Will was professional, ON TIME, reliable, a super nice guy, and the pricing was SO MUCH BETTER. He did not try to upsell. He cleaned up nicely. The quality of his work was PERFECT. I got estimates for 3 different places (1 even came out), and ended up deciding on Customer 1st on a friend's recommendation, and I am SO GLAD!! I had already checked on my own to be sure that he was licensed, insured, and bonded. It's such a relief to have an AWESOME electrician.

My husband and I have used Will and Customer First Electric numerous times to install inside and outside fans, outside security lighting, outside lighting, security camera installation and other electrical repair. Will is one of the most responsive, professional and trustworthy contractors, if not the most, I have ever used in South Florida. When he says customer first he means it. A phenomenal, knowledgeable electrician who cuts no corners and we have always been pleased with his work.

A good friend recommended Will and I was so glad we used him. We scheduled a time and he was punctual, texting me when he was a few minutes away. He was thorough and although he had to cut some drywall, he put down protection sheets and was careful to sweep away all the dust when he was finished. He went above and beyond what I expected and the best thing of all is that the final bill was less than his original estimate because the plug relocation was not as complicated as he originally thought. We will definitely use him for all our future electrical needs.

I have worked with Will at Customer 1st Electric since 2015 on all types of electrical repairs and projects - from replacing GFCIs and recessed lighting to installing a new main breaker panel and running power to a relocated pool pump and heater. Best service and highly recommended for all electronically services. My need was a Tesla home charger replacement and fuse box update . He was very informative and worked immediately on the issue. Also follow up was the key to this review. Will was there updating and following up to make it a great experience. Choose them next time and I already referred this company on my real estate commitment to others.
