this company could handle installation of a new air conditioner and maintaining any warranty issues. I don't have that experience with del.Air. My experience is that we have to call them out to my house every two weeks. On a brand new air conditioning system in a brand new house. Our ac keeps going into Safe mode And will not turn on. They have been out to my house now in the last three months, six times. They have yet to fix the problem....

I contacted Del-Air after another HVAC company was unable to meet my satisfaction. I made an appointment with Del-Air and told them the part that was needed and told them not to show up without it.

A technician came and did not have the part and then had the nerve to charge me for his time to pick up the $29 dollar part. Since we were desperate, we paid the ransom to get our heat back on during a bad cold spell. The repair took all of 5 minutes once the part was obtained.

After the job was done - I was presented with yet another bill for the service call.

Shame on you Del-Air for gouging a retired couple on a fixed income.

Jose Soto was awesome. He repaired my HVAC units. He taught me how to care for the units to prolong the life. All techs should follow Jose's example

Ketondra communicated well and was here within the scheduled timeframe. She was pleasant and explained everything that needed to be done clearly. Considering she had to service three units, she was very efficient and was done within two hours.

I had Jose Soto from Del-Air come out and he provided exceptional service which I was very impressed. Jose Soto was punctual, very professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the services to be performed and got to work with efficiency and precision.

What truly stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for making sure everything was done right and I as the home receive important information about my unit and care of my unit. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and truly values his customers. I especially appreciated the tips he provided.

Ketondra was an excellent technician!! very professional and did a great job. She informing me of what she was doing as she was in the process, checked and double check things for me. Make sure the leaves were all clean and the system was functioning perfectly. Glad she's my new technician.

Dante Williams did an exemplary service on my HVAC today. Inside and outside - and went up into the attic to check all the ducts and even the inside of the ducts. Photos were shown. Dante also replaced the electronic filter and ordered new filters for my next maintenance visits. That's why I gave him a 5 Star review!
