I contacted Will about a panel replacement, an EV charger, and a generator interlock kit. We discussed many options and finally decided to go with one that was a bit of an upgrade but not the most expensive option. I was very careful in selecting an electrical contractor because quality and detail were very important to me. Not only was Will's work excellent (even the city inspector commented on the high quality of the work), he was easy to work with, very fair in his pricing, and I found it to be a very educational experience. I was very involved in the process and he worked to ensure that I was kept informed about where he was in the process. He explained everything. He took care of permitting as well, which was important to me to get done right. He was very fair with his payment process, not asking for final payment until the work passed inspection and I was completely satisfied. Now I have a new electrical panel that I couldn't be happier with and that looks great. These days in Florida, I find it very difficult to find contractors like Will, with the work ethic, patience, knowledge, and willingness to work with the customer to make sure they get exactly what they want. I have already recommended Will to two of my neighbors for their electrical projects. To sum it up, Will is knowledgable, personable, fair in his pricing (he doesn't nickel and dime) punctual, and professional. I had no worries about him following up and throughout the job never had to call him to get status - he was always proactive with keeping me informed. In my opinion, he is a huge asset to the profession of Electrical Contractors. I will be using him again for future projects.

What makes Will outstanding is his breadth of knowledge about electrical work and his ability to explain it simply. Beyond this his workmanship as well as timeliness in response and execution is top notch. Finally, he is extremely fair, trying to find ways to ensure that the work completed is necessary for the job. Truly the type of electrician, indeed contractor in general, you hope for when searching for help on Google. If you call Will, you will almost certainly be happy.

Great experience with Customer 1st Electric. Came in to wire up an outlet for an additional air conditioner we were having installed - ran into a few hiccups and was able to fix them all. Took the time to explain what was going on. Will, or service rep, was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call again for electrical help.

I had a great experience! I’d been struggling to find someone to switch out all the fluorescent lights in my store to LEDs. Some companies gave me crazy quotes, others ghosted me, and a few said my job was too small for them. A friend recommended Customer 1st Electric, and I’m so glad they did.

The owner showed up, gave me a fair price, and asked if I could wait two weeks while he ordered the bulbs. Sure enough, two weeks later, he was back with everything needed and swapped out over 50 light tubes quickly and professionally. Great service, honest pricing—couldn’t ask for more! I called Customer 1st to get a quote for replacing my 2 electric panels (35+ year old Federal Pacific models). I try to use local small businesses whenever possible. The owner, Will, came by to size the job. He looked things over and clearly explained what would be required to meet the updated electrical codes as well as pointing out potential issues that could be flagged by a city inspector. He quoted me a fair price based on other quotes I had received and I signed a contract that same day. He was very communicative through the process and handled all the permitting processes. When it came time to do the job, he was prompt, thorough, and highly professional. The work easily passed inspection. I will definitely call him again the next time I need an electrician.

Will at customer 1st electric is fantastic. I've had him for two jobs so far, one on my pool electric and then most recently for overhead lights install in my house. Prompt service, and excellent work. He even helped me with an A/C clog while he was here. Will be using again for any electric work that I need.

Will replaced both electrical panels, inside and out, at my house. The new panels were installed over a 2 day period and It is very obvious that he takes great pride in his work. The new panels look great and Will cleaned up the workspace and even patched the drywall where needed. If you need an electrician you will not find a better one than Will. I could not be happier with his work and the price he charged was very fair.

I first worked with Will on an emergency install of a new breaker box after the one originally installed in our new house went up in flames. Will adjusted his schedule so he could help us in our emergency and had us up and running within a day. His electrical work compared to the original install was also night and day. It looked like a work of art.

My latest project of a chandelier install went just as well. Will was able to move our electrical box over and nailed the hanging of the chandelier on the first go, and on an angled ceiling to boot! He did a great job prepping the space and covering our furniture and had that light up faster than I ever would.

My recommendation is to put Customer 1st Electrical on speed dial for any project you have. Their work is top notch every time and I’m always happy to refer them to a friend! I will be working with them again!

I highly recommend Will’s services. He is an honest and kind electrician who isn’t looking to scam consumers like many of the bigger electrical companies in the area. Was searching for an electrician in the area and found a local here in Coral Springs. To my surprise, It was a fellow Marine. Not only do I support local businesses but also a veteran! Will brought so much knowledge and expertise with him when he replaced my exterior light fixtures that I know I will hire him for future projects. Michael and his team replaced our interior and exterior panels (installed in 1971), and installed a new line and subpanel for our AC units. I have used Michael and AMEG twice for upgrading out door lighting systems using a web. App Leviton for control. After Michael setup the first part of the system, I ran it for three months and asked him to set up two additional systems. I felt a little overconfident when the new systems were installed and felt I could easily handle the app setup. But I was wrong, and needed Michaels assistance.
He came out and walked me thru both installs. The system is working real well!
What I liked is the follow up that he provided. No complaints, came right out!
Today it’s hard to find a good contractor that shows up, but one that comes out again and explains the install. Well thank you Michael. You have a loyal customer for any other electrical work.

Michael replaced a double light switch in the master bathroom. He is very professional, responded to my call immediately and was even able to come out the same day to do the repair. I will definitely be calling him again to do more work.

Mike and AMEG Services are the best. That really says it all. I have had them at our home four times for different services. Always timely, professional and reasonable. What else could you ask for? How about integrity?

We called Mike when one light out of some 30 separate connection installs were done but that single unit didnt work. It was a bad piece and Mike's team came back, replaced it at no charge and thanked us for the business.

There is no one else I would use.

Michael came just to repair an outlet but actually discovered a potentially catastrophic flaw with my circuit breaker that could cause it to explode but required an inexpensive fix. Thank goodness I hired AMEG, protecting my family and property from a potential disaster! The only service I’ll ever use!

I work property mgmt. and it is rare I find good professional, honest and reasonably priced vendors. I called AMEG and Michael the electrician that answered my call was on his way to two other jobs but went out of is way, above and beyond to get our client's a/c units up and running due to being connected to a generator module that was not working! He was able to disconnect the module so the 2 a/c units could work independently until a new module can be installed. He also observed some faulty items that needed to be replaced and the price was right!!!!! 👍 I definitely recommend AMEG for electrical services!
