Sometimes having people come in your house to repair/replace things is not very pleasant. Sometimes they can make you feel dumb because you don’t have enough knowledge on what they are doing and even price gauge you. This is not the case with Customers 1st Electric. You can completely trust Will. He will tell it honestly and you can completely count on him. We had an issue with our electrical panel and he walked through all of the various options and was very forthcoming. Clearly, takes great pride in his work and said he’d honor any issues that came up and work towards an alternate plan if we needed. I can’t think of a single thing he could improve on. Perfection across the board! And the man is a veteran!

My A/C Tech told me the reason my A/C circuit breaker was tripping was because it was bad. I had Will the owner of Customer 1st Electric, Will, change it out. Will told me he did not think it was necessary and it was probably the A/C Unit. I had him do it any way because I thought my A/C guy was good.When it still was tripping, A/C guy says it was an electrical wiring issue. I called Will, he disagreed with The A/C Tech. I changed out the A/C Unit and the A/C company and Tech, and no more problems. Will was right. By far the best and most ethical guy in the Electrical Business. I will not hesitate to use him in the future.
