We had 2 new four ton Trane units installed recently and we are extremely happy with the results. The team showed up on time, performed a complicated install including rebuilding a plywood stand in the garage. They also installed Trane wifi thermostats. We did not have the easiest installation and the guys remained dedicated and professional throughout. We have used other a/c companies in the past and have never been this happy with results. Recommend them without hesitation.

Used them a few years ago. Owner seemed like a nice guy before the sale, friendly and knowledgeable. This review is being written now as I saw their listing while shopping for 4 new units for a different site.

They scratched my railing carrying the unit upstairs, burned my carpet while soldering something on the unit (had to pay a company $200 to cut and sew in a new piece!!) and despite my request did not leave my old and preferred wall thermostat in place and actually threw it out. The unit started having problems within 10 months.

Once he had my money the owner was not helpful at all and very unprofessional. From reading some of the other online reviews it seems not much has changed.

Had an emergency, they responded quickly and fix the problem in no time, Rodger was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend.

I own and operate a mitigation contracting firm. We have been using and referring A/C Technologies for years! Heather and her staff are amazing and they always meet their obligations. The service provided by their technicians are terrific ... always on time and professional. Their prices are fair and you can actually trust what they have to say. The South Florida area can use more companies like A/C Technologies.

Great company to work with. They have installed full systems in 2 of my homes. Needed service and they were responsive and honored the warranty without me sayiasking. Fixed and all good

Horrible, terrible company to deal with. Please beware and check all reviews, which I did not! Heather, who I’m told is the owner, lies with no remorse.. On Routine maintenance check I was told my new unit they installed 2-1/2 yrs ago needed to have the a/c ducts replaced due to mold at a cost of $3,200. The next day they sent a parts guy to do a parts list and he checked and told me that it wasn’t mold, only dust, and wiped it away with his fingers. I got a second opinion from another company who confirmed my air ducts were fine. Heather lied and said she’d refund the $1,000 deposit they took immediately. After calling for three weeks and asking for verification that they processed my refund, she never once called back or sent any verification. How can you trust a company like that? Maybe they’re going downhill and trying to drum up business by scaring people into getting unnecessary work done. Terrible business practices.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Again more lies from this company. Twice I requested proof of their submitting a refund which I never received so I had to go through my credit card company to cancel the payment. Also your tech was told I already had the a/c ducts replaced less than 20 years ago so they are not original to the house.

My air conditioning had stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday. I called and requested service, and even though it was a weekend, within an hour and a half Rodger was at my house and it was fixed! He was very friendly and professional. He explained what went wrong, and did the repair quickly. I will definitely be using this company for any future AC issues!

I needed my A/C checked and got a recommendation from a friend for AC Technologies a few weeks ago. Matt, the owner came right out. He charged my unit with the gas it needed, but shortly after it leaked. He came back out and advised that I needed a new unit and a new breaker. He did all he could to help me with what I had, but ultimately, it needed replacement. I received a fair price for everything. All the techs that came out to install the new air handler and then the compressor and breaker were diligent and professional. I highly recommend AC Technologies Heat & Air Conditioning.

Proceed with caution.
It took over a year from final install to close my permit correctly. The city inform me numerous times that it was an issue with the company, nothing I could solve myself. Regularly sent emails went unanswered for months. When I would call the person who I needed to speak to was somehow never there, and they never returned my calls. Even telling them I was going to hire another company to close my permit and then take them to small claims court did not work. I finally went in person to their office. Of course the person I needed to speak to wasn’t there. So I told them I would stop by again. Then they finally started the process to close my permit correctly. There were other issues, but I think taking over a year, by no fault of my own, to close a permit correctly is inexcusable.
This company was recommended to me by a close friend. I would not recommend this company anymore to anyone I know.
Sidenote. I know 2021/2022 was a hard time for everyone. But I don’t think that means you just don’t finish a job that was fully paid for.

My A/C tech was Allen one of the best very detailed in this work he explained the problem from A-Z I would like to recommend him to anyone who needed their A/C service.

I had a fantastic experience with FrostMasters Pompano Beach. Our air conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year, and we needed a quick fix. They were incredibly responsive and had someone at our house within a couple of hours. The repair was done efficiently, and the technician was very knowledgeable. I had art plumbing install my new electric water heater and I have to say, Mr. Frank did an absolute phenomenal job!! Not only was he knowledgeable about the product and how to install it, he was also very pleasant to talk with and was fair at pricing everything! I plan on getting Frank back out for any of my other plumbing needs that might pop up.

I also had art plumbing come out and inspect my AC unit since it’s an older unit and they sent me Howard. Now he was very thorough when inspecting my ac inside and out! He was able to tell me about a leak a previous AC guy missed so I’m so thankful for him for that. He was also very very respectful and speaking with him was also very pleasant! He explained all my options and all different estimates with different prices so I could pick what I thought was best instead of just giving me one option. Which, for me, is a first! He really did go above and beyond and i truly appreciate it!

Mike Ball is amazing. This would be a 5-star review if I was just rating him. He came out and replaced my water heater and fixed several other plumbing issues. He was kind, courteous, and honest. He answered my questions and was very patient with me BUT Art Plumbing recently got a new phone system and it is a nightmare. I get spammed with texts at random times now about them missing my call when I didn't call them. When I do try to call them, I often get stuck in a loop in their phone system and cannot reach a real person. I also don't get calls from them telling me when the plumber is coming so I feel bad that his time got wasted because I wasn't home. The AI voice in their system is a nightmare. I loved the plumber and he deserves 5 stars, but until they fix the issues with their phone and texting system, I cannot recommend them. If you are reading this review and it is old, feel free to ignore it because Mike Ball really was spectacular, but if this review is fresh when you read it, don't use them. Just wait for them to fix it or use someone else.

Our plumber Jocelyn did a great job. Explained everything, looked at all our plumbing issues, made recommendations and provided estimates for all repairs. Also did a quick fix on a water pressure issue on our shower head. Excellent service!

Jerry Siriyaphone was excellent and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in what he does. I would highly recommend him. He was able to quickly solve what other companies couldn't and gave recommendations which i will highly take.

The work was perfect and neat.
